Hello,I’m using an Acrobat Pro DC plan and I’ve noticed something weird in Creative Cloud.I do not use Adobe cloud storage services at all, but when I go to the main page of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I see two strange files in the recent files list.These are JSON files. One is called “bookmarks.json” and the other has a similar name: “collab-bookmarks.json”. I do not know what these files are.These files do not appear in my Creative Cloud files list (which is empty, as I said, because I do not use cloud storage) or in the shared files list, only in the recent files list.They are tiny (16 bytes each). The creation and modification dates for both files are December 2022, but I had never noticed them.When I click on the three dots for either file, I have no options (such as rename, open in browser, or even delete) except “Open”.I’ve checked my Adobe account, and there were no suspicious logins or sessions.I uploaded an old PDF file to Creative Cloud storage for testing purposes and

Hello everyone most especially to the Adobe Team!  I'm writing in here to seek help to the admins to please reinstate/restore my Behance account.Two Days ago, I have a problem on updating my Behance account. While updating by means of posting a cover banner within the platform, suddenly I've discovered that it errors on it. Unable to upload a new one. Then suddenly, all of my projects became PRIVATE and when I try to adjust the privacy settings, at first I was thought that there's a system glitch nor a bug within the platform but when I try to manual troubleshoot it to change each projects its visibility from private to public, still it appears it errors and it doesn't work. This is the second time one of my projects has been marked as spam! I've been on Behance for a few years and have posted around 29 projects, half of which have been featured by Behance. All of my projects follow the same layout, including those that have been featured. Dear Adobe.
I have a lot of files stored in Creative Cloud. I actually lost count of how many files I have created during the past 3+ years. I am at a point where I need, and want to, cancel my Adobe subscription, after some months of growing discontent with the company’s actions, policies, and the lack of attention it gives to their costumers opinion and complaints. It’s also too much money for me at the moment to be “renting” the company’s software and feeling like it offers less and less value as the years go by, instead of really owning a copy of it for as long as I want, just like the old times. This discontent just got bigger after I found out that, when in need to cancel an Adobe subscription, the costumer must pay what you call an Early Termination Fee. I do understand that the ETF exists because of the “early plan”. Hello! I'm having an issue adding an instagram feed to my page through the embed block. I tried adding the embed code from instagram posts themselves, and I tried multiple websites that offer feed plugins. All of them say that the code is not valid. I tried iframe as well, as in the help area was suggested, but that gave the same result. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this done?

I have no idea what's happened since Adobe's most recent updates -I am getting constant 'repair is needed' for Creative Cloud.I get Creative Cloud installer and it installs itself. Everything seems fine but then I come back the next morning and I get the 'need repair' message again.Any thoughts on what's happening?Thanks!

Hello! I need some help with the navigation settings on my Adobe Portfolio website. It seems like it should be simple, but I am having trouble with the font settings for the navigation on only one page. I have set the navigation settings in the “Sitewide Navigation Settings” but the fonts are not consistent on the “Work” Page. When you click “Work”, the word disappears on the page. When you scroll down, the word reappears, but it’s extra bold. This is inconsistent with the rest of the site, in which all fonts are semibold. Can you help? What am I doing wrong? When I look at all settings, either site-wide or page-specific, it says it’s semibold but it’s not.https://designedbyfingerprint.comThank you!

Let’s create a Creative Cloud App community so users can suggest edits to the Creative Cloud App itself. I realize there are request areas for the different apps, but there are not places where we can request features be added or removed from the Creative Cloud app itself.For instance, there should be a general AI opt-in / opt-out for the entire creative cloud that way any users who do not want to use the service check box in Adobe Creative Cloud and then the app shares that setting with all other Adobe apps that have services like Firefly and so forth and that setting turns off all of the AI features across the board. A large number of people do not want this in any of the apps and Adobe putting it onto the users to come through and request for the option per app and then hope that someone sees the request and also votes is ridiculous. This is horrible UX. No wonder there are companies giving away competing products and services.-Chris Patterson

Hi There,My Behance account is no longer visible and all my projects are in private mode so they are not visible to the public.When I try to change the status of the projects from private to public, I can see that it is not possible.I have contacted Behance support and they replied to me a few days ago saying "All content on Behance that violates our community guidelines is made private".Then I asked which of my projects violate the community guidelines, but there is no answer. This must be a mistake, but I don't understand how they can block my profile without any prior communication.Can anyone help me? Has anyone had a similar experience that can help me? Thanks,

Hello, I need help retrieving my Adobe Portfolio site: hlehel.myportfolio.com. I cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription a long time ago, and my Portfolio site is now gone — the address redirects to a "missing" page. I can still sign in to my Adobe account, but the site does not appear in my Portfolio editor, and there is no other profile to switch to on this account. I already tried Adobe's support chat, but the virtual assistant would not connect me to an advisor because there is no active plan on my account, so I am posting here. I understand Portfolio needs an active plan to stay published, and I am not looking to resubscribe — but this site was the only place where I kept my work material (my film and media portfolio), and I need to retrieve that material. Can Adobe staff please check, looking the site up by its address (hlehel.myportfolio.com):1. Hi everyone, Is it possible to backup, export, or transfer the website I make using Adobe Portfolio? I ask because I do not know how long I will be keeping my adobe services for and I don't want to end up spending hours making a website which I would have to make again if I decide to end my subscription services with Adobe. What are my best options here? Is it possible to save my website by copying the website source code or inspect element? How could this be done - if it can even be done.  Any help will be appreciated. I'm actually tired of these red alert warnings telling me that my account may be compromised and then forcing me to reset my password. I assure you Adobe that my account is not compromised.  The fault is with you. I have three devices that I constantly use, which means I constantly have to sign-out of one device in order for me to access Adobe services on the other device. This sign-in and sign-out is already annoying enough. As you you know that every sign-out forces me to close all open adobe apps with hundreds of open files in them. It is frustrating enough to deal with this user experience nightmare you created, and on top of that now you are sending me your pathetic password resets adding to the frustration. I already tried to explain to you guys, you need to allow your subscription to cover three active devices. Most professionals like me actively use three computres: Work Desktop, Home Desktop, and Laptop for travel. This means I have to constantly sign-out of one of m

When I go to "Manage Fonts" in Creative Cloud, it just spins with a message "Loading Adobe Fonts...".  Perhaps unrelated, I also that "Cloud Storage" in the upper right doc is stuck on "Getting storage information...".  I'm running the latest Mac OS X on a clean install on an M1-based Mac Mini. I tried the following without help:1) Logout and log back in with rebooting at various points2) Cloud Create -> "Repair"3) Cloud Create -> "Uninstall" which wouldn't work saying I still had adobe products that needed it.  I delete all Adobe products including any cached directories but still no good4) Delete ALL adobe related files with clean install I really don't want to have to do a clean OS install to try and fix this because that will take many hours.  Anything else I can try?
