Ich bin Studentin und Adobe fragte mich vor ein paar Monaten nach einer weiteren Studienbescheinigung. Diese habe ich hochgeladen und sie wurde mir als gültig und OK bestätigt. Trotzdem bucht Adobe mir seit Monaten die normale Gebühr für das Abo ab, was als Studentin, die auf die Produkte angewiesen ist, ein echtes Problem ist. Warum ist bei Adobe niemand in der Lage nach Schritt 1 auch Schritt 2 (korrekte Betragsabuchung der Studentengeühr!). Seit über 3 Monate!Bitte Adobe-Team. Kümmert Euch endlich. Danke!
I am trying to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. But everytime I get an error The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank. I have tried several different cards but it throws the same error. I have contacted my bank(s) and they say everything is fine with my card.

I started the 7-day InDesign trial for a university project. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before the trial ended and I was charged today. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately. It has been 7 days since i started the free trial and today i got charged and cancelled it. I have not intended to continue the subscription and would like to kindly request a refund for today's charge but i don't know how to request it.I would really appreciate your help.
I bought an annual subscription for an Adobe cloud from the salesperson on the phone. She lied to me and misled me with the information.I had to pay for a yearly subscription and she forced me to get an additional AI software which I didn't need to complete the offer. However on my Adobe account there was a 50 percent subscription offer and option to pay monthly, I called Adobe customer service straight away and cancelled the subscription and signed for a monthly option. I am desperately trying to get my money back £530 for the cancelled subscription since the 20th of March. Made endless amounts of phone calls and was promised a refund on the phone and in emails from Adobe staff. But it has never been finalized. It is utterly disgraceful, they stole my money and I am loosing my hope to ever get it back. Please help me with any suggestions on how to get justice from this awful company that treats their customers so poorly.
