Hello, I have been charged twice now in February and May for 29.99 each. I have not used the service. I thought I cancelled my subscription immediately after the trial, but it did not cancel. I am requesting a refund, immediately. I have just cancelled my account today. Please refund me.
I do not remember having purchased this product. I just reviewed my backing information. I was charged for a product I never even use. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I've been charged some money that matter so much to me.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure a refund is made to my account?I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible also. At 9:54 AM on August 1, 2025, while I was asleep, my salary was deposited, and by 10:16 AM, the Adobe subscription fee was automatically charged. I did not intend to continue using the service after the trial period. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I received a warning stating that I would need to pay an early termination fee. I kindly request assistance in canceling my subscription and receiving a refund for this charge.

My account was automatically charged for the monthly subscription today, bu I cancelled it today as well. It mentioned that the refund would be processed after 5 days. Will the amount be automatically credited back to my account, or do I still need to submit a refund request via email?

I haven't used any of my Adobe products for what seems like months, until last week when I know I only used it one time, “not counting now,” and that was last week in Indiana for maybe an hour, but I didn't use credits for anything. It says I need to buy more credits now? I should have 1000, and it shows that I have like 3-5 left? Maybe I dont understand what credits are? It is instructing me to buy more credits. Please help? Is it possible for someone, for some strange reason, to have” stolen my credits? Maybe I dont understand how credits for Adobe work? Please help:) Thank you

Das Abonnement wurde am 13.05.2026 abgeschlossen. Am 27.05.2026 habe ich - und damit fristgerecht innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-tätigen Widerrufsfrist - meinen Widerruf erklärt. Dabei habe ich die Fristberechnung gemäß Paragraf 355 BGB und Paragraf 187 BGB beachtet:Der Tag des Vertragsschlusses (13.05.2026) zählt nicht mit,die Frist beginnt am 14.05.2026und endet am 27.05.2026 um 24:00 Uhr. Mein Widerruf erfolgt hiermit also rechtzeitig und entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.Nach Paragraf 355 Abs. 1 Satz 5 BGB genügt für die Fristwahrung die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs. Hallo, ich verwende den Acrobat Reader zum lesen und abspeichern und auch den Acrobat zum bearbeiten von PDF. Wieso wird meine Lizenz nicht bestätigt? Ich verwende die Programme von Adobe seit CS3, CS6 und bin dann gezwungenermaßen zu CC "upgegradet". Ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung im Acrobat, (ist es Reader, Standard und Pro in einem?) und auch im Distiller. Müsste es nicht zumindest möglich sein die älteren Fromate weiter verwenden zu können? Was mir außerdem noch fehlt ist die Verknüpfung mit OnDrive. Es lässt sich verknüpfen, funktioniert dann aber trotzdem nicht richtig. Außerdem ist das Programm bei mir auf dem PC nur in Englisch, beim öffnen der Hilfe muß ich dann imme wieder zwischen dem Standort Deutschland oder US auswählen. Außerdem sind bei Agreements Dateien die sich nicht bearbeiten und auch nicht löschen lassen. Müßt es nicht auch möglich sein neben der Pro und der Standard- Version eine kostenlose Reader-Version auszuwählen? Es läst sich im
I cancelled my Adobe Acrobat AI assistant free trial on 18/04/2026 before the trial period ended, and i also received a cancellation confirmation email. However, I am still seeing an attempted charge of 24€ on my account. Could someone from Adobe please check if my subscription was properly cancelled and help resolve this issue? I should not be charged since the cancellation was made during the free trial period!!!
