Hi, I have started a free trial for adobe pro on 6 Aug 2025, which clearly told me the free trial will end on 21 Aug and I have to cancel before this date to prevent charges. I cancelled my trial on 14 Aug 2025. But i was still charged on 21 Sep 2025. Please find a way to refund me thanks. This is a scam. 

I tried the official steps on the cancellation page on multiple devices, so yes I can confirm it is not my device problem. And they do this dirty practice which doesn't allow me to cancel my plan because the cancellation page simply would not load in. This is outrageous.

Hello, i want to start a free trial period for Illustrator but i get the following message:We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment information. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. Can someone tell me what to do? thanks 

Can I resubscribe to the Adobe Express monthly plan for the same price after cancelling? How many times? I just want to pay for the months I use it.

Hi - I signed up for a free trial and did not cancel the account after the trial period ended. As it can be seen on my account, I have never used the product and have been paying for no usage. How do I cancel the account and receive a refund for all the months I have been paying and never used? Many thanks James 

Hey all, I need help canceling my subscription because I’ve lost access to the email account associated with my Adobe account. The email address was created to test out the free trial, and I forgot the password. Unfortunately, I didn’t set up phone or email recovery options for the Gmail account, so I can’t recover it and log in to manage the subscription. It seems to be frustrating to change my primary email ID.  I had signed up with a gmail ID, and need to move the subscription to another email ID associated with my business.  And, I changed the primary email to that in the Adobe.com/profile link.  However, when i open Adobe, it asks me to subscribe again anew to all the services, and reflects my location wrong!  It, for some reason, shows me Indian Rupee billing values.  Something is not kosher here.  I need to simply move my subscription from my Gmail to my business account.  Any clear guidance on that? 

Me cobraron y descontaron la suscripcion de Adobe, pero no me activaron nada, entro a mi tarjeta y aparece el cobro de Adobe por 40 mil pesos colombianos, falta de etica? o que pasa con adobe, no es justo para algunos usiarios tener que perder dinero, y no podernos contactar con nadie, llevo todo el dia y solo me responde el chat robot que no me comunica con un ascesor porque no tengo activo un servicio, y entonces quien responde por el dinero que me quitaron de mi tarjeta? no tengo ningun servicio, ninguna ayuda, y ellos tienen mi dinero y el de muchos, que injusto

Gabriela Molina Jofre, hago uso de este medio (ya que no responden los emil) para reclamar por el cobro indebido por el servicio de (Adobe IA) el cual acepte en periodo de prueba (desde el 11/06 al 19/06)  EL CUAL DI DE BAJA EL 18/06 (un dia antes del vencimiento del periodo de prueba).ADOBE cobro el abono a dicho producto de los periodos junio, julio y agosto (LO QUE PODRIA CARATULARSE COMO ESTAFA).Cuento con evidencio de lo mencionado, y adjunto captura de pantalla de los email con fecha que dan muestra de la veracidad de mi  reclamo.Solicito se comunique un representante del area de reclamos a la breve posible. Me reservo el derecho de iniciar las acciones legales que considere por los daños ocasionados a mi persona por parte de ADOBE.Quedo a la espera de su respuesta a través de los medios que se encuentran en mi perfil de usuario.

Hello Shivangi,i have the same problem. I tried the testversion which is free for 14 days. I have no longer a use for it and i want to cancel it before the yearly subscription begins. But the system does not allow it. I tried it several times on different computers, Wifi on/off etc. Always the same problem. (Look photo) i want to make sure that it will get canceled before the yearly subscription begins.There is also the button missing "manage your plan". In the support section stands that i have to klick on it. Quite hard when there is no button. Please contact me.

Hello i had replied to an earlier post but it was locked. I am constantly just in the last two weeks or so getting "Theres already too many instances of this program" pop ups when I sign into adobe illustrator and acrobat. Never in photoshop. I only use the same two machines I always have, also I shut down each of the individual computers when I am done but it keeps duplicating the same sign ins and not seeing them as the same. I had followed all the steps instructed online and via adobe to no avail. I keep having to end all sessions and sign back in. Its getting very annoying. Could someone please look into this as it seems I am not the only one having this issue. I am not using different machines, Just two mac minis, one at home and one here. I never sign into these accounts anywhere else and have done so for at least a year. This just started about two weeks ago. It started after I updated adobe the last time.

I am a student and recently noticed that a payment was deducted from my account for an Adobe subscription on 18 September 2025, even though my subscription started on 1 September 2025. I had disabled international payments on my debit card, so I was surprised that the charge went through. Unfortunately, this amount was taken from my pocket money, and I did not intend to continue with the subscription. Hello, yesterday 21.09.2025 i have purchased the subscription for Lightroom Mobile Premium via apple account in Appstore. It was working fine in the evening and today untill luchtime, then it suddenly stopped working. Premium functions are disabled. Restore purchases does not help, it says did not found subscription. Same account. In Appstore the subscription ia active. Could you assist how to fix that?

Hello,I would like to inquire about a refund. My email stated my free trail ends 20Sep2025 and today is the 20th. I was already charged for the service. I cancelled my free tral today as well.  Will I recieve a full refund of since I cancelled the plan the same day it stated? Kind regards

Hola a todos,Quisiera saber si alguien ha tenido una situación parecida.Desde mayo (primera factura debitada el 30 de mayo) Adobe me ha estado cobrando cada mes por un error de comprensión. En realidad solo utilicé el navegador una vez y nunca más volví a usar los servicios de Adobe. No me di cuenta hasta ahora, 6 meses más tarde, que me estaban debitando todos los meses por un producto que jamás utilicé.Ahora que quiero cancelar, me aparece que debo pagar una penalización bastante alta por cancelar antes de terminar el contrato anual.¿Alguien sabe si es posible rescindir sin pagar esa multa o incluso solicitar un reembolso de las mensualidades ya cobradas, dado que nunca usé el servicio?¿Han tenido éxito con el soporte en este tipo de casos?Gracias de antemano por cualquier consejo o experiencia.

Hi,  On the 15th September I activated my 7 day free trial of Adobe Lightroom. However, I checked my bank statement and found that I had been charged 11.99 GBP twice (so 24 GBP total). I researched online and found that if I cancel my subscription within 14 days I should be refunded, so I am planning to do this, but I first want to check that I will be refunded for the double charge.  Perhaps someone could help me with this and answer a) why I was charged twice, and b) why was I not given a free trial?  Thanks,Sarah
