Cancellation of my subscription yet charges are still auto debited.
I started a free trial for acrobat reader, I didn’t know all the other services also started. right after that day I cancelled the plan. but I didn’t know it was not updated on web or it was active on some other plan. after that I never checked it thinking I’d already cancelled the subscription as I saw software stopped the trial services.Today 13 may I just saw the payment deducted. and Right away I’m here. I checked and cancelled whatever plan I saw was active. + I want my refund please. As I saw in 14 days I can request the refund. it’s just couple of hours It got deducted and I saw it and came here.
Escribo por aquí ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habían cobrado el último día. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es así. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

On January 20th I started a trial account and thought I had cancelled it within 7 days. When I recently checked my credit card, I saw I had two accounts (plans) and have been charged in total 36.29 and 24.19 euros per month and when I cancelled today I will be charged about 150 euro’s to cancel the second plan.I feel very much tricked because (a) it seemed easy to cancel trial but then I messed up and (b) adobe could have let me know I had two accounts (why would anyone have two) and © that there is no easy way to contact Adobe except through a textbox
I’m a long time subscriber to Creative Cloud. Now I can’t access any apps. Every time I open, say, Photoshop CC, it is blocked with a screen that is asking me to start a free trail.
It seems that something called stock was bundled into our premier subscription. We love premier but do not use stock. We canceled our subscription to stock after we realized what was happening. Is it possible to get a refund? We are a small nonprofit so any amount we are able to get back helps us to continue to serve our youth! Thank you!

Hi, I’ve been charged with an unsual money (around 22.99$) on my visa card. The thing is, my plan has been cancelled for many months (on Dec 13th 2025) and I’m still getting charged today. I didn’t even find any bills or subscriptions in my plans. I’d like to demand a refund, the money is very important to me at this moment. My bank usually doesn’t have enough 30$, but when I received 50$ today, I was charged so I was freaked out. Sorry for my poor English, I hope the words are understandable enough.

I was looking for a way to request a refund and I didn’t see how, but I saw others come here so I figured I'd try as well. I had purchased the adobe free trial with the intention of using it until it ended then likely keeping it , however it was not what I needed. I cancelled today and it renewed today.
