Hi, I currently have an Adobe Creative Cloud Student plan. I recently bought an ASUS monitor that includes a 3-month free Adobe Creative Cloud offer. I would like to know if I can cancel or pause my current Student plan, use the ASUS 3-month offer, and then subscribe again with the Student discount afterward. Hello, I would like this to reach the billing department. I would like my account to be permanently cancelled, I no longer require to use your software and I cannot afford to continue to use it. unfortunately your account settings has made it impossible to cancel my subscription and somehow you still manage to debit $80 or so from my account even though I have blocked my card. You want me to update my billing information before I can make any changes to my account. I am getting frustrated having my money just taken from me from your billing team which deliberately makes it difficult to cancel my account. What I don't understand is why I have to update my billing information to cancel my account? I find that extremely brazen and deceiving as a cooperation who has multiple millions why do you need to exploit me? Ya probé con múltiples tarjetas de crédito y débito, y mis bancos me confirman que no registran ningún intento de cobro ni rechazo, por lo que el problema parece ser de la pasarela de Adobe. Hello I was on the 7 day free trail and when I went to cancel it didn't allow me to cancel, it said there was a billing issue and this went on for a month(the whole of April) and now it charged me for this month and I was able to cancel, so I wanted to find out if I will be getting a refund and now how will the billing issue work since I tried to cancel the subscription on the last day of the free trial and it didn't let me and now I owe the cancelation fee
Hello,I was late to cancel my yearly subscription, to cancel it I had to renew my card information. Now I cancelled but it looks like I have to pay a whole year. Can I switch the to a different plan after cancellation? I can change to a monthly plan with no subscription. Thanks in advance
Please have your security people look up “MFA Fatigue”. Having the MFA code prompt BEFORE asking for a password is just asking for your users to get inundated with MFA text messages and emails. I know this because it’s already happened to us. Please correct this.

Eine softwareseitige Abmeldung - so wie es Adobe vorschlägt - ist daher nicht mehr möglich.Die telefonische Adobe Hotline konnte nicht weiterhelfen, da diese wohl keinen Zugriff auf die "alten" Aktivierungserver haben. I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I cancelled my subscription within 14 days and requested a refund and was informed that it was successfully processed. I received the confirmation email, the receipt, and the credit memo. On paper, everything shows that the refund has been completed. However, because this is an international transaction and my bank is a Nigerian institution, my bank requires a proper traceable reference (a network-level refund code) to locate the funds.I have explained this multiple times, yet I keep receiving the same response, that the refund has been processed and no additional information can be provided.I have even been told directly that there is nothing more they can share. So I have to ask:Is this really how customers are treated? If a refund has been processed, why is it so difficult to provide the necessary trace reference that allows a bank to actually confirm and credit the funds?
