I have the Creative Pro plan and know the pricing on that just went up. But on top of the $75.14 (correct charge) I have a recurring $10.88 payment being charged to my credit card from Adobe. This charge happened 4x in one month before I contacted Adobe via chat. They looked into it and do not see the amount in my billing history. Which matches what I see too. So we assumed fraud. I called my credit card company and they refunded me and sent me a new card.Not even one week with my new card the $10.88 was tried to charge me today. After the first fraud claim I switched my Adobe to be paid via Paypal instead of my CC. I immediately called my credit card company since this charge should not have even come through directly to my CC. They confirmed 100% that it is Adobe making this charge. So we had to refund and cancel my card again. I contacted chat support and they were very unhelpful. They said “since they do not see the charge being made in my billing history it has to be a bank proble

Hola buenas tardes, el 13 de abril cancele mi plan adobe y el mismo día recibí un correo de confirmación de cancelación de mi cuenta, al día siguiente recibí un correo confirmando y garantizando mi reembolso. Sin embargo, a mi cuenta no ha llegado dicho reembolso, a pesar de que ya han pasado exactamente los 14 días hábiles que indican como periodo en el que se refleje la transacción. Ik heb een account gemaakt voor Adobe Express in mijn browser. Ik probeer het product te kopen maar elke keer als ik Ideal als betaaloptie kies blijft het betaalprogramma maar laden en lukt het mij niet om af te rekenen. Ik heb het daarna nog een keer geprobeerd maar dan via de Adobe Express applicatie in mijn taakbalk, hierbij precies hetzelfde probleem. Het betaalprogramma wil niet doorladen tot wanneer ik kan afrekenen. Ik heb dit nu ook al een paar dagen herhaald. Ik probeer dit nu op mijn telefoon te kopen en hierop krijg ik een 14 dagen free trial en op mijn computer een 30 dagen free trial??? Ik ben heel erg in de war hierover. Graag hoor ik hier meer over.

When I enter my adobe account page, I get an error popup saying “Unable to load plans”.I has been this way for a couple of days already.I have tried:- clearing my adobe cookies-opening in incognito window-making sure my browser is up to date (using google chrome) This is REALLY frustrating, any help would be appriciated.
