Started annual free trial on 22/04, cancelled in the free trial period on the 23/04 however have been charged $47.99 on the the 01/05. How can I dispute this to revive a refund? I have a confirmation from adobe on the 23/04 confirming the subscription has been cancelled.
I am a teacher and used to get the discount code applied on my account but recently it changed without my knowlegdge and Im now paying the full £66 per month. If I want to cancel I have to pay the cancellation fee so I wondered if it was possible to just apply my teacher status back onto my acccount?Would it be possible to reactivate my teacher discount and re-imburse me for the months that I have been paying the full cost?

Why cant I just cancel my subscription, I dont have the money to pay for it right now. This is a 22$ a month plan that if I cancel 12 days before I get charged, it will require me to pay 4 and a half months of service that I dont get and cant afford 91$, no I did not buy the yearly this is a monthly plan that they refuse to let me cancel untill the last 3 days of the month, Absolutly rediculous this is exactly what unity practically tried doing but on a whole different scale of robbery because when you get charged 91$ you dont even get to use it for the next 4 and a half months if I was some one who could make a good argument I would sue them on this!

I have had an annual Adobe account for 20+ years. I took up a 7 day free trial of CreativeIt clearly did not do what I had hoped so I cancelled the trial within the 7 day period and thought no more. I trusted Adobe.In January I found that Adobe had been collecting £24.95 from my account for four months.I lost my card and changed the number. I was contacted by Adobe saying they could not collect my annual payment so I gave my new one and that payment went through.I then had messages saying they could not collect the monthly payment for the Creative that I had cancelled. I had not noticed they were collecting it against my wishes..There is nowhere at all - terrible customer service for a major company- where you can contact Adobe by e mail of phone. Hello - I have the basic 19.99$ plan per month (is about 21.59$ with tax). I have been getting charged not once or twice a month, but three times. I am only using one email. I get hit on the 5th, 12th, and 13th of each month and I have tried contacting Adobe help support.Has anyone had this issue before? I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.

Hola. El 21 de agosto se realizo un cargo en mi tarjeta por una suscripción que no cancele. Ese mismo día que se me hizo el cargo hable con un agente y me prometio un reembolso y cancelación de la suscripción. Lo unico que recibi fue un correo de Adobe demostrando que esta habia sido cancelada. Aclaro que mencionaron que el reembolso se haria en un plazo de 5-7 días hábiles, pero ya pasaron los 7 días y todavia nada sobre el reembolso. Me dicen que no hay plan asociado a mi cuenta (lo cual si es verdad, porque lo cancele) y no se me da un reembolso, pero ese ya había sido solicitado el mismo día en que se me cobro, solo que nunca me lo dieron.
