I used Adobe Acrobat AI about a year ago, and cancelled before the free trial was over. Then I noticed that there were still payments coming out of my account despite the cancellation. Cancelled the subscription again (this time in May of last year).The payments kept on coming out of my account.I have now cancelled the subscription for a third time. I did not realise that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 24. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.
On March 14, 2026, I created an Adobe account to use the Photoshop free trial for a short-term need. I cancelled it the next day (March 15) as I didn’t need it anymore.Despite this, I was later charged CAD $44.83. When I checked my account, I saw that an Adobe Stock subscription was still active. I do not recall knowingly subscribing to Adobe Stock, and I genuinely believed that cancelling the trial would end everything.When I tried to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription, I was prompted with a CAD $194 cancellation fee. I can see that there are terms related to cancellation fees, but the way this was set up and presented feels extremely misleading. Having to cancel multiple subscriptions separately without it being made clear upfront is very confusing. The interface makes it far too easy to miss this, and it honestly feels like it is designed that way.At this point, I feel taken advantage of. This situation is financially significant for me, and the experience has been very frustrating

I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house. How can I get this fee refunded?

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. I would just leave it and let the plan run out, but am concerned if/when I wish to purchase another plan that I wi

My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. When I checked the app, it appeared that the subscription had not actually been canceled at that time. For many years, I have held an NGO license through TechSoup, and both my organization and I remain fully eligible for it.This issue has been ongoing for some time now.Previously, I had no problems using my credit cards to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. Now, however, none of my four credit cards are being accepted by Adobe. All of them work perfectly fine for other online purchases, and my bank has confirmed there are no issues on their end.I did attempt to pay via PayPal, which appeared to process successfully — but no money has actually been withdrawn from my account. The transaction goes through as zero amount, and I have no invoices to show for it, only a notice indicating that my next payment is due in 2027. In other words, something is registering, but nothing is actually being charged.One thing I find unusual is that when entering my card details, I am never asked for my CVC code — only my name, card number, and expiration date. This seems like a significant part of the problem.I
