Hello, I cant remember which email I used to log in to my Adobe account and need to manage an existing subscription. Do I need to contact customer care by email?
I used the customer service online chat for help with a Photoshop issue earlier today and feel like my security has been compromised. I got put through to an agent who exited the chat within a minute of it starting. I then got a call from an American number (+1 (408) 606-3892) saying she was from Adobe and we had been cut off. Only thing is I never gave the chat agent my number? And when I google this number it comes up with a scam Adobe call? I started another chat immediately and got put through to someone else, and moments later as we were chatting got another call, this time from a London number (020 7365 5358). I’m based in the UK but again this number doesn’t come up with anything when I google it. This is extremely unusual for me to get two calls from two random (and different) unknown numbers, and when I asked the chat agent if he was calling me he said no, he didn’t have my number and that it was probably the previous chat person calling me. I am sharing my experience regarding the handling of my renewal for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan and the subsequent interaction with Adobe support. On December 10, 2025, I received an official communication from Adobe stating that the cost of my plan would increase from €9.99 to €15.12. The email clearly outlined that I had the option to maintain the original price by opting for an annual renewal before January 9. However, prior to the specified deadline and without allowing me the chance to act as instructed, my subscription was automatically renewed at the higher rate of €15.12. Upon reaching out to Adobe support to address this discrepancy between the information provided in the email and the actual charge incurred, my experience was unsatisfactory. The support representative (Adarsh) consistently disregarded the content of Adobe's communication and failed to acknowledge the primary concern. I was somehow subscribed for AI assistant (I am not even sure what is that feature as I never used it) and I cannot even cancel it without paying huge cancellation fee!! it is outrageous! 30 min on the support chat and the solution they recommended me to pay monthly subscription for longer so i can cancell for a bit smaller fee! which summing up will be practically as much as to cancel today. It is so upsetting, such a great way of making money from so many people for nothing. Did not expect such fraud from Adobe. All other companies were happy to cancel if i did not use that service, because mistakes do happen and people should not be panished for that, especially if mistake is pressing wrong button on your screen (who knows maybe it is my cat who "subscribed")
I would like to cancel my Adobe Lightroom plan because I am no longer using it. However, it shows the message, “You will be able to manage this plan shortly.”I have already followed the instructions on the website, including waiting 24 hours and waiting until after the trial period ended. It has now been 2–3 days, but the Cancel button still does not appear.Could someone please help explain why the Cancel option is not showing and how I can cancel the plan?
Señores, me han cobrado el costo mensual del plan anual, estoy investigando e indican que después de 14 días de inicio te cobran, pero a mí me llegó un correo electrónico, indicando que me reembolsan el total si hago la cancelación antes de los 30 días y así lo hice, pero igual se han cobrado.Seguí los pasos para la cancelación y ya no tengo cuenta personal con ellos, por lo que estoy usando la cuenta de mi empresa. I purchased Acrobat Standard for teams, 1 month. my bank account was charged. I did not receive any e-mail or activation to my account.

Me continuaram cobrando 19,99 dólares em novembro, dezembro, janeiro e fevereiro! Na página não há maneira de me comunicar ou buscar o reembolso. Realizei novamente o cancelamento (e-mail anexado) e para isso me avisam que me cobraram quase 70 dólares mais! Como obtenho um reembolso desse valor cobrado mesmo depois do primeiro cancelamento? E como elimino os dados de meu cartão da conta para que não continuem me cobrando?
I subscribe monthly to Lightroom Mobile for my iPhone and iPad. Now I want to subscribe monthly to a full Lightroom plan (which includes Classic) for my new MacBook Pro. How do I avoid paying twice for the mobile element which is included in the latter? And how to avoid loosing my pictures from the Cloud if I cancel the former?
I want to get my refund regarding on unauthorized payment in my gcash exchange. My gcash was link to other device for payment thats why when i check my device theres no subscription on this. So i call gcash and they email me the merchant order id and details of transaction and they say it was adobe acrobat. Could you please track the merchant order id? When I start Photoshop I see that I have to pay for the next month, but when I click for updating my payments a popup screen appears in which I can choose the way I want to pay. But this popup screen is completely white and I can not choose or change anyhing anymore. Even when I choose https://account.adobe.com/ for my memberships I also can not Edit Payment. Hey,I want to change my Photography (PS+LR+LRC 20GB) plan to the Lightroom (LR + LRC + 1TB) plan. Personally I am very happy with the change Adobe did to it's plans to now include LRC to the Lightroom plan.So I've just purchased the LR deal on Amazon Day, since this is what I want / need.The thing is, my Photography plan is still running until oct. I've been buying it via Amazon deals for years now, no issues. So I guess it always added the year to my plans.If I redeem the new LR plan voucher NOW, I guess I would start two plans, which would technically mean I loose a few months on my photography plan. Which I want to avoid.Can I just wait with redeeming the Lightroom plan code until october?Do I have to actively switch my photography plan to a lightroom plan to then add the code / redeem the voucher? Hi,I live in a country where Adobe doesn’t officially sell Creative Cloud subscriptions (Bosnia and Herzegovina), so I’d like to check what’s allowed.Is it acceptable to create an Adobe account under my own email, but have a friend or relative in a supported country (e.g. Austria or the UK) purchase the subscription using their credit card and billing address—while I’m the only person using the account, on a single machine, under my own login?Specifically, would Adobe consider this a problem due to the mismatch between billing country and login location, or is this setup generally tolerated if there’s no account sharing or misuse?Thanks in advance for the clarification.
Why I cannot upgrade to annual plan >? I tried 3 times and it is not changing
Dear Adobe, I was charged by Adobe a monthly fee which I did not authorise since I do not have an active membership. I finally decided to stop my visa card - in a last attempt to stop the payments. I do request reimbursement of the last years subscription. Kind regards

Last year I decided to try substance painter for free as a student. I provided necessary data, and everything went ok until today…I received mail that i need to provide payment method. I can't cancel the plan nor delete the account. I thought that after 1 year the acces to 3D Substance would just stop. So what are my options here? I dont want to pay annual fee... I still have a valid student id, can i renew the free acces?
I am using two Adobe plans: one Photography Plan and one Creative Cloud Pro plan.I use my plans on two different devices: a laptop and an iMac. I do not use them at the same time. When I start using one device, I always log out from the other.However, Adobe keeps sending security warnings and forces password resets for both plan users.Even though the usage is not simultaneous, we continue to receive these warnings.How can we prevent this issue?
