Escribo por aquí ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habían cobrado el último día. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es así. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

I have an annual plan subscription to 20TB Lightroom and Photoshop. (yes, I am grandfathered into this plan and still have it.) However I have need to temporarily use InDesign and want to add it as a month-to-month plan for a couple of months. Does anyone know if this will mess up my grandfathered plan? Can I have the annual sub and a seprate monthly sub on the same account? (Tried to talk to a human at Adobe about it with no luck so far.)

Hace poco quize probar adobe photoshop por primera vez , tenia una prueba de 7 dias gratis y realmente no estaba convencido de seguir usandola, entonces estaba por cancelar el plan y de la nada me ofrecieron otros 7 dias mas gratis  .. antes de intentar cancelar el plan, la contraseña me salio erronea y eso es desleal, ya que yo anoto todas mis contraseñas y no fue error de mi parte, asi que tuve que cambiarla ( y guardarla) Aun quedaban varios dias para que finalicen esos 7 dias de prueba y hoy me cobraron el plan completo de un año, asi que hoy mismo lo cancele ... pero oh sorpresa, la contraseña NUEVAMENTE me salia erronea .. asi que cambiar por segunda vez , esta practica es desleal  Ahora quiero que me den el reembolso de mi dinero, intente hablar por telefono y por chat , pero siempre me salen no disponibles  Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con una empresa tan conocida como Adobe Una total desecepcion de estas practicas desleales

I had started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Animate, but I am unable to cancel it. When I view the "Plans and payment" tab on my Adobe account, the page shows "You have no paid plans" (see attached screenshot). However, I still have 5 days left for my free trial in Adobe Animate when I open the software.  Also, I had not received an email confirming my free trial when I first started the trial and used the Adobe Animate application. Is there another way I can cancel the Adobe Animate software so I am not charged after the free trial?  

TL;DR: It seems like Adobe has not created a viable solution to change the country associated with one of their accounts. So, I'm affraid I will have to refrain from using their products until such a solution has been created. Yesterday I spent 1.5 hours speaking with Adobe's customer and technical support teams trying to change the country associated with my account from Canada to Germany so that I can continue to pay for my subscriptions with my German credit card.Neither Rashim from the customer support team, nor Madhup from the technical support team, nor Gopal from the customer support team could help me.  Rashim informed me that this article on the Adobe website is inaccurate: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html He cancelled all of my active subscriptions so that the country associated with my account could be changed. This did not work, so I was told to create new eamil account just so that I could create

Refunded Subscription Money not receivedI still did not get my Abobe Pro refund and adobe express.it said 3 to 4 working day and still nothing returned to my account.Please do Refund ASAP

Je constate une double facturation sur mes deux abonnements Photo :11,99 € sur orange.fr18,14 € sur gmail.comces deux facturations concernant la meme configuration formule photoje souhaite donc ne plus payer celle s'élevant à 18,14 € et garder la configuration à 11,99.Que dois je faire?bien cordialement

 7/4일에 플랜취소했는데 7/5일에 한번더 결제됐습니다. 총 26400원씩 2번 결제됐습니다. 빠른 시일 내에 검토 후 환불 부탁드립니다. 기분이 너무 나쁘네요. 

Hi Clouders, So I have been looking for a way to contact Adobe but this seems to be my best bet. I bought a Creative Cloud plan to do a project for a friend of mine. When I wanted to cancel it, it told me it would cost +100$, because I bought a 1 year plan instead of 1 month plan. Please, can anyone help me get out of the plan without paying this big amount? I have nothing to do with it for now... Help is much appreciated!

"Adobe is making pricing adjustments in your country to offset fluctuations in currency exchange rates.The price of Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB is increasing, changing from 263,75 SEK/month to 285,00 SEK/month" Adobe, at least be honest about that you are just increasing your price, that is easier to understand. The swedish krona (SEK) has gained ~15% on the USD this year, thus I should be paying less if it was pegged on the USD (about 230 SEK instead of 263,75 SEK).  How on earth can you increase the price and justify it by currency fluctuations. Which currency are you basing it on..!?  Forum: is this only for us swedish users or has it affected you too?

Ich kann Lightroom Classic nicht mehr verwenden,sobald ich in den Entwicklungsmodus wechseln möchte,bekomme ich die Nachricht,dass das Entwicklungsmodul deaktiviert ist, weil mein Abo abgelaufen ist.Wenn ich auf Adobe gehe steht dort Abo abgelaufen,wenn ich auf kaufen gehe steht da: Kann nicht erworben werden, weil ich es schon habe.Alle Rechnungen sind bezahlt, nächste Abbuchung ist erst im August.Ich verzweifle hier, ich bekomme immer das Gleiche angezeigt.Wer kann helfen? 

I have two Adobe accounts: a free one for personal and school use and a paid one (Acrobat) for work, which I pay for myself and am not reimbursed by my employer. I use the paid account to manage PDFs for clients at a business I don't own, while keeping my projects separate. I typically access the free account on my personal laptop and phone, and the paid account on my work desktop, company laptop, and occasionally on my personal laptop and phone. Switching between the two accounts is inconvenient. It would be easier to have the features of the paid account accessible through both emails, but that’s not economically feasible right now. I need to combine the accounts while ensuring privacy, especially due to HIPAA regulations. How can I do this, or do I need to keep both accounts? Trish 

I am considering getting a subscription for the CC suite.  Can I assume since it is cloud based, hardly anything is physically stored on my computer??   My computer's hard drive almost always has at least 600 gb available.  Will all of the CC's programs hog down and slow down my computer? Thank you.Kevin

Shamful burying of a cancellation fee of a flipping $100 in the T&Cs....labeled "Cancellation fee will apply" again when I was forced to keep something inorder to not lose such money, with ZERO showing of the amount anywhere or any way to see what such fee is, for a constantly jumping, always flashing and cycling page.... The AI jumps and interferes over and over when trying to do a simple thing. Boo.

Hi everyone,I'm trying to download a large asset (around 40GB) from Adobe Experience Cloud. However, after downloading approximately 1GB, the process fails with a "connection lost" error — even though my internet connection remains stable and uninterrupted. I’ve tested this on both Safari and Chrome, and the issue persists in both browsers.I also tried using download managers (such as IDM and Free Download Manager), but they either fail to capture the link properly or still encounter the same interruption.Is there a recommended method for downloading large files from Adobe Experience Cloud?Would using a desktop application like Adobe Bridge help in this situation?Alternatively, is it possible to split the asset into smaller parts for easier download?I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions from those who’ve experienced a similar issue.Thanks in advance!

Dearest users,is there any way to send in a formal complaint about the Adobe support? It is completely unacceptable. I have an Adobe account running through my university, which I have been using for the last three years, it also has a lot of cloud-stored files which are pretty important. Last time I tried to renew my subscription, I got a message saying my account has been deactivated - no reasons given. I can't log in because of this and I also can't create a new account with my universities information, because there is already an existing account with that information: SHOCKER!!!! It's my old account, to which I have no access to for whatever reason. I have clearly communicated this to the support team twice, the first person just left the conversation, the second set me up with a student tariff running through my g-mail. Thats completely fine, at least I can use Adobe Apps again, but they just wouldn't tell what I'm paying for, I had to look up the plans myself. I asked

When exactly should i cancel my subscription to avoid paying the fee for "early cancellation"?And how long is the period in which this is possible? Bonus question: If i cancel now, do i still have access to the apps until my subscription ends (in april)? (screenshot is in danish but says that a i have to pay for the remainder of the period) 

I tried to cancel my subscription for few times and I couldn't because the cancellation tab won't work and keeps buffering.is that means I stuck?

hi so a bit ago i signed up for the free trial on my laptop that was later broken therefore i cant use the perks that come with the subscription & ive spent an hour trying to guess my password. now that im on my account i've tried to cancel my subscription only to be met with a whopping £270 for the creative cloud subscription and another, adobe stock, which i have no idea when i signed up for that but requires a £100 cancellation fee. can anybody help??? paying the fee is not an option i'm just a kid and don't even have a job nor do i receive pocket money. no i cannot ask my parents for help that is my last last last option. please help asap!!!!!!!

I was charged on June 30 for Adobe Podcast, and I canceled the subscription, which stated that I would receive a refund. I would like to know the status of my refund or how long it will take to receive it.
