Hi everyone,I urgently need help. I’ve lost access to the Hotmail account linked to my Adobe Photography Plan (20GB). The email is permanently deleted, so I can’t get verification codes or manage the account.Has anyone here successfully transferred their subscription to a new email? I need a solution fast—any guidance or direct contacts would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I recently received an email stating that my student subscription will expire soon. However, I did not have a student subscription, nor have I ever. My account was created via TechSoup way back in 2016. I expect the explanation is that someone did something in the account database that added a student flag or something because the plan hasn't changed (that I can tell at least), and while I don't regularly look through my account information, I don't recall ever seeing the Education Information section before I got the email. The reason I expect it to be an error is because it says "Student until January 1900" which is preposterous and such a value should naturally be prevented through conditional checks and verification measures. The School field is also blank, which probably also shouldn't be possible if the account was created through a normal process. Since my account is nearing 9 years of age, maybe TechSoup was originally giving "special" student accounts? Hello, I was speaking with a support bot regarding switching to a more affordable monthly plan. I was told the new plan would be 50% off, which I confirmed was fine. However, without my consent or any clear communication, I was suddenly placed on an annual plan and charged a large upfront amount—something I never agreed to. To make matters worse, because of this change, my previous plan was cancelled automatically and now I'm being told I owe a significant cancellation fee. This entire situation was caused by miscommunication and error on the bots side, not mine, and I do not believe I should be penalized for it. Please review this and tell me how to correct this as I can't get to anybody else but a bot.Thanks

I have been billed for Creative Cloud all apps 100 GB prepaid annual subscription with renewal on April 23rd 2025. On my account it is stated that I have the access until April 24th, 2026. Since I didn't want to continue to have a yearly prepaid subscription after this date (April 24th, 2026), I canceled my subscription on May 21st 2025, so I don't get billed automatically after my yearly subscription ends. From the subscription rules, I should be having full access until April 24th 2026, since I cancelled my subscription after the 14-day period within which I would have been eligible for a refund. However, today when I tried to use Adobe PDF reader, I was not allowed to use any of the subscription-covered features. I didn't get any refunds and I expect to be able to use all the subscription features since I paid for the whole year in advance. Could you please help me solve this problem?

I have fraudulent charges on my AMEX.  I've found that the charges are linked to a girls name and company that ive never heard of.  I called the company and they have never heard of the girl.  Ive tried to speak to Adobe at least 4 times but the online chat people just disconnect the call.  I've spoken to amex and have listed all the authorisation numbers for ADobe.  I have an Adobe case number and have also made 2 reports to their external ethics / whistleblower number.  I followed up the whistlblower report today and Adobe had closed it without advising me why or what about so we created a new one.  Its over $2100 in fraudulent charges.  Please help me.  

I bought a 1 year Lightroom 1TB subscription off Newegg. They sent me a product key. How long do I have to redeem the code? Also, this should include Lightroom Classic with the latest plan changes in 2025, right?

Dzień dobryFaktura musi w Polsce zawierać nazwę firmy i NIP. Jak uzyskać fakturę z nazwą firmy. Sam NIP i imię i nazwisko nie wystarcza, żeby w Polsce prawidłowo zaksięgować fakturę. Widzę, że jest wiele pytań o to samo ale jedyną odpowiedzią jest, jak wpisać NIP. NIP umiem wpisać ale muszę mieć też nazwę firmy na dokumencie.  Proszę o pomoc. 

Hello,I purchased Lightroom Premium subscription directly through the app, but the premium features are not supported on my device (iPad 10th generation). I am unable to use the paid features. I have tried contacting Adobe Support but haven’t got a clear refund option. Please guide me how I can get a refund and cancel my subscription. Thank you!

Had cancelled my trial subscription within the end date but on 25th may 2699/- was deducted from my account for yearly membership. Kindly refund that.

  After signing in to Acrobat AI for Students, it overrides your student Adobe Subscription in IOS. I am now unable to edit PDF's on IOS - it only recognizes my Adobe AI subscription. 

I have been getting auto billed for creative cloud $19.95 a month and cant cancel the account or chat with ssupport. The account is linked to a google account that was from a prior workplace. They have deactivated the account (Oct '23) when I left and won't reactivated it because I am no longer an employee. They won;t deal with Adobe because I purchased Creative cloud with my own credit card. The bill is on auto pay with my personal credit card, so it just keeps going. I can't sign into the adobe account as a result and when I try to chat with Adobe, the Virtual Assistant just says sign in to manage plan. And it won't let me talk to a human until I sign in and prove I have a paid plan.How do I kill this account?

I have found 11 fraudulent charges on my credit card.1 was from an ex employee.  Their email address didn't exist anymore, nor did the credit card they used to start the subscription.  Regardless, Adobe decided to find my new credit card (under my name, not ex employee name) and renew her subscription without authority.  That is issue one.  that has been resolved. Issue 2 is much bigger.  i have 10 transactions charged to my new AMEX.  Ive called and chatted with online billing and support at least 4 times and each time the chat is ended.  Just today i found that the name and the company that the transactions are for has nothing to do with me or my company.  I called the company that I was advised the subscription was for and spoke to the Director.  They have no one by the name of the account holder working there and never have.  How do i get someone from Adobe to fix this issue and refund the money?  I've got screen shots now

Hi Team, I've cancelled the subscription on the same day I registered, but you keep on deducting amount from my credit card every month! I've reported the same on twitter(x) also! Last month I cancelled once again, still it's getting auto debited! This isn't fair at all! Kindly cancel my subscription, refund my payamnts and close my account Regards,Tushar

Hi. I took up an Adobe Acrobat trial as I wanted to edit a PDF. I also have a Creative Cloud 100GB subscription. It was IMPOSSIBLE to see the Acrobat trial plan separate to the Cloud plan and I was unable to stop the trial. Now I'm being charged, and again, there is no separate Acrobat plan to cancel. I do not want to have to cancel my entire Creative plan. Please assist and reverse the charge that went off today 26 May. Thanks.

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with my Lightroom Mobile subscription on Android. Last month, I subscribed to the monthly plan via Google Play, then canceled it right after to avoid auto-renewal. Everything worked fine and I had access to premium features until the end of the billing period. This month, I renewed the subscription again via Google Play, and canceled it immediately afterward (same reason — just to avoid being charged next month). Google Play shows my subscription as active until June 19, 2025, but Lightroom says my subscription is expired and I’ve lost access to premium features. I’ve already tried: Restoring purchases within the app Forcing the app to close and reopening Confirming I’m signed in with the correct Google account Updating the app Uninstalling and reinstalling  Nothing worked. I also tried contacting Adobe support, but since the subscription was made through Google Play, it doesn’t show up in my Adobe accou

18.05.2025 I bought free trial of creative cloud and lightroom at your page Adobe. After three days, I decided to cancel the trial. I cancelled the trial and I was sent an email with the approval of cancellation the free trial. Today (26.05.2025), I was given a message that adobe have tried to charge the fee for annual subscription. 

Dear Adobe Support Team or anyone in the community who can help,I'm reaching out because I’ve noticed an incorrect debit on my account, and I believe it may have been charged in error. I haven’t been able to find another way to get in touch with Adobe customer support, so I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.Could anyone advise on how I can dispute this charge and request a refund if needed?Thanks so much in advance for any help or guidance!

Utilizaba el programa para hacer 1 edicion solo una! y despues de ello al segundo dia cancele la prueba de 7 dias, en la misma seccion que ponen los moderadores en los foros tal cual, decia cancelar prueba lo hice y santo remedio, pero oh sorpresa! ahora me deicen que como no me llego el mail de corroboracion la opcion de cancelar cuenta no funciono aunque le des en cancelar y despues viene el intento de cargo y oh sorpresa de nuevo, la empresa desabilita la opcion de cancelar hasta que pagues, en mi caso me quieren cobrar 7 dias de la prueba gratis mas los 2 dias que se estan sumando en sus cuentas mochas por mas de $800 y sin poder cancelar y esperando que cedas para que te generen una cuenta giagantesca y demandable! ESTAFA DE ADOBE!

I have previous cancelled all subscription to adobe but am still being charged for it, I do not know how this has happened but I'm not very happy so please watch out. Does anyone know how to stop it?

I have been charged monthly for this so-called "ADOBE *adobe 4085366000 65.31 Usd Inc and my Adobe account shows nothing about this billing information. My bank account can track, though. Also, in January 2025, I cancelled all of my Adobe subscriptions and paid the extra required fees. You still keep charging me. This is criminal!  I am concerned about my personal information and how Adobe would use it. Reach out to the Adobe help contact support, and I was chatting with a robotic chatbot without real solutions. It's so hard to access a real-person customer service.  Very frustrated!  

25.2.25일 첫 결제하고 잘 사용했습니다.필요한일이있어서 4월까지 잘 이용해서 5월에 플랜취소를 하였는데 진행이 안되어서결제가 오늘 되었어요 매월 25일 결제되었는데 좀전에 다시한번결제되었더라구요일단 플랜취소는 다시신청한상태인데 당분간 프리미어는 사용할일이 없어서5월결제된 금액 환불받고 싶습니다.
