Ich habe ein bei Adobe bestehendes Jahres Foto-Abo mit 20GB was noch eine gewisse Restlaufzeit hat. Ich würde jetzt gerne von den Blackfriday Angeboten bei Amazon profitieren und mir ein Jahresabo kaufen. Kann ich das dann an das bestehende Abo dranhängen?

This is my personal Adobe account that I purchased. Initially, I was using the trial version, but it has now expired. While using the apps, I keep encountering issues: I cannot sign in to use AI features in Acrobat, I have limited access to Photoshop, and I cannot use Generative Fill.Additionally, two payments are being deducted from my account each month. I want to access my plans to understand why this is happening and why I have limited access to the apps. However, every time I go to the Plans page, it does not load and shows "No data available."This is a multinational, widely used software company, and I should not encounter these problems. Please fix this immediately.

Hello, good day, how can I request a refund for an Adobe Photoshop purchase where we did not have access to the email, but the charge was processed, and we do not use that Adobe account or the email? How can I apply for a refund for the amount I was charged?

Any idea who I should contact to discuss this. Its a pretty outrageous fee considering I've rarely used InDesign this year and have continued to pay for it.

Hi - I don't want to sound unappreciative for the many great Adobe products, but I was forced, by the Ontario government, to purchase the Acrobat product to edit my Ontario Powers of Attorney forms. As a pensioner, I will have trouble now, having to pay $29.37 every month, so naturally, I want to cancel my subscription. But I just found out that in order to cancel, I will have to pay $129.95. This situation is really rough on elderly pensioners -- could Adobe please consider waiving that cancellation fee for people who are forced to buy the product for a one-time use? Thank you.  

Yesterday I bought an annual Premier Pro subscription online from Adobe.com. As I am based in the Netherlands it directed me to make a payment with iDeal. The payment was made to Adobe Ireland but I cannot find the app in my adobe account to download. I spoke to several operators yesterday who say they cannot see the app on my email and cannot locate the payment. I am trying to speak to someone in Adobe Ireland to figure out if I have been scammed or not but I cannot get a number that works. Can anyone help before I go and ask the bank/police to investigate? I have a course startin on Monday so I need asap but am reluctant to pay 300 euro again

I believe my Google Account got me in here.  My current email address is <removed-kglad> however, I once had the now deleted <kglad>  I believe I might have an account under that obsolete address.  However, so many of your communities are product oriented; and I could not find a specific one for a product like this.  From what I remember, I may have owned Photoshop on older Windows versions.  Sorry that this might turn out to be the wrong place to post.  Thank you for your understanding.

I was charged full price for adobe creative cloud pro as my student status lapsed. I am not a teacher at my institution full time, how do I add this to my account? Alex

Hello, I subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it, when the time that I want to cancel it there is no cancellation option in my account. Yesterday I was billed for the monthly subscription. Can I request a refund for this?

I put something in my Adobe "cart" by mistake and would like to delete it.  There is no Delete button and no Quantity button that can be reset to Zero.  I keep getting reminder emails to complete the purchase.  I do NOT wish to purchase.  How can I empty the cart and stop the reminders?

Hi Guys - hope you can help.I normally stack up my LR/PS packages to runconsecutivly - my current 20GB package was due to run out Nov 2027.I purchased 2 new plans today on Black Friday deal and redemmed the codes (this should  take me to November 2029) ..... these are 1TB packages as the 20GB is no longer available. The codes were accepted but are not showing on my account - some SOMETHING has been updated as it is now showing Nov 20th (todays date) but 2027 ........ so it looks like it has cancelled my already paid for package and substituted it for this new one) ?!?!? I have tried talking to customer services but they couldn't grasp what I was trying to explein. Any hep MUCH appreciated as at present I am 2 years down on what I have purchased !!

I just bought the Creative Cloud Photo Abo 1 TB as a BLack Friday offer. Now I have in my acount my old Photo Abo 20 GB which needs a new payment in January 2026and the new Photo Abo 1 TB which is already activ for the next year.  Can I have both active? Should I cancel the old one?Will my data in the cloud go to my "new" cloud? I am a little bit confused now. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I've noticed a 24–25% increase in the monthly fee for the full Adobe suite since October last year. Has anyone received any notifications about this? I sure didn't. Or is this just the Adobe way of letting the hard questions fly under the radar?

 I signed up for the 7-day free trial and entered my credit card details. However, as soon as I confirmed, my card was charged with a whole month payment . I immediately canceled the subscription, but I would like to know why the charge was made ? because it said 0 dollars before i sign my credit card and will i get a refund for it ?since I canceled within the free trial period.

I graduated ending of last year and completely forgot to cancel my Adobe. I was never informed from my bank or had any notifications on card saying I was charged, come to find out I've been charged for all of 2025 (it is now mid November) . I only just found out I've been charged because I still have Adobe on my computer and wanted to look at my account, from January to July I was charged $36.64 and from August to Now i've been charged *DOUBLE* that at $73.29. Again I was never informed ONCE from my bank that Adobe would be charging me anything so of course this went under the radar for me. Considering I haven't been using Adobe since the very beginning of January 2025 and was not informed of any charges, I would like to ask for a refund.

Today, I subscribed to the free trial. And in the website, it said will not be charged after the free trial ends. But it still charged me, even though my free trial has not ended.
