Greetings friends!I am currently working in Russia and using Adobe Creative Suite, but I got a notification from local official distributor SoftLine who I pay for subscription, that Adobe will turn off their products in Russia due to some renewed sanctions against Russia. Will I be able to use Adobe products still legally if my subscription will be paid by non-Russian card? Or regardless of payment origins all Adobe products will be blocked if they are under Russian IP? Thanks a lot! much love!
about 9 days ago, I started a 7-day free trial of an Adobe plan ( monthly plan for firefly pro plus). Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription , but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account? I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy whivh is Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14

Hi. I would like to know if I’m getting a refund. I got the trial for Substance 3D collection a few months back but only had time to use it once, when my trial was ending I went to cancel it and was offered 2 more months, I took them and only had time to use it with 2 weeks left but I noticed that I can’t even use the programs because the trial “expired” (so much for 2 months(???)) and it wouldn’t even let me cancel because of a “payment issue”.I tried to resolve the payment issue multiple times as well as re-adding my credit card which all seemed fine (I even got a confirmation from my banking app about the 0 charge) but the moment you refresh the page or anything like it, the payment issue reappears. It also stated that if the payment issue isn’t resolved the subscription will be auto canceled.Now I got charged for this month (so the payment issue was done on purpose by Adobe?) even though there was an apparent “payment issue”? I was able to cancel it and did so in less than 2 hours

Estava apenas olhando as imagens no site, cliquei para saber mais informações e a página de licenciamento abriu, fazendo com que eu clicasse sem querer e comprasse o ativo (pedido AE02254400051CBR, imagem #696068166). Não há página de confirmação nem nenhum aviso de que não é possível cancelar a compra (mesmo com a imagem custando quase 1000 reais, um valor altíssimo), o que é um absurdo, fazendo com que o usuário realize a compra por engano - parece até proposital. Não fiz download da imagem, não quero e não vou utilizá-la e quero o imediato estorno e cancelamento da compra.Solicito que algum funcionário da adobe responda o tópico e por favor resolva o meu problema.

While I understand this may be intended as an authorization hold or billing verification step, it is not obvious to users and creates a poor first impression.Now that is off my chest, I'll describe the issues.Issue 1: The "7 day free trial" appears to charge immediatelyI signed up expecting a free 7 day trial.Instead, a charge immediately appeared against my bank account/card. When I try to purchase It gives same error. We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank. I tried 3 different credit card but the result is same. I tried from both pc and mobile phone. I contacted my bank amd they say cannot see any error. Tried edge, chrome and firefox is same result. With the same cards I can shop from international shops but Adobe does not accept my payment methods.

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on 26th June 20206. I noticed the credit card charge on 26th June 2026. Adobe Acrobat had offered me a free trial, but when I accepted it, 478.80 TL was charged from my card. It is very unpleasant that the user interface misleads customers in this way. Even so, I let it go this time and did not reach out to you. Now I want to cancel so that it won’t renew again, but it says that an early cancellation fee of 2,633.40 TL will be charged for the annual commitment. When I go to the “Manage Commitment” section, it says Annual Plan, Prepaid. I did not select any of these myself; all I wanted was to accept the free trial offer, and even then, the money was withdrawn immediately. Because the system misleads the user, I should not be forced to pay this money or be obliged to use this application for a year. Please resolve this grievance. I request that the subscription on my account, be terminated free of charge.
