I had a free trial until the 20th, but I forgot that I was canceling the purchase and tried to cancel it today on the 21st, but it cannot be canceled.

My Acrobat reader premium purchase through google play is not recognized on desktop. Please support.

Hello, I am getting tired of saving and not seeing all my days work. I have edited alot of information and saved, only to open the app again and I saw the app closing again due to a crash. Upon opening back the app, all my hours of saved work is gone, there should be a way to recover this as I cannot start all over again, is a total waste of my time

Hello Adobe Support Team, I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat premium a few hours ago. Despite installing and activating the software, I am unable to edit PDF files. The editing features seem to be disabled or inaccessible.Could you please assist in resolving this issue?Thank you for your support Best RegardsYe Lin Htun. 

After this latest update, every single folder and file that was stored in my Adobe Cloud Storage has been lost. Hours and hours of work I put into formatting and storing work files has just vanished. I'm pretty much done with using the app after this. It's not worth the time to try and reformat the system I had. It's strictly the Adobe Cloud Storage section that has erased. Everything else is still connected (PDF's from emails, from OneDrive etc). Not sure how the "cloud" storage isn't retrievable. Very disappointed. 

Hello I'm unable to converte word to pdf in the app although I did it many time before. It stopped suddenly. PLEASE HELP

Since recent update June 2024, I can see all Adobe PDF files . When I click to open anything, nothing will work. I cannot open any of my files or do anything else, as if the screen is frozen. I've reopened and shut my phone down and still does not work.

Hi wonder if there is a bug? I tried using adobe acrobat on iphone and ipad i have the latest updates for both  i even uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat but i am unable to choose more tham 1 photo whne creating a pdf .  As is is only possible to select only 1 photo  , i created a pdf with that photo , than selected edit and  add more photos , but even then i couldn.t choose any , the button to add more photos is frozen . hi everyone looking for some advicd please i am tring to measure a drawing i need to measure the office floor space 1>open drawing in adobe 2> click measure tool 3>choose area measure 4> change ratitio setting this is where im struggling the drawing is 1:100 and i need it in sqm  so ive put 1 in 0.1 m  but it dont seem to measure correct please help 

Hi I would like to get a refund for my redundant subscription for adobe pdf program. I have my two account for adobe.One, which I have been using for a long time is actuellement@naver.com And the other, which is i want to cancel the subscription and get a refund isactuelleverte@gmail.com. I don't use the second account, and the fee for one year of second one is paid just before today. So I have not used your program and I also will not use it later. Can I get a refund?  

Since upgrading to Version 24.05.00 (20240607.113.411), I can no longer rename files on my iPad. The menu option is still there and I the dialog box appears. I type in the new filename and get the following error message: "Unable to rename your file"  

I like to read and mark up PDFs using my tablet (Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, Android 14). Recently, I see that Adobe has "helpfully" put a menu at the bottom of the screen, but actually, each icon brings up a sub-menu for Comment, Highlight, Draw, Text, Fill & sign … (I'm using version 24.5.0.33694.) I frequently switch between the comment, underline, highlight, and drawing tools, so it's a constant annoyance to have to go back and forth between sub-menus to do this. And due to latency, I'm frequently closing the file by accident, since the check mark to exit the sub-menu is right where the exit arrow is. Overall, this makes using Acrobat Reader a frustrating and aggravating experience. Does anyone know how to customize the menu at the bottom of the screen to have just the tools I frequently use and get rid of the sub-menus?  If I can't find a solution to this (or if Adobe doesn't fix this), I'm also open to suggestions of other apps I could use instead.

I had subscribed for 7 day free trial, I had charge two time from Google play but till now app is not showing I have subscribed for premium. Completely Scam.

Hello I have the yearly Acrobat premium on the iPad pro but recently I cannot edit my PDF's. All the other features work except the Edit PDF. I have already un-installed the app, resarted the ipad and reinstalled the app, signed in and also restored my subscription but still no means to edit pdf's.

I have premium subscription,  but I am unable to create new pdf files.  Kindly help.

I accidentally deleted one file in my ipad (with lot of comments and annotations )from my cloud storage....Is there a way to restore it ? .Please help....It was a very important document....I checked deleted files section in cloud service...But says no files

Waste of money. Kannada font not working properly in Mobile premium. When I click edit Kannada font like ಆರೋಗ್ಯ becomes like ಆರೋರೋಗ್ಯ worst app, sometimes edit text doesn't work at all. Thanks

Apple told me it was refund by Acrobat yearly that I never do permission to make it happen.It was an issue because a minor did the operation. So please I want answer about my refund.
