Acrobat Reader Mobile

I want to send PDFs that display size of file and must be clicked by recipient to open. Most do arrive that way, but one or two are arriving already opened in email. What am I doing wrong? Using iPad Pro, with latest software, fully updated Adobe Acrobat Pro and Apple Mail.

I'm trying to printThe document who sent password protected I opened it was able to open the document been trying to print it and it says that is password protected can't they can't be printed but there's no password there's no option to put a password in to enter a password it's important that I print this document within 5 days I'll talk to the company that sent the document they resent it to another email address I've tried that and it takes me back to Adobe as it should but it's still will not let me print them document does anyone have any ideas or can someone with Adobe help me there's no cop don't find any contact information for Adobe which as many people use Adobe there should be a contact number or email

I have the latest Adobe acrobat. When attempting to do anything with a recent file it continues to erase and not save. Combining and organizing files do not save, I have erased old files and restarted the app Even when I open files from scan to acrobat it erased from my recent and cannot be found in acrobat

Hello everyone,My Problem is, when I try to log in with my Apple ID, I get logged in with my gmail anyway. I am logged in on my Ipad with my Apple ID and want the same pdf datas on my phone, but it doesn't seem to work somehow. How do i fix that? Thanks in advance.

When I tap on a PDF, the app opens and wants me to either reinstall or install Acrobat X. As long as this app is installed, there's no way to view a PDF

I have been troubleshooting creating pdfs on my android tablet. Every single time I create a pdf and send it to another device or my One Drive, it will come thru as corrupt. This has only started occurring since the latest update to the app on 5/4/23. None of the typical fixes seem to help or apply to android so I am at a lost as to how to fix this. Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated!!

The Adobe Acrobat Android mobile application has a bug, it does not respect the 'binding' setting. It always lays out pages from left to right in the two page reader and organize pages view. This is very annoying for working with right to left documents. I have confirmed that the file metadata is correct by opening it in the desktop application, where it properly displays from right to left. Can anyoune reproduce this issue? Is there a place to file an official bug report?

Gmail Account Safety 

I downloaded and signed up for the free 7 day trial, however was immediately charged for the subscription of $12.99 plus tax. I've since cancelled the subscription because I don't appreciate being lied to. I did leave a review on google pay, and was encouraged to post here. I'm hoping something can be done about this. 

I have a document that is able to be filled and signed on the desktop version of Adobe but when downloaded on the iPad version it says it is "read Only"?

Since the latest APP update, the Acrobat Reader for iPad started asking for sign-in before I could use. I have an Adobe ID but didn’t remember the password so I went through “forgot password” to reset the password and now, obviously my Adobe ID is back in use and I have no issue in login to make a post on this forum. BUT, I seem to never be able to sign in Acrobat Reader for iPad and I keep receiving an error message upon login attempt that says “Access Denied”. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of this. Anyone please could advise? Very much appreciated.

I can’t update or download any apps due to pending payment 269 AED against adobe acrobat reader edit pdf  although I didn’t purchased it , I didn’t mean to buy it , it was free and not given any option for activation with payment, please cancel my payment to update my appswhen I download this app not showing any fees required , but I surprised it add 269 AED pending payment for it without any confirmation or acceptance from my side please remove this fees and cancel my purchases toregards 

Okay okay, it might not have been Acrobat related cause I was already having a pretty bad day. But I do need help with this app. I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad that I have been using for almost 2 years. And ever since I started using it by taking notes from my classes, sometimes (rarely), it happens that when I exit the PDF and re-enter it sometime later, some notes will be missing. Today, ALL OF MY NOTES went missing from a two hour lecture. I just...I can't take it anymore. Please help. Is it my fault? Am I using this app incorrectly? After I finish writing my notes on my iPad, I simply click the exit arrow on the top left corner to exit the PDF, is there maybe a save option that I am not aware of? ugh...just...help, please. Note: I have an iPad Pro (10.5 in) running IOS 16.5.1 with Acrobat running the latest version cause I always check for updates on a daily basis. The current version I have is 23.05.01.

hi! Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have been trying to convert a word doc to pdf on my acrobat on iphone and it has taken the whole day but the status is stuck at "conversion in progress". I am unable to cancel or delete it while conversion is in progress. Any solution to this? Thanks

SirWhen pdf files are accessed from western digital hard drives, accessed from the FILES app in iPadOS, you can notice that at the top  right corner there is an icon that when pressed, a selection of pens and rubbers come up on bottom of screen. This enables handwriting with stylus. Also, on the left hand side of the pdf screen, one finds a column of the pdf pages listed orderly one on top of another. Dear Sir/Madam,On 23 june I started a 7 days free trial of adobe subscription and instantly an amount 6000 got deducted from my account (yearly subscription), after using subscription services for a while I didn't find it handy. So I mailed Google regarding cancelation of the premium subscription in which they replied they had cancelled the subscription on my behalf unfortunately refund part isn't where they can do much.With this mail I would like to request you to initiate the refund process of 6000(six thousand only).
