Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am getting charged $28.99 per month and when I go into my manage subscriptions on my iPhone there is no adobe subscription.this has been happening since March, how can I stop these payments?

I recently deleted the Adobe app from my iPad to free up storage space and reinstalled it a few hours later. However, after signing back in, I noticed that several of my files were not restored. Additionally, some documents that were previously stored locally on my iPad also appear to be missing. Could you please advise me on how to recover these missing files?

When I try to convert an Apple News article to PDF, it converts only the headline. When I'm viewing a news article, I tap the Share icon and the tap "Convert to PDF in Acrobat." It tells me: "Creating PDF. We'll let you know when it's ready." After a short time, it says: "text(6).pdf was created and saved in Adobe cloud storage", and it says Open. I tap Open, and it opens a document in Acrobat, but the document contains only the article's headline. Below a checkmark inside a circle, it has a blue Back to Top button. Text(6).pdf is the name it gives the file it creates. Each time I try to convert an article, the number in that file name increases by one. It creates a matching text file.

PNG image signature background appears as black. Using latest iOS app update. Phone is updated. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, issue persist.

I cannot combine files, have premium and it keeps saying unable due to security 

I've been using Adobe PDF app with my OneDrive scholar account for a long time.About two weeks ago it suddenly logged me out of OneDrive. And it didn't let me log in anymore, with the message "Failed to link Onedrive, contact IT Admin for support".I don't think it's a problem of my Admin (my university), because it always worked well. I think it's more likely the fault of the last major update, which was very recently (the one with all the AI stuff and web conversion etc).I saw that the last update was on May 13th. Now it updated again (22nd May), and the problem persists. Android version: 15Adobe PDF app version: 25.5.0.39126  (both in Spanish -Spain-, dunno if this could be relevant) I need this to be solved pleaseBecause, unfortunately, this is THE ONLY WAY to open and save pdfs from Onedrive cloud directly.

Hello Forum, I use Mobile Acrobat Premium. I have a single page pdf document and would like to add further empty pages to it for images and text I need to add. How can I simply add empty pages? Many thanks

I'm saving files (pictures, word etc) to Adobe Cloud. Once saved to the Cloud,  is it then OK to delete the file/s elsewhere? Tried it once, but lost the Cloud one!  Only deleted 1 copy so retrieved from elsewhere. 

I edited a pdf and added text to it 1month ago. Now i opened the app.butme files are missing 

I cannot download pdf files sent through Messenger nor send pdf files directly from a Google document. What do I need to do. The problem seems to come from Adobe. This is only occuring with my Samsung Galaxy phone S14I have verified the autorisations in the app parameters but I can't modify or add anything.

I have acrobat pro on my ipad pro. I was trying to make documents read only but the password protection feature seems to have simply made it unable to open without the password. Now I can't remove the password protection. I don't want users to need a password to open I just want to prevent unauthorized editing.does anybody know:1. How do I remove password protection from my own docs?2. How do I make my pdf docs read only?

I have got a adobe subscription but I am unable to edit or create a PDF I CONSTANTLY GET a message to get a subscription when my subscription is current 

The AI assistant is in my way. I am using my mobile app so the icon takes up a significant section of the text. The preferences menu does not offer a way to remove the icon. Is there some way to fix this? I don't want or need AI to help me read my documents.

When I send out a request for e-signatures the document comes back as an agreement between the signers and a business I no longer work for. How do I get the old business off the agreement settings?

Hi all,I have a One plus pad 2 and I love the auto split view feature.I use the official Gmail app for Pad 2 and when I click on any PDF, the window splits: Gmail stays on the left and Acrobat Reader opens the PDF file on the right half of the screen. It used to be great and still works with images (jpg, etc.), but it stopped working a few weeks ago.Now when I preview a PDF, the right half of the screen is completely white, no preview at all.Also, if I open the PDF from Archive, sometimes it doesn't even open.My only option is to download the PDF from Gmail every time and open it with Acrobat. It's a real pain, and it takes away the convenience of before.I've tried uninstalling Acrobat, reinstalling it, but nothing, it still doesn't work...Has anyone with the same problem found a solution?Any help would be great!Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm trying to edit an existing document on my iPad Pro, I have the full subscription and works fine on my Mac but on the iPad Pro when I press edit nothing seems to happen, I can't seem to select the text to then edit. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, I’m a university freshman.At the end of March, I accidentally subscribed to the Acrobat Reader app while trying to view a PDF file.I was very surprised and immediately deleted the app. I haven’t used it at all — I only reinstalled it today to check for a refund option, and opened it for the first time.At the time of the subscription, there was no money in my bank account, so the payment was not processed.It remained in a pending state for about two months, and just a few days ago, as soon as money was deposited into my account, ₩93,000 was automatically withdrawn.I have never used the app, and the subscription was clearly an unintentional mistake.As a college student, this amount has a significant impact on my living expenses.I initially applied for a refund but was declined. I also submitted a second request to Apple, but unfortunately, it was denied again.If possible, could you kindly review this situation once more?Your help would mean a great deal to me.Thank you very much.&

This doesn't occur very often, but it occurs often enough to make me want to throw my iPad out of a window. Sometimes, Acrobat crashes (I'm talking writ large, as I do keep up with updates, not complaining about any certain crashing situation). Such is life. No big deal. However, it is a big deal when I've been carefully marking editing notes on the iPad, under the guise that the work is autosaved to the cloud, only to find that when the app reopens after the crash, I've lost all of the work I've done for the past several hours is gone. Is there a way to manually save when using Acrobat Pro on an iPad with iOS?   I can manually save when I do other types of editing on the computer app but I only see the option to create another save on the iPad. This would create a large number of duplicate files crowding up my cloud every couple of pages to make sure I retained the work I put in. I'd rather just have a "save" option that takes the time to update the cloud file then and there. &nb
