Why when downloading files does a "Adobe Acrobat" folder get created and has no files in it? Can I eliminate the creation of this file?

What is the difference between Acrobat Pro and Adobe Express??

학교 중간고사 과제물 때문에 한달만 이용하려고 월별 플랜을 구매했다가 과제물을 다 완료해서 플랜 취소를 했었습니다. 그러나 플랜을 구매할 땐 언제든지 취소가 가능하다고 써있었는데도 불구하고 돈이 빠져나가니까 너무나도 당황스럽습니다. 학생인지라 알바비로 용돈 없이 혼자 벌어서 생활하고 있는데 제발 환불 부탁드립니다.

I am writing to report some issues I’ve experienced while using your app. Despite enabling the feature that suggests previously used words, it does not seem to function as expected. Additionally, after pressing “Done” on a document, the app does not provide an option to send or share a copy of the document. These issues are affecting my ability to use the app efficiently, and I would appreciate it if your team could look into them or provide guidance on how to resolve the problem.

Déjà bien que la lecture soit d'un texte français il énumère certains point s et les pages en anglais ... pas cool. Puis la ponctuation est bien mais lors des . L'attente avant la reprise de la phrase suivante est interminable en version payante . Il y a aussi beaucoup de bug de lecture ou la lecture audio marque un temps trop long à la fin d'une ligne lorsque que ce n'est pas pour autant la fin de la phrase ... j'utilise cette application payante en plus uniquement pour la lecture audio et j'ai pris payante juste parce que les voix sont plus lisible et plus fluide en mode Payante du coup j'espère que les améliorations vont se faire prochainement pour régler ces bugs de lecture .  Merci 

Can someone get my Adobe Premium up and running? I need to compress some files. I'm still subscribed to the premium and yet asking me to subscribe to the premium again

It is almost impossible to get a hold of someone from this company. I had to click so many different places just to find this thread. I downloaded Adobe acrobat from my iPhone and tried to cancel before the free trial was up, but I couldn't find where to do that anywhere.Now it keeps trying to charge my card, which thankfully is not letting it go through, but I can't even cancel my stupid subscription without paying for a service. I didn't even use. I will never use the service again. I just want my account canceled and my payment method taken off. Nowhere on the subscription does it even tell you how to unsubscribe.

Estimada comunidad.Quisiera favor se pueda desmarcar la alternativa de autorrelleno en IOS, ya que cada vez que se abre un documento pdf editable o rellenable, aparece el Menú de autorrelleno, y es muy molesto para mi Jefatura, quienes no editan o modifican estos documentos.De antemano agradeceré, poder crear dentro del menú de Preferencias, marcar o desmarcar esta opción de autorrelleno. muchas gracias.Saludos Cordiales.,atte.,Segundo Parra

I forgot that my subscription ends today and forgot to cancel it. They charged me today, and then I canceled. How can I get a refund, and is it even possible?

I have been using adobe reader for a while specially for its read aloud feature. Recently I am facing an issue with this feature, it stops reading in mid sentence or at full stops or commas for some seconds and start reading again. App is working perfectly, no lag, feature also shows that read out aloud it playing but the reader stops reading. It happens in nearly every sentence and is very distracting and frustrating. I have checked that everything about my device is alright and I have even tried to reset it but the problem is still there.

Witam, w jaki sposób mogę prosić o zwrot pobranej kwoty 329.99zl za subskrypcje Adobe? Miałam dostać powiadomienie na kilka dni przed końcem próbnego tygodnia, lecz nie dostałam nic. Wczoraj próbowałam anulować sama tą subskrypcje, lecz ani w sklepie Play ona nie widniała ani w aplikacji Adobe. Do kogo się zwrócić? Nie potrzebuje tej aplikacji? I started the 7 day free trial yesterday and the money has been taken out of my account. I would like a refund as I only wanted the trial; not an account in minus, all because of a stupid app that was ment to give me 7 days before taking that money. How disrespectful and greedy to customers and a bed reputation for potential customers. Please give me my Money back!!

I was charged by the autopay I didn't know about unknowingly when did this happen  I want my refund help immediatedly as soon as possible
