Why dose Adobe change all my word document to pdf. How do I stop this please 

Не могу купить подписку на год, приложение предлагает пробный недельный период, и когда я нажимаю на купить подписку, или попробовать бесплатную версию, то мне даёт как вариант платить с корпоративной учётной записи! Которая никак не работает по умолчанию ни в одном приложении, ни в Google Play, не в самом гугле, не в Google Chrome, нигде включено, и по умолчаю стоит моя личная учётная запись к которой привязана моя карта, откуда я как раз и хочу делать оплату. Я не хочу привязывать свою карту к другим учёным записям, как мне решить эту проблему и оплатить оттуда откуда я хочу оплатить

Por qué me han cobrado la suscripción si tenía días de prueba gratis!? 

The last big app update has effected filling in forms. When deleting text in a pre-filled box the text shadows until you click out of the box. So you can't see what you're typing which is very annoying. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem is still there.see attached screenshot of problem.Thanks

I have forms that have required signatures and premade fillable text boxes. I go into the app, fill out the information and when I go out of the form or attempt to send it for e-signatures it wipes the page clean like I didn't put any information in. It saves into my storage but only as a blank file. I tried the same on my laptop and it works just fine. Please help or create an update fixing the issues. 

When I try and open a PDF file from an email it takes me to a subscription page for Adobe and doesn't give me an option to just view it without paying.  I'm not trying to edit I just want to view it.  

Hello, I have no idea if I started a free trail but I do not rememeber doing this myself. But I have just had $109 come out of my account with a year membership and I didn't even have the app downloaded. Is there anything I can do to get a refund as i have no interest in paying this much money.

Hai,  I am facing an issue with adobe acrobat reader as managed app in IOS. users are not able to open the pdf attachments in the app and hence not able to do fill or sign. Added the app in to the managed app list on both Android and IOS. its working fine on Android, but not on IOS. Kindly requesting your asupport and advice on the same. Regards,Abdul Majeed

Dear Colleagues, Hi! Thanks for Acrobat for iOS. It is my top productivity app. I am using Version 25.02.00 (20250219.130851) on iOS 18.3.1 (22D8075) with an iPhone 16e. I purchased the phone this week. Last week, when I was using my old iPhone SE, I was happily highlighting a local .pdf file. With the new phone, when I try to comment the same file, the comment does save after I close the file by tapping the home button. Reinstalling the app did not resolve the problem. Hi everyone,Maybe this is a rather special request but I hope someone can help with this. I'm setting up a Microsoft Intune App Protection policy for iOS devices. With this policy, I want to limit the way a Microsoft Business app can share data with other (unmanaged) apps. Sharing is limited to policy managed apps. Unfortunately I would like to enable my users, to also open PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS. As I'm unable to add Acrobat Reader as managed app, I'd like to exempt it from the rule described above.To do so, Microsoft states the following in its documentation:For a policy targeting iOS/iPadOS, you can configure data transfer exceptions by URL protocol. To add an exception, check the documentation provided by the developer of the app to find information about supported URL protocols. Unfortunately I could not find any hint on what the URL protocol used by the Acrobat reader app is. Hope someone can help me in this case. Best regards,David

I can't log into my subscription even after I say restore purchase.Is there no app support.This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for an app that I can't restore. I did the update & loged out and back in but still can't restore purchase.

Baixei o app clicando na opção de usar gratuitamente e simplesmente me cobraram 124,90 no meu cartão de crédito, sem aviso, sem autorização. Não consigo reaver o dinheiro de volta com o banco e não tem um meio de pedir ajuda por aqui. Pessimo app, absurdo tudo isso.

While I purchasing the adobe premium it says free 7 days trail but  on the same day itself my subscription started and money got debited

I have been charged £7.99 a month for a free trial I didnt sign up to. I have been charged for months for it. Adobe, playstore and Samsung all deny its their problem. Help? 

I keep on trying to view a PDF, as always, with my Android phone. Lately, however, I can no longer view a PDF on the Android Adobe app downloaded from the Google Play Store. Usually a downloaded PDF from a bank, credit card whatever I would either have the chance to tap on "open file" while I'm waiting and expecting the PDF to download to my phone then it might pop up a few apps of which I'd choose Adobe with a tap and the PDF would open with Adobe for me to read. That no longer works. It's the same thing if I go to downloads on my phone and tap a download (that's a PDF), and it opens in Adobe after I tap on Adobe as the app to use for that file. Unfortunately, both of these ways no longer work. I go as far as tapping the Adobe app; however, when it opens, a paid subscription page opens over the app, forcing me to choose a monthly or yearly plan, which I don't need, and when I tap the X to get rid of the subscription page, the Adobe app closes.
