Hi all, I only downloaded Adobe to sign one document. That’s it. I had no idea it would automatically charge me $106.99 AUD for a full year subscription. Since that one signature, I haven’t used Adobe at all, and I won’t be using it for a year. This unexpected charge really hurts my budget. Is there anything I can do? Can someone help me get a refund? I wanted to share this so others don’t get caught off guard too. Thank you so much for any help or advice!

Hi, The last few days my Adobe Acrobat keeps crashing whenever I try and open a PDF. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but nothing seems to be working. I have also cleared the cache. (screen shots attached of message and the blank screen I keep getting). Please can you advise how I can fix this? Thanks   Please can you advise how I can fix this?

Hello,I am a member of the U.S armed forces. We use adobe acrobat everyday for general memos, formal waivers, and personnel performance reports. I have been working on mobile solutions for base leadership to be able to stay connected on their phones and ipads while on the road. While traveling, they frequently need access to their computer to sign adobe documents using their digital certificates. While this feature is great on PC, there is no current solution to allow for signing documents with digital certificates. Why is this? I know there are hardware solutions on the market that will read Common Access Cards (CAC) on a mobile device (ex Thursby Software) but adobe can not like to this hardware to digitally sign documents on iOS. Are there any plans in the future for Adobe to develop this capability? If no, why not? If this capability were developed by Adobe, I know many high level leaders in the Department of Defense for the U.S. would leverage it.  I look forward to hearing b

J'ai pris un abonnement à l'assistant AI, mais je n'arrive pas à l'utiliser. Il me demande de m'abonner et après il me dit que je suis déjà abonné. Je ne peux même pas l'utiliser. Que faire? 

The Acrobat Reader app on my Ipad isn't showing the Microsoft login option (see screen grab). I was able to login on the browser and reader's included in my plan. I downloaded Adobe Express to see if it's a general issue, but it's showing the Microsoft login so it seems to be just Acrobat. Help would be appreciated. 

Recently I was hacked and the email i used for my personal account on adobe was too, I don't have any access to the past email because i eliminated the problem is i don't remember the password and i don't have the email to get the verification code. I want to delete that account but i need help to do it!

Browser on IPhone not supported

Tras actualización de la aplicación adobe reader han desaparecido los documentos guardados en la nube, solo está las carpetas vacías se pueden recuperar? Que ha ocurrido?

Any plans to add the ability to do a digital signature with a certificate on the iOS or Android apps?  Thanks

I have recently purchased monthly subscription rs.340/-. The amount got deducted from my bank account but in Adobe, it is still showing free user, and restore purchase is also not showing. I have transaction receipt even in Google Pay yest there is no subscription on Adobe. I couldn't not find any subscription but I have been charged by adobe, kindly help.I even tried all remedies as suggested on this community help and the website of Adobe but to no avail.

I paid for a monthly Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription and all of the paid features are still locked. Can you fix this for me?

I have several files that have been compressing or converting for months now and i would like to cancel them out. However any time I try to select them I get the error "the file cannot be opened while conversion is in progress." Is there any way to force these items to stop?

I was only going to use the trial version for a while, but I was already paying for a subscription for 6 months while I was busy preparing for a job. I don't need it because I'm already using my adobe account at work, so can I request a refund for the unused period?
