Acrobat Reader Mobile

Ho cambiato cellulare e sul nuovo non trovo più i file che avevo sul telefono vecchio. Come recuperarli? 

Is there a way to always disable the save signature feature in the Adobe Reader app for the iPhone?

I paid for my subscription in January and it's supposed to work til next year January but myadobe is asking me to pay again. 

I am not sure whether or not my subscription is active  as this is what is showing when i click subscription from inside the app, but if i i scroll all the way down  and click restore purchases  or manage subscription  i get my list of subscriptions which doesn't have adobe. I tried  deleting the app but i still can't find the buy button . I'd really appreciate ur help🙏🙏it's been 2 days i'ˆm trying to figure out a solutikn. Thanks    

I cant use my subscription after the payment. I tried restore  repurchase option but no use , this is what it showed, and my account also debited with the subscription amount

Hello.  I downloaded Adobe Acrobat for android phone and am not subscribed. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be able to open those links that usually immediately open in PDF. I can only open downloaded PDF files (but those I am having difficulties with cannot be downloaded for some reason).I am using the phone Honor 90 Lite and AA 24.7.0.34210. Please let me know how to proceed.  Thank you.  Nina

Kindly give the option for changing the location of toolbar / for annotations/ which usually appears at the bottom of the screen to right or left or upper aspect of screen. The toolbar at bottom interferes with the palm . Please guve custom adjustment of the toolbarBookmark made in ipad in pdf . Now when we transfer pdf to pc-Bookmarks dont appear. Kindly give the option to save bookmarks which can be saved and sent over devices

Buongiorno. Un problema banale: l'apertura dei file PDF è sempre avvenuta tramite il lettore Adobe sul mio RedMi Note 11 pro+ 5g. Improvvisamente ha iniziato a utilizzare un'altra app senza che io cambiassi coscientemente le impostazioni. Nelle impostazioni non sono riuscita a trovare l'opzione per renderlo il lettore principale. Soluzioni?

My files are not getting compressed and already some files are still in progress from few days. FYI: I have paid subscription.

Good day, I have a mobile andriod acrobat premium subscription and I have been facing this two challengies.1. I will  be editing a pdf and suddenly, I wont be able to edit any PDF including the ones already edited. I keeping finding ways around it which I dont know what I did to make it work. So please is there any solution to this?2. The app will crash suddenly and all edited  text will be gone even if it is a day editing. There should be a way to recover this after a crash. Note am using a mobile andriod phone for my editable acrobat

I needed to export files awhile back. Despite paying for Adobe Acrobat Premium, I was unable to export at that time and was prompted to purchase Adobe ExportPDF which resolved the issue. I recently renewed Acrobat Premium and is ExportPDF subscription renewal date is approaching? I just researched Premium online and that should be enough to export. Are there any reasons/features that require Export in addition to my Premium subscription? If not, why was I required to subscribe additionally to Export? 

Why if I cancel the subscription before the free trial ends will I be charged for renewal?

I saw the Acrobat app for iPad was offering a free trial, and when I signed up to try it I was immediately charged instead. I did not agree to this and at no point was informed that I would not receive a trial. Extremely disappointed that such a reputable company would stoop to committing fraud, engaging in deceptive business practices and bad faith transactions.  I want my money back but Adobe apparently has a policy against returning money they steal?

I have a PDF file that displays differently than Acrobat on iOS and macOS systems, with significant differences in transparency on certain images. Can anyone tell me what caused this difference and how I can solve or avoid it? Thank you.  

Dear All,I'vd already paid for the yearly subscription, and the payment was also already transferred, but the account still show that i'm the free user.when i check account detail, it can show that my account was paid until April 2025.  I want to know how to fix that? because i'm now cannot use all those premium function although i was already paid.thank you for your help.best regards

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC a lot for work to view, and make notes/changes on drawings/building plans. This often happens while out on site so I end up using an ipad. Could we possibly get a few more simple edit/ comment features added to the mobile version such as the ability to draw a straight line/arrow and the callout boxes? the only way to make notes at the moment is scribbling on the sheet with an apple pen (or similar) which ends up looking quite messy.
