Adobe Acrobat Sign

Having an issue with documents where the recipient is trying to sign via their mobile device. They believe they have signed but it is only registering as them having viewed the document so the signature remains outstanding. Sent via Salesforce integration rather than via the web/app. Are people able to sign via mobile without an app?

I circulated a document  via emails seval months back.  One person did not sign, and they are no longer available.  How can I recover the partially signed copy so that I can secure one more signature?

Dears, how can I customized the subject of the email sent/received that is informing about the document to be signed / signed?As is:"DOCUMENT NAME" between "COMPANY" and "SIGNER" has been signed and archived. To be: I would like to have:"DOCUMENT NAME" between "COMPANY" and "SIGNER" has been signed and archived ref. "REF NR". How can I add in subject the "REF NR." field available in .CSV file used to send multidocs? Is it possible? How to?Many thanks for support.  

I have adobe esgin for salesforce in my sandbox. Everytime i open anything related to Agreement template i get "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: )".  Need help to fix this. 

I have (what I think is) a pretty simple objective. I have an MS Excel template that get's filled out that needs signing. Our current process is to save the xlsx as a pdf, import into Adobe Sign and add signatories (always the same signatories). It would be much simpler to just set the signatories directly from Excel and convert to pdf / send to signatories for signing all in a single click.  It is the same signatures on the same template that are required over and over. Please help me streamline this!Thank you very much in advance

Acrobat sign is taking fields out of a completed form which we previously ticked/completed which is very annoying, as I needto sednit to a client to sign with all of the fields completed. Does anyone know how to fix this r preventing it from happening?

i have an employer that has sent me a form to e-sign in workday but every time i click the link to open the modal that is supposed to pop up the PDF, it is blank. i have tried several different computers, broswers and operating systems. it doesnt work on any of them. any tips? i did download the pdf, signed locally on my laptop and sent to the HR rep. any idea why it does not work at all in browser?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a document that looks like an audit report but does not state "audit report" or "final audit report" left below the title or header (that states the name of the signed document) but "final test report". As the report is in German language I am not 100% sure if the translation is correct (in German it is "abschließender Testbericht"). If it were a final audit report it would state "abschließender Prüfbericht" according to helpx.adobe. I do not think that it is an "interim report" either because that should not fit to the translation. I cannot think of any other translation of German "Test" as test. So, does anybody know under which circumstances you get a "final test report". Thank you very much in advance!

Is it possible to have the default setting for the initial boxes to be "not required" by default, instead of editing each individual one and unchecking the box?

Today we have received a number of undeliverable documents as apparently the email address is incorrect.We tried all of the again from a two different members of staff and computers. Some seem to have successfully sent but others after an hour come back saying that they " bounced and could not be delivered ".These email address are all correct and could there be a problem with Adobe document cloud?Any Advice would be helpful!

I am trying to install the adobe bundle to my netsuite sandbox, but am receiving an error after going through the oauth process. I'm experiencing an issue in Salesforce where a user activates their account by opening an email invitation, but their account status remains as "Created" instead of changing to "Active." Additionally, the "Adobe Acrobat Sign Email Verified" checkbox is still unchecked.

I use a digital signature from another company and I will be switching.My reports contain large JPEG images from the electron microscope. Each image is over 5 MB. I sign the report (with the images) with a digital signature and send it to the client. But the file is compressed far too much and the images have lost all the details. A file of 20 MB gets compressed to less than 2 MB. I cannot control the amount of compression with my current digital signature provider. If I switch to Adobe Sign, does it provide anyway to control the compression of my digitally signed report? Alternatly if I buy Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign, can I control the compressiion of my digitally signed report?    

I have a template made.I went to 'send' the document, and I added their email.  However, I did not add ME to the document.  I am at teh page where I am fixing the fields in the document, but I cannot edit the signature field to add myself as a signer since I didn't put myself in on the previous step.  How do you get back to the previous step to add me?  I have searched and searched and been hung up on by support and see absolutely no way to accomplish this task aside from deleting it and starting over.  I have 4 days left in my trial and this is a deal breaker if I can't get this to function.  Please help.  Thanks!

Does the data from forms only reside in the form creator's account? Or, does that data also reside in the accounts of the approvers? Example: PersonA creates the form. It is then sent to three levels of approver.s Will the varied approver's Adobe Sign accounts include all the raw data from the initial form - or is that data only available to PersonA, the form creator?

I am currently unable to send an AdobeSign document to a specific email. I have tried sending the AdobeSign document through the UI, the API as well as through the Salesforce integration. I am able to send the documents to any other user I have tried except this user (using all 3 methods listed above). Originally I was able to add this user as an alternate signer to get around this issue but it seems that i can no longer do this either. If the specific user email is needed please let me know and I will provide it. I have attached a screenshot of the message I see when I try to send a document using the UI to this specific user. Also this is not document/template specific as I have tried all combinations of generation method/email/document and only the specific user has an issue with having a document generated.Also I have asked the user if they have some sort of "Do not contact" with AdobeSign and they have said to their knowledge they do not.

I try to preview a document in Salesforce that shows an error and link the Adobe sign account multiple times. Please help me out and solve the problem.
