I use Adobe Sign for certain legal documents for our customers. Today, I sent a customer a document to e-sign and got the notice that the email bounced back and was undeliverable. I thought maybe it's because the customer was using a school email so I had her give me her personal email. The same thing happened. I'm not sure what to tell her to have her or I remedy the issue. I can't even access the Adobe Sign support because, as a previous poster mentioned, the Adobe Sign support page is broken. The FAQ that I saw for emails bouncing seemed to be dealing with if you are the recipient and the emails are bouncing. But is there anything the sender can do? Is this purely a recipient problem? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Where is the official publication that Adobe Sign will be blocked from use for China? What would this mean for existing users within China?

Is there a way to set up a webform on a retail store ipad for in person signature with out the email verification? The email verification is getting lost and we just need a drawn signature on the webform. Is this possible? I feel like this used to be.
I have forgotten my password on the digital signature option in the "fill and sign" section of Acrobat. does anyone know how to recover and/or change it?
I got an email from my company, but unlike all the other e-signature documents, this time there is no option to sign it. I am very confused. Please help me. psa of how I got the document for e-signature
Spent a lot of time creating a template. Need a second one that requires only minor changes. Don't want to recreate the who thing. Is there a way to copy or save as?

Now my workflow is 3-4 times slower with the new interface of Acrobat Sign. The fact that I need to add one by one multiple recipients’ addresses is absolutely the worst idea ever...But all good things must come to an end, right?Thank you , Adobe!
Our organization is currently utilizing Adobe Acrobat Sign, and our existing account is registered under the email address sander.eek@hcs-company.com. We would like to update this account to the new email address: sander.eek@eden-akers.com. Approximately 1.5 years ago, Adobe advised against changing the primary email address on an Acrobat Sign account due to the risk of losing access to previously signed documents (which actually happend, even when working with Adobe Support). Does anyone know if changing the account email is now supported without impacting access to historical signed documents? Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,Sander Eek.
The Drag and Drop Files feature has never worked for me using the "new experience" no matter the browser type. Is there a solution to fixing that before taking away the ability to revert back to the classic version? Additionally, it would be helpful features to allow edits to the "recipent" fields after previewing fields. Is that in the works for improvements?
I have Adobe Acrobat Pro as part of the Enterprise Version, and I am an admin console user. Adobe Acrobat Pro includes a request signature function. Within its signature settings, there is an option for signature preferences. However, I cannot find a setting called "Global Setting" that would allow me to disable attaching the signed agreements and email to all recipients after the signature process. Is there any way for me, as the admin console user, to enable the "Global Setting"?
Hi, I can not figure out how or where to edit a participants email in an existing web form (eg I want to change an approving managers email address in a 3-person signature leave request form). I can see how to edit the form, but not the partipant email without setting up a new form. Please help!
The support tab is missing in my account of the admin console, it was there when the Admin console was not implemented. I could go to help and create case.
I have a complex form that's been completed by multiple parties in a team and now needs to be sent for approval by others via an Adobe Sign workflow. Trouble is, Adobe Sign re-examines all the fields and takes the Signer through every fillable field before they get to the Signature page. Adobe Sign is also flagging format issues with some fields - dates, for example, because it's expecting all dates in US format MMM dd, YY when our fields are set to the Australian standard of dd-MMM-yy. There's also a mismatch between the way Acrobat formats for fields containing percentages works compared to Adobe Sign. All of which could be overcome if I could find a way to get existing fields ignored. Is there some way to tell Adobe Sign to ignore existing document fields? That would save a whole lot of heartache.
I will include pictures. After I digitally sign the document, I click the X in the upper right corner and I get prompted to save Yes No Cancel choices. If I select Yes all is good, but if I select No the document closes. When I open the document again the digital signature is there but the fields changed to read only with javascript in the sign area of the digital signature are not read only. Before Digital Sgnature is appliedThis is where the Javascript is located in the sign area of the signature field. This is after the Digital Sgnature is applied. This is what I get when I close the document. If I select set read only and select the fields I do not get the prompt when I close the file. If I select No the signature is saved, but the fields are not read only. When I open the file there ar no problems with the digital signature and the fields that are now read only
"Send Settings" is missing from my Admin panel. Per support article, this should be the place where I can enable Document Expiration settings. Please help. Thank you
I don't want people to have to fill out the same information multiple times although legally it is required to be in certain places multiple times (usually the beginning and end of a document).I would like to use a cloned field to do this so they fill it out once and yet it appears in all the places it should after filling it out once. Currently, this process sucks - clone, click, drag and drag and drag and drag. You'd think the developers were fans of Ru Paul with these amounts of field drag. Welp, I am not a fan of drag. I want a field within the field (if you know what I mean) --- one that says "Move to page ___" and then when I change that field within the field object (to be a bit more clear) - the object then goes poof off and a way to that page - to which I can easily scroll or navigate to on my own to then click and unfortunately drag to the right position on that page, much lighter lift! Upvote if you hate this too.
I need to do a set up that will make an user a default approver (not signer) before the actual signatory. User 1 (signatory)User 2 (approver) User 2 (approver) should always approve any and every document before the User 1 (signatory) as a default. This shoudl follow all workflows involving the User 1 (signatory). How can we set this up?
I posted a response to somebody else's similar issues, but I would like to list the issues that are making it VERY time consuming for me to even use this Adove Sign software. I have Acrobat DC Pro with Adobe Sign, and it's up to date. Running it on updated version of Windows, have my Adobe account signed in as I should, etc. Here are my issues:1. When preparing a document for e-signatures, there is no way to "undo" anything. For example, if I delete a field and then I want to quickly undo that so it comes back, it won't do it. In my case, it happens a lot whereby Adobe automatically creates the yellow e-sign fields for fields that already existed and were filled by me in the original PDF before I went to set it up for e-signing. I should not have to flatten a fillable form and save it as a new version prior to doing an e-signature requests just so it'll stop doing this.2. If a form field was pre-filled as in the example above, it would be nice if I could right click on it, and tell it
I am honestly worried about Adobe's substance abuse. They keep assuring me that they don't have a problem and they can quit whenever they want to. But then they keep releasing embarassing products and taking away features that people like only to replace them with some of the worst ideas I've ever heard of. This is addictive and destructive behavior and I think we should organize an intervention. Despite knowing EXACTLY how many users clicked back to the "Classic Experience" from the default "New Experience", they are still going ahead with this anti-user UI where all clicks are multiplied and your normal workflow will be twice as long as it was. Did an Adobe executive watch mad men and thought drinking at work is a good idea? I really have no explanation for the state of Adobe's software offerings other than straight up, drunken stupidity. I guess I shouldn't be surprised these decisions are coming from the makers of Acrobat! I mean, they screwed that up ROYALLY, even
Someone on our team account keeps getting the following email. I am the admin on the account, however, I did not provide this. I can only assign licenses for Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat. This person has Adobe Acrobat DC Pro already. The email address it's coming from is adobesign@adobesign.com. Can someone tell me if this email is legit, or do we need to to mark it as phishing email? I've contacted our account manager, and to no suprised, I haven't heard back.
I am trying to trial AdobeSign and went through preliminary configuration and setup the AdobeSign button. I am trying to figure out how to configure AdobeSign to send an SMS text instead of an email. Could someone please point me in the direction of those instructions? I am somehow unable to find these either on the support site or via google. Thank you.
Do senders need individual accounts to send a document for Esignature even if they are part of the organization that has an enterprise account with Adobe?
