Bonjour, j'avais mis un commentaire Google sur Adobe Scan comme quoi on ne voyait pas le stylo vert et le stylo rouge. Vous m'avez donc proposer d'envoyer une image pour compléter mon commentaire.Donc le voici.

Sir/madamI took trail of Adobe scan on 26 March 2026 and forgot to cancel my subscription so on 02 April 2026, my account is debited with 6200 rupee.I took trail and and found that there is the things those are rarely used by me.so there was no plan to purchase it.In future if I need your world class services then I definitely purchase them, but as of now I want my full refund asap.I applied for refund on the same day when I it was purchased. But I not got any satisfactory reply I got two reply and both are contradictory (screenshot s are attached) Please help me out asap, because this money is really matter for my as of now.i m going through a tough time.   

As I write earlier too but due to confused reply I'm writing again sir. Full story as given below.On 26 March 2026 I took trail period of 7 days and I donot find any thing price worthy for my personal use.Unfortunately I forgot to unsubscribe the mandate fro phone pe UPI app. On 02 April 2026 my account was debited by 6200 INR . Immediately on the same day I raised the refund request on every platform like Google play and Adobe site. But I got 2 type of reply One on Gmail saying that this purchase doesn't meet with our policy (screenshot attached)Other on refund review status, saying that your financial institution will return the fund to your original payment method.(screenshot attached) Note-Payment proof also attached  Please help me out by doing needful.

Yesterday 27 March 2026 I purchased the free trial of Adobe scan but it deducted the whole amount from my bank that is ₹6200. After that I cancelled the subscription from Google Play Store and GPA no. Is GPA.3345-2457-3158-32287 am attaching the invoice as well. But google is saying it against our refund policy. I filled the refund form from your website still I got no response please look into my situation.

On my iPhone 13 Pro, iP16 are using the latest version of Adobe Scan, uploads are very slow even though the files are small (less than 1 MB).The app feels very sluggish.

I am trying to figure this out. My order number is GPA.3350-8501-5111-25017..0 I filled form. Submitted it like it was suggested in one of the forums. not sure what went wrong but I didn't get any message to my email.

Hello, I guess, it is not possible to have the cloud folder mirrowed on my mac? thats a pitty. but then, how can I download a hole folder from creative cloud on my mac?  greetings and thanks for advise

Just clicking app for the first time and it will give me error unexpectedly quit. I have the newest software update on my phone and I have deleted the app multiple times. It will work for a day or two and then it is back to doing this again. This is getting annoying that I pay for an app that doesn’t work.

Once a scan is deleted in the Adobe Scan app it is permanently deleted. Why has there still been no implementation of a trash folder after so many years of multiple complaints?When using the app on a tiny screen many thumbnails look identical and could be misidentified for deletion. Even the confirmation dialogue box asking you if you really want to delete will cover up your selection so you can't really see what it is you're trying to delete.Every other platform and software implements a trash folder except for Adobe Scan.And then the other thing is that you can't seem to copy multiple scans to local storage at the same time, you have to select them one by one individually which is time-consuming and prone to error for skipping or duplicating one, resulting in missing one and possible deletion of one that you did not saved somewhere else other than Adobe cloud storage, and noticing the skipped scan until after it's too late and already deleted.It would be better to also implement an o

When I scan, the app freezes. Can someone help me?

I have changed my handset from Nova 9 to Pura 70 and now my documents won't open, it keeps on giving "files can't open they are corrupted/damaged" error

I can see all my scans but, when I try to view them, the download fails.  Its  been hours try saying ‘try again later”. Not sure what I can do.
