Dear Support,I subscribed to the Adobe Scan Premium trial on 5 August 2026 with auto-renewal enabled. I cancelled the subscription on 11 August 2026, i.e. on the 6th day of the trial period. However, despite cancellation within the trial period, the full annual subscription amount was charged on 11 August 2026.The Adobe Scan app clearly shows that the subscription was cancelled on 11 August 2026.The subscription have been processed directly through the Adobe Scan app. I have also cancelled the auto-payment mandate.I request you to kindly refund the full annual subscription amount to the original payment method. I can provide screenshots of the cancellation details and the amount debited, if required.Kindly review the matter and assist with the refund at the earliest.Regards

Se acabó el periodo de prueba no me gustó cancele la suscripción y de igual forma se realizó el débito automático, quisiera realizan la  investigación ,devolución y la gestión pertinente lo más antes posible.

Why the payment for free subscription was taken before time ? I started on on 03.09 about nun so the normal subscription should start on 10th at the same time - please explain and refund the money subscription is cancelled 

J’étais été facturé 8 euros en septembre alors que j’ai résilié en mars 2026. Comment me faire rembourser et comment faire que cela n’arrive plus ?

Mistakenly I had selected my office ID rater than my old person ID where all subscription was there now due to change of ID I am not able to access my all scan data on my old mail  Is there any option to switch my subscription from one mail to other

Ich kann mein Abo nicht nutzen. Steht nur es gibt schon ein Abo soll mich ausloggen und eu anmelden. Habe es gemacht funktioniert trotzdem nicht.

How to get my previous scanned documents

The Adobe scan app has the potential to be a great product for doing archival work. However, a feature that is sorely missing is a remote shutter feature. This is a critical feature that allows the app to be used on a tripod without physically touching the camera.Adobe -- PLEASE -- look into an option to remote click a picture. The iPhone photo app already has this option. A pair of headphones, Bluetooth keyboard or remote can snap a picture.We also need the flexibility to use an external macro lens for close up shots of small text. The focus and zoom are too grainy through the app alone.This will save my back and arms countless hours in archival scans and photography.Thanks!

Haven't deleted any files in Adobe Scan. Yet all files are missing from my app and cloud server. Cannot retrieve any files, as no files are available to be retrieved at Adobe.com. Kindly guide me in retrieving it if possible. Last 5 years data are lost.

hi I forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended. Can I please get a refund on the month that I got charged for.

I paid for a premium subscription but in the app is not working for it

Scan keeps crashing. I was in the middle of saving a file this time and now every time I open the app, it crashes. The file doesn’t show in my cloud so I’m afraid it will be gone if I try to delete and reinstall the app, which has already happened to me. Adobe scan Autopay my payment today it's around 2650rs. I don't use Adobe scan by mistake app is download and payment is deducted please refund my 2650rs. ASAP thankyou

Dear Adobe Support Team,I lost my phone last year and am trying to get back files scanned by Adobe Scan. Somehow they are all lost and I could not find them anymore. I suppose they should be stored on Adobe cloudI have been using Adobe Scan since 2023 and there were a lot of files scanned, but I only see recent files now.  1. Please help check if they are still on Adobe Cloud for files from 2023 - 2025, they are really important to me.2. Please also check the creation date of my account. I could not find it.Thank you. Acabou de descontar 40,00 no meu cartão quando eu fui entrar pra usar falou que eu não tenho plano 

Even on my subscription it says cancelled but every chance Adobe has debits my bank account R550 up to 3x in one day and total of 13 times in one month. I deactivate and unsubscribe in 2025, but am still terrorised paying thousands in bank fees. Tried to call the Netherlands number with no help. I am desperate for help

I don't want any of my data or property stored outside my control. This is a real problem for security and NDA compliance.
