Pretty often me or my colleagues try to download a pdf from a adobe express file (web page). It shows the loading that reaches always 90% and then it gets stuck. It is happening Often and it's getting kinda annoying since we use it for work, I tried to delete the cache and even to download from a duplicate file but nothing was solved. Usually we wait the day after in order to download without incidents the pdf but as you may imagine it causes work delays. I would like to get support in order for me and my colleauges to work fluently without any hitches.

Any time i try to create a video over 1-2 minutes in Express, I get almost finished and then Express can't download the video.  Why the hell does Adobe encourage people to use Express for video when IT DOESN'T WORK.   This is ridiculous.  I've waited and waited and tried copying the file and deleting elements/scenes to see if there is something corruped and I can't find anything.  Adobe fix this you useless bums

Wind and Breeze loop have an issue when you use it on an image, it makes the image white randomly and nothing will fix it. Having to use other animations instead but really want to use the Wind or Breeze. Adobe ExpressDesktop on https://new.express.adobe.com/Add Wind or Breeze loop animation to any image Please fix this bug

Hello communityI published an Express doc as a 'link only' and it worked initially.I then had to make changes, so when done I clicked 'update link' to presumeably transfer the chnges to the file on the link. Then it said it couldn't update the file (several tries). Then I deleted the link as it suggests to 'republish'. Now I get the red error msg saying it can't publish and any previous link leads to a 404 error msg page. I just want to generate a new public link to my latest file. Do you only get one public link per file? Thanks for your help - am thrying to get a signed-off Annual Report to a client.

When I click  on download I receive an error message. Not able to place any elements or shapes or icons on my image. You can put a sticker but nothing else.

Hi, While downloading a file as image with tamil font in adobe express, it is getting downloaded successfully with same tamil font. But while downloading same file as PDF, the tamil font is getting collapsed as shown in the attached files. Please look into this bug and rectify on priority.  Image file - it is perfect  Screenshot of PDF file - it is not correct, the font is collapsed. Please compare the fonts in two images. I have tried different browsers and also cleaned the browsing dta history, but still can't open my file. 

Why did the ability to change the fill (and outline) of multiple selected shapes at once go away? It now just gives me the ability to change the outline of multiple selected shapes, but not the fill color. Why? This is such a time saver and seems bizarre that it went away.

When I try to export as a digital or print PDF, the image in my design disappears. When exporting as a png it's fine, but I really need it as a PDF.

I've used this program as part of my Adobe Suite for over a year now but suddently it won't work (even though i have 1000 credits)Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried in 2 seperate browsers.

I'm trying to upload a 1.5MB file on Adobe Express from my laptop and anytime I tried it says : "Error : image exceeded 65MB or 80MB ... " I don't understand why it says that when the image is smaller than that.Can someone help me? 

Whenever I select Download and select multiple pages to export as an animated gif, the resulting dimension size is different to the set dimension of the pages. Not sure why this is happening. Single download works fine, just when bulk downloading. Ex. a 728 x 90 pixel animated banner = becomes 1254 x 156 pixels I also cannot select quality (Small, Medium, High) in bulk download (Selected pages and All Pages)

I'm getting a warning saying IG requires a certain aspect ratio for its feed, which is incorrect. I've attached a capture of the warning, as well as the info Adobe Express provides showing that a 4:5 ratio is accepted. 4:5 is the ratio I'm trying to post.

Yesterday, I discovered that if you want to create templates, you have to convert them. Unfortunately, I can no longer link them to a brand afterwards.Have other people encountered this problem?I also noticed that my templates can no longer be found when I move them to a project or my own folder.
