We have noticed a company wide glitch with Text Boxes in Adobe Express. At first we thought it was just in templates but it's affecting ALL text boxes on ALL projects. At the onset, when you select text in a text box you are unable to change the font size at all. The ability is "frozen" for all text boxes in ALL projects. Strangley enough if you select the text in one text box and edit the "style" you can then edit the text size once again for ALL text boxes. However the moment you leave the project and come back, the problem resurfaces. This is a HUGE issue and slows down every step. PLEASE address this immediatley!
Most of the images included in my InDesign document were not transferred to the Adobe Express version. Also, much of the text did not flow correctly. It appears many of the forced returns were converted to spaces.
Adobe Express has got to have the most difficult & least intuitive text editing that I've ever seen. Take, for example, a text box containing just the word 'TESTING'. In the past, I was able to tap & hold the blinking text cursor & drag it to move it between any 2 characters of my choosing. And if I wanted to "select all", I'd simply double-tap any part of the text, highlighting a whole word. Then an option to "select all" would appear, which would highlight everything in the text box. Now, there is no way to "select all" that I can find. Or even a way to select just one word, or one character. Nor can I figure out how to move the cursor left/right or up/down amongst text. Is this something that anyone at Adobe is aware of, or could it be a more localized issue, perhaps some option I might've accidentally changed? Feel free to let me know if I did a poor job of explaining the issue I'm experiencing.
I'm having an issue with Adobe's website in the customer panel. I want to cancel my plan, but the account page isn’t working. It keeps loading forever and I can't access any settings.I've already contacted technical support. I tested this in three different browsers, cleared cache, and followed every instruction sent by support. Nothing helps.Support keeps sending me a link to the cancellation instructions, but that page also doesn’t work. I cannot cancel the subscription myself because the site is broken.Support also refuses to cancel the plan for me and redirects me back to the same non-working panel.What should I do in this situation?Can someone cancel the plan manually or at least fix the account page so I can do it?I’m asking the community for help because support is not responding to my emails and the problem has been going on for days.
I am trying to create a webpage, and previously, when I hit return after typing tex,t it would show the + sign to out in phoitos, pull quotes, video, etc. It would do the same between paragraphs when I pasted in text. Neither one of these things happens now, and I can only see the plus before and after the text. Please help!,
I've been trying to download just one image, and it isn't appearing in my files.

I've been using this feature for a few weeks and it has stopped working all of a sudden. Steps to recreate1. Choose TikTok Video for a project template2. Select "Image to video" option from the right panel.3. Choose an image that fits the specs4. Choose one of the canned prompts Expected resultAnimation is created Actual result"Animation generation failed" I tried with a blank new project, existing project and multiple images. Same results. Hello everyone. I am an Adobe Express Ambassador, and the links to my in-progress activities (on the activities page) are broken. For example, I am on stage 3 of 3 on an activity. Each time I attempt to click the third stage and complete the final steps, I am kicked out and sent back to the activities homepage. I have posted about this issue in my community discussion, but haven't yet received a response. Has anyone else had this issue?
I have created several animations with Adobe Express. Some of them can be downloaded as Mp4 files without any problems and some of them only show a black image. I have already tried it on different computers (Mac and Windows) and browsers. The adobe support couldn't help me. Can you help me?
For over an hour, I have been attempting to create a DJ flyer, but the templates are not showing up for browsing or use. Due to time constraints, I had to switch to an alternative product. As a premium subscriber, I expect better service. This experience has been disappointing, as I usually enjoy using this product to create great designs. I cleared my cache and history in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, but the issue persisted. It seems there is a problem on the Adobe Express side, and the service is not functioning properly. I look forward to receiving an update on what happened on the backend. I am using a Windows 11 Dell laptop.
In the PC Application when you update a Template in Your Stuff --> Projects the thumbnail stays the same as the original and does not change. On the Android app the Thumbnail is updated.
Clicking on the Text button does nothing after a new update. I'm sick and tired of your incompetence
I will completely miss my deadline for a project because I cannot even generate a text field in an express file right now. AI is pigshit nonsense that only benefits capital owners and makes actual designers redundant. It is a hollow, empty resource that wastes energy and produces exclusively hogshit products and services.
Bonjour à tous et à toutes, J'ai un problème depuis ces dernières 24h sur Adobe Express. Il lag, les menus sautent tout le temps et lorsque je veux faire du traitement de texte, une fois sur deux il me supprime l'intégralité du bloc de texte et son calque attitré. Lorsque je veux changer la taille de la typo, tantôt je ne peut pas, tantôt il ne m'indique pas le bon nombre de pts. Ce qui fait que je ne sais même plus si la taille qu'il m'affiche est fiable ! Avant tout fonctionnait parfaitement, j'ai ensuite dupliqué un fichier pour bosser de manière non destructive et depuis c'est les problèmes. Je pensais que ça venait de la duplication, mais malheureusement les problèmes persistent lors de la création de nouveaux fichiers.Je bosse sur navigateur, Mozzilla Firefox, mais le problème est le même sur les autres navigateurs et même sur d'autres PC dont j'ai fait le test.Je suis totalement perdu, je ne trouve aucune information sur le net et j'ai l'impression de perdre un temps m
When going to 'your stuff > projects' there should be a folder for my team named 'everyone' there we store all brand templates for content creation. Now there appears to be a bug, sometimes the 'everyone' folder is visible and sometimes it is not. I've tried logging in/out, refreshing the page but it still only appears intemittently and for some team members not at all. Everyone has been invited to this folder via mail and had access to it in the past, for the last two days it hasn't been working. Team members cannot access our templates for content creation, is there something else I can do or will this bug be fixed soon?

Two weeks ago I downloaded this project as a PDF for Print, but last week i made changes to the project and now I can't download it in any format. Between these two occasions, I changed some text and images. I tried downloading only 1 of the 2 pages, but that didn't work either. I've been using Express for 2 months. I'm working on a desktop computer with Windows and Chrome. See Download pop-up below, and File Upload in Progress, which never uploads below that. Thanks for any help! MK
When adding the first new brand color, the color selecting popup does no show the "save" button which is lower offscreen, as in the video attacged. You cannot scroll down the main browser window unfortunately to display the button so the only workaround, for a savvy person, is to zoom out the browser window. When adding subsequent colors this problem does not reappear because the popup trigger is somewhat higher above... This appears on a 16" Macbook Pro with the Firefox browser window fully maximized. However, the browser window on the mac does no maximize full screen because it leaves room fo the dock icons. So it is safe to assume this issue cannot be replicated on windows.
The Convert to GIF feature is not working.
This is a personal account and it was working before. Why is this happening? Also, I am getting a "we're working on your file" error any time I try to download now
everytime i have tried to download a .mp4 and sometimes my other images files it says "download complete" and my file is not downloaded, i end up re downloading these things at least 5-7 times before it sticks and i get my download. Perhaps a "click here" button would help with this to nudge the download along so we dont have to wait for a download bar over and over again?
Unable to find MP3s (not available) in any folder on mobile for Adobe express.6es "Upload audio" option doesn't work for audio on Motorola mobile devices.
