Hi! I'm trying to convert a PDF with Hebrew text into a editable doc like Word, or even rich text, but it comes out as gobbledegook - all numbers and symbols. Is there any known solution to this? Many thanks in advance. 🙏

Jobs created in the past with Adobe Express has disappeared in the “Your stuff” folder. I can only view webpages for which I have retained the URL. How to solve the problem? 

I have been using this feature from the very beginning but now it seems to have broken.Whatever image I try to remove the background from, it says "The minimum supported image dimension is 10 * 10" although all media are 4000 * 3000. Please help.

I am using a Mac on Firefox and have selected my English speaking video to be translated to Spanish, but I receive the following error. unable to download my proyects o pages. When I try to, the download failed. Please fix this technical issue. 

It is quite annoying when the sidebar is popping out constantly when you click something. If the "Your content" is clicked, the sidebar stays. Even in new scenes. But I figured out, that when an image is replaced, the sidebar pinning is lost and the sidebar is popping on/off again. It seems like a bug.How to test:click the "You content" in the left sidebar. The sidebar should be fixed in every scene when clicking an object.Replace one image.The sidebar is unpinned again and popping.

Hola! Estoy diseñando una gráfica y desde ayer no puedo agregar PNG ni ningun otro formato de imágenes a mis páginas. Las arrastro desde el ordenador y no cargan. Intenté con la opción "Cargar desde el dispositivo" Y tampoco funciona. Probé con otros formatos de imagen como JPEG y no. Es un error. Lo tengo desde ayer a la tarde. Uso New express en el navegador Brave.

My branding was automatically converted into a library without any action on the part of express and can no longer be transferred back.This is annoying because I had just built the entire branding, was finished and wanted to release it. I just updated, changed users to do a final test, removed the branding from these users to add it again. Suddenly it deleted the branding for all of them and only shows it as a library. No way to right-click to convert back to branding... it just falsely tells me that it is now a branding.

There are severe font problems when creating template data for the entire company. The fonts are all included in Adobe (Montserrat, Roboto Slab). However, as soon as the file is saved as a template and you then log in to the company account as a ‘normal user’, the font is displayed as write-protected. This means that the texts cannot be changed. This is annoying because, as a template creator, you often have to switch between accounts to find out when the template finally works. Further feedback on the integration of Indesign files:1. that Express is automatically opened in Safari, I would like to switch off, as Express has more bugs in Safari than in Chrome. I can't find any settings here2. image masks are not transferred correctly, or if you want to import them as a template, Express loses the mask for users who want to use the template.3. elements lose their original Indesign setting: this is more than annoying, as you then have double the effort (e.g. dotted lines, sizes of el

I am working with the Adobe Express web app to make a publication. I need to copy or duplicate pages or elements within the page to other parts of the document. Every single time I do so, I get this error and I have to refresh or go back to home and open the document again. When I open the document again, the thing I need to copy is not on the clipboard.   I have tried:- clearing my cache and cookies- using the desktop app (latest version, MS) and the web app- using the web app in a different browser- using the duplicate function instead of ctrl+C- copying text boxes, images, and pages ... and the error keeps on happening.  Is there something else I need to do? It's becoming impossible to use Express. 

I uploaded some layers from Photoshop to use in Express for the client's social media. Several layers did as they were supposed to and are visible in the Library. However, several other layers refuse to appear even though I can see them in different places like Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud, etc. This is happening on the Web app, Phone app, and iPad app. 

Am grateful for adobe expresss  tool, started using it some days ago for cross platform posting, but there are some challenges i encountered. 1. I can't post videos that is above 90 seconds long as reels especially for instragram, and earlier this year, instagram updated reels limit to 3minutes.2. When i post reels less than 90 seconds and add a cover image for the reel, on instragram it is published exactly with my cover, but for facebook and tiktok, it does not use the cover i provided, rather it grabs a random area from the reel as cover.3. Finally, after posting 90 seconds video, on facebook, it does not publish as a reel, it publishes as a post instead. Please could you look into this, i look forward to seeing your replyThank you Adobe Express!

Pendant plusieurs jours, j'ai fait un album photo avec Adobe Express et tout s'est bien passé. C'est lors de l'export, quand j'avais complètement terminé, que j'ai eu un problème.En effet, mon fichier faisait 42 pages, et je pense que ce n'est pas fait pour exporter autant de pages en PDF Impression. Pour exporter quelques pages, 5 à 10 à la fois, ou une par une, cela fonctionnait, mais je ne pouvais pas tout exporter d'un seul coup. Cela n'est pas pratique, car en plus d'être long, c'est difficile de se retrouver avec beaucoup de fichiers différents. De. plus, quand j'avais essayé plusieurs fois sur plusieurs ordinateurs différents d'exporter mon fichier, cela avait l'air de fonctionner, mais cela restait bloqué à 90 % : "On y est presque" pendant environ un quart d'heure, puis affichait un message d'erreur.Ma solution a été de tout exporter en image (PNG) et d'utiliser un outil en ligne comme iLovePDF pour transformer les images en PDF, mais le résultat n'est pas aussi bien qu'en exp

Greetings. I hope you are all doing well. I have been dealing with a bug that has been truly bothersome. Everytime I try to edit a template or something similar in Adobe Express, the error "connection interrupted" pops up and it says "Adobe Express needs to reconnect. Refresh this page to resume your work. (F)". When I refresh the page the same problem continues to pop up again and it's preventing me from doing my work. I do not think there's a connection issue from my side since it never showed any problems in the past, but this has been going on for the past few months now. I am writing this in hopes of someone from the community providing a solution not just for myself but also for others that are struggling with the same problem. Thanks in advance.

I click on the Upload from device button in the Media tab and nothing happens

For the past week, when working in videos on adobe express, I have been encountering the same error where it says:Update Assets, and then you click it, and the assets that need to be updated are videos. As you can imagine, this is quite frustrating because it takes a long time to upload video footage.Once the videos have been re-uploaded, the next error is "We're working on your file." Once that goes away, it appears you can download, and it goes right back to assets need to be updated.It's a loop that keeps happening without any different result.I am not able to download videos because of this bug. 

Please check the audio file button is not working. I am unable to add audio file from any source in the Adobe Express. Please look into this on priority. 

Hello I have been noticing changes are being made to designs that I have inside my app. How is this possible? someone is riding my logins somehow please help. 

Is there a way to hide layer? Currently I need to to forward/backward a layer to hide.

I am having severe performance issues in creating and editing posts.  After typing about 10 words and pressing Align ... it  starts to crash. It's only with square aligning the app is crashing.  This appeared to start last today 17 April 2025  and has been progesively getting worse.   This is having sever impacts.  Other people in my organisation are having the same issues.  We have cleared caches and cookies etc - and it has not improved anything.  What is going on?  The performance issues needs to be fixed urgently.

No matter what I do, I cannot upload photos to Express. When I click upload media and choose photos, it uploads as a white box every time. I'm not on iOS Beta. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Every time, it just uploads as a white box. No photo.

Hello Adobe team       I am Shihabuddeen i have been  using Adobe express from 4 to 5 months and the is very good and it is good for beginners and experts both but from Yesterday i maked a template from the free templates of Adobe express for an engagement but when I download it to gallery the video is stucking and by chance if the video is running properly it can not be shared to anyone please help your cooperation is needed and i think that you will co-operate Thank you

When I do anything either editing or creating video, it won't download. This has been happening for a while. Is there a fix coming?

Adding external content into Adobe Express makes it laggy, not even HQ content, loading takes long and sometimes freezes and I have to exit.
