Bonjour,Je n'arrive pas à télécharger la vidéo que j'ai créé. Message d'erreur systématique. J'ai essayé de changer de naviguateurs, rafraichir la page, utiliser l'application sur le téléphone. Rien ne fonctionne. Le partage de lien ne fonctionne pas non plus.Merci.

My Premium access to Adobe Express was removed without warning from my Adobe Photography plan. I used the application for at least four years with unrestricted access, but after the payment system update, my access was restricted and I can't retrieve my stored files.

It is impossible to work! Half of the page is hidden.

I cannot open my adobe express app on my ipad. No luck on iphone either. tried to delete the app and reinstall but it only displays the white screen with the adobe logo when I try to open the app. any solutions?

I have tried Google Chrome regular and incognito plus Firefox - all have the same issues. I have tried more than one project. When I select an icon to add - it just spins and a message appears at the bottom that it was not able to add it. I can add a shape but not an icon.  just spinning blue circle. I don't even get the error message at the bottom of the screen anymore.Around the same time, I suddenly could no longer access the Align option. It was working fine then became grayed out.The lack of icons stops me from using the product for my project.

Windows 11, chrome, Adobe Express web. Unable to record voiceover during content creation. Error showing my mic is muted. I can record to the animate character feature. Microphones work on all other apps on pc as well. I have included screen recordings one of it not working with voiceover and one with it working on animate character.

Hello,I can’t use the font "Gyst Variable" in Adobe Express.I added the font to my “Branding Library” and can use it in all my desktop Adobe applications, but not in the Express app or the desktop version.Is this a general issue with the typeface?Best regards,Sabrina

Hello,I am an Instructional Technology Coach for my county, and I am reaching out on behalf of a teacher I am working with. Her Animate Characters feature is not working. When she selects the option under Media > Videos, she cannot choose a background other than the one shown, and she does not have a Record button.She is logged in as a teacher through our county's paid account. I have cleared her cache, updated her Chrome browser, and restarted her computer, but the issue persists. Hello,I'm not able to publish my posts on social media via Adobe express. I can create, edit schedle but not able to publish anything. Please help or let me know why this is happening.  

The number of attempts one has to make is non-justifiable, doesn't matter if I slow down or fasten up my voice tempo, it gets it wrong. This is a very interesting feature, pls fine tune this more.   

Ive tried to create a video no exaggeration 10 times and each time says video failed or times out, i also have premium making this even more frustrating.

hello,i hope this  message find you in good  I have some problems in adobe express i use the last version of the app and i fide the problem in ipad and iphone and in the laptop too. 1-the quality is not better like in the app the upload photo like png  : the photo in the app : I don't know if it clear in the message but it's not the same quality.   2- and finally the Arabic in the PDF it's come like this : thank you and best regards 

My images become pixelated after I create a project in Adobe Express. Currently working on a Facebook post/carousel utilizing my Creavive Cloud Images from the "Your Stuff" library. The Images will be prefect, I will then add audio and/or animation and make sure it auto saves again before I close out of the project. The problem occurs when I open the completed project at a later time. The images become pixelated. They are still pixelated even when I replace them. This is the case when I open up other projects as well. This has been happpening for a few weeks now. I'm using AE on my Mac laptop. I've tried waiting a few minutes for it load, replacing the image, refreshing my browser, duplicating project, erasing history, restarting computer.. I'm not sure what else to do?

My save to photos option has gone. How to I get it back? App has full excess to photos and I've plenty of storage.  Thanks

Dear Community,  when I open a file in Adobe Express (Brave Browser, MacOS) it loads, then a popup shows up requesting me to refresh the page.   The shields in brave are down. It also happens in other browsers (Chrome). Anyone having the same errors? This happens in a shared project. 

I got this message on a design. Not able to download it! At first I had my logo and got the same message. Removed the logo and still get the message. I need to download this for a school assignment! What needs to be licensed in this photo there is no red icon nowhere on the design. 

Hi everyone,When I look for some fonts, the fonts do not shown correctly. Please see attached. The fonts show all the same style. I use an iphone and the app Adobe Express always the latest versions.Could you please help to solve it?

I have been all over the internet looking for how to add presenter notes to my presentation in Adobe Express. I found several helpful articles, including one from Adobe, but the "presenter notes icon" that should be appearing in the management bar is not there. 

Since January 28, 2025, Adobe Express is no longer publishing my posts to Pinterest. I have disconnected and reconnected my account numerous times, emptied my cache for both Adobe and Pinterest, tried publishing from different browsers (originally on Safari, tried Chrome and Firefox), I have duplicated my posts and tried to post them immediately and scheduled - all attemps result in reciving the error message from Adobe that they couldn't publish my post. HELP! This worked fantastic previously and I have dozens of posts scheduled in the next two months. 

While creating a reel on Adobe Express, the playback on the timeline just gets stuck after about 15-20 seconds. Every single time.

I am not able to download my created content. Download bar is not moving.  Cleared the catche, restarted the application, app in latest update still not able to download. Need help
