Bug Reports

This is the worst app I've used on my computer, none of the options are where you expect. It works the opposite of every computer app, things like undo are in odd places. Every time I use this app I feel like I have to re-learn every aspect of it. All I want to do, is to crop one picture, and add it on to another. I've done it countless times using this same app on my phone, yet doing it on a computer is an absolute chore. Nothing makes sense, its baffling and just an awful user experience. I shouldn't have to google and ask questions in order to figure out how to make a simple crop.  The entire front end and user experience needs a total rehaul.

I just signed up for Adobe Express and most things don't work, it's actually stunning how bad this is. All I'm getting is blank screens and spinning animations. It just spins and spins for hours.  I'm on Mac Sonoma 14.6.1, Chrome Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (x86_64). This is what I see when I click on Templates: This is what I see when I click on Resize Images, after I drag in a file: This is what I see when I click on Resize Images:      

It says it has downloaded the file, but a global search tells me it hasn't. Nor did it give me a chance to download it where I wanted it to go. Grrr...

Hi,I regret to have pucrchased this app which is just full of bugs.First it starts by crashing while I log in. Second, and worse of all, I cannot download my image:What shall I do?

Hi,I got an error message " An error occurred while downloading your file, please try again" when I was downloading my mp4 file on Adobe Express. I restarted the page many times but still, I can not download my project. Also, I permanently deleted my old projects from the cloud. Please help if you know what the issue is for.Many Thanks

'1 asset failed to uploadPLease delete asset marked with [triangle with exclamation mark] and re-upload it or try different asset. Failed audio asset will have a grey bar.' This project only might include an audio asset that I tried to upload. So in the end i used a stock from express library.But browsing in the asset window, the uploaded audio file is not marked with exclamation, but there is also seem to be no way to delete it from the uploaded assets window...? Anybody else experienced something similar?  

Hello! When attempting to download an MP4 file for an Instagram reel, the attached error message is received. The progress bar gets stuck at 70% and says "Optimizing..." and then I get the "Download Failed" I have cleared my previous download history, cache and cookies in an attempt to resolve this issue and tried on another browser and even tried downloading directly to my phone with the adobe express app. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone,I am trying to use a font saved in my CC library in Adobe Express - Freight Big ProEach time I try to use this I get an error message: UUID: 26777b2a-ac64-43f6-a780-22a1452f4512 I understand that Adobe Express is incompatible with variable fonts - I may be wrong, however my understanding is that this font is not a variable font and therefore should be compatibe? Is anyone able to help?

To report a bug, please provide:Version adobe express graphic design iOS iPad Air 5th gen & iPhone 15 plus The "app" absolutely will not work now when devices are in lockdown , even if you turn off lockdown specifically for adobe website and the app. It worked like this before I updated to iOS. 18 yesterday,  to test this I turned off lockdown officially for the Whole device and it worked. This is a security breach as it refuses to work if you turn off lockdown specifically for adobe.com pages and the app and forces me to BE UNPROTECTED as if I turn lockdown officially on my iPad of basically makes me unprotected in my iPhone which is also on lockdown,  I am in lockdown because I was hacked with Pegasus spyware and it's vital for me. The challenge here is all my creations are locked in adobe now. When I could get it on I couldn't see the items made in the mobile app. So I know it's forcing me into the web based version off the app. I have a premium subscription.

BonjourJe rencontre des soucis avec Adobe Express sur Windows (tests sur Firefox, Chrome et Edge, tout pareil)Déjà que les nouvelles mises à jour d'interface (montage, navigation entre pages) sont absolument terribles et pas du tout pratiques par rapport à il y a quelques mois ou c'était parfait, voici que plein de bugs s'accumulent :  - Je ne peux toujours pas copier / coller au même endroit entre plusieurs pages, ce qui est indispensable pour la tâche que je fais actuellement. Il y a toujours un décalage- Les sélecteurs d'images sont décalés par rapport à l'image initiale, quand je bouge l'image elle ne se remet plus à sa position initiale avec CTRL Z, j'ai cassé tout mes templates à cause de ça !!- L'image se met parfois hors de la zone de travail et elle est impossible à remettre dessus- Impossible de copier / coller du texte et de le placer dans le champ de nom d'une page, quand on est sur la page d'aperçu de toutes les pages.  J'abandonne l'utilisation d'Adobe

i was animating a video for my dad's birthday ,completed it and when i tried to download it ....it gets stuck at 5%i tried to share it on google drive it gets stuck at 96%it a fking joke jackarse made me waste half a day just trying to download a 2 minute video im tired of this fking appi even tried on pc ,it shows the same

Ya he mencionado repetidas veces que las imágenes no siempre cargan correctamente. Es una pena pagar una cuota mensual que no sirve para nada y no se solucionan los problemas. He intentado diferentes navegadores, tipos de imágenes y comprobado mi red.

Estoy intentando traducir un video de español a inglés y me devuelve un error de que alguna palabra infringe las reglas, y aunque reviso el texto no veo ninguna palabra inadecuada. Que puedo hacer?

I have multiple projects that when I open them the photos I uploaded or even the photos I selected from your files will change to what looks like an AI generated image. Even though I did not change them myself. The weirder thing is that the pictures will show up at first and them suddenly change to something else. Even the preview icon under "recent" projects will show it the way I created it and then change upon clicking on it.

On Friday, students were able to download pngs to their chromebooks without issue. Today they are unable to. I am also unable to download them from my teacher page. I've done the troubleshooting tips of emptying the cache and cookies and still no luck. 

I am having an issue uploading an audio clip which is coming from my pc (windows) into Adobe Express (being used via webtop within Chrome), the file size is 8,162 KB, and the file extension is mp4. The error is not stating any specifics as to why it cannot upload (see screenshot below).

The video I created cannot be downloaded and cannot be shared on WhatsApp, instead it displays an error message, "You can't share this video, try a different video". When creating a line graph on Adobe Express, I can only create a single line. By editing the data, I can change the bullets on the line. However, I would like to be able to have two separate lines to show the relation of data from different sources.
