Download & Install

I have had photoshop elements 13 for a long time it did the job I needed it for. I may have reinstalled it on my older computers that I threw away. My recent laptop that I had on is broken, so cannot login to deactivate the serial number there. I have new laptop and I an trying to get all software there including PS13, but it says " The serial number is already in use by maximum allowed computers, you need to deactivate another computer to use this product. "But how do I do that if my old computer is broken. I never saw this message in the past when I used my prior computers. None of the computers are operational. Can Adobe folks reset the flat of activation needed? I chatting with support and they asked me to post this in the forum. This is annoying.

Hi y'all !Adobe Products ROCK THE KNOWN UNIVERSEbut through my own error bought an annual license to a product I already had access to. Because of the terms of the product I have basically paid more than double for a year as there is an inviolate "cancellation window" in the contract.I am here today to cancel that never used annual contract but can find no way to do so.I'm certain I have missed simple steps.I have until the end of June to cancel or will be legally obligated to pay Adobe for the next unused year.

Hi There, I have spent a while on the phone talking to someone at Adobe which was great, but I still feel a little like this sort of thing shouldn't be able to happen... would like to take my situation higher so it can'y happen to others, is there a head office adress that I could old school write a letter to?   I have two different adobe accounts which have both been signed up to Photography plan and illustrator plan so double billing for both those, VERY EXPENSIVE! I would like to take my issue further as I haven't been offered a full refund for the two years these have been coming out of my bank account and i'm sure like many creative people, I struggle with numbers with my dyslexia and dispraxia and it's only when I have been painfully going through my accounts did I spot this as it's been for different accounts, sometimes different amounts, but only downloaded to one software to my one computer and through one billiong card.  I don't think this should be able t

I have been running a Windows XP VM on a 2009 iMac, since 2010. I run several Windows business applications in this VM.  I have used the Windows XP VM without issues, for twelve years.I replaced the 2009 Mac with a newer iMac, in May. I installed Parallels 17 and the Windows XP pvm file. All works well.I purchased a Windows 11 license from Microsoft, and, I created a new Windows 11 VM. All works well.  I intend to upgrade my seven year old accounting software to the most recent version, and, install it in the Windows 11 VM. I want to continue using my older business applications, in the Windows 11 VM. (They are compatible with W11.) Eventually, I want to remove the Windows XP VM from this iMac. I have installed most of the older software on the Windows 11 VM, successfully.  All of the software works well. I installed the Macromedia StudioMX software in the Windows 11 VM, successfully.  I entered the product serial number.  Neither the online registrat

I just had to register my Photoshop Creative Cloud again. I expect, if past experience is any indication, I will have to re-register each CC application I used in the coming days. I just used it a day ago on this machine with no problem and yet it seems to have forgotten that I have the right to use it. I don't have time for this - especially when the registration process doesn't go well. Adobe needs a more robust method of validating my license. Sorry for being short with you. I need to get back to work again. No time to explain further but I wanted to post this when it happened so this experience doesn't get lost again.Just stop asking me to re-register at random times. I've paid my bills, the agreement says I can use it. Leave me alone to work.Thank you.

When I open Photoshop on mylaptop, I get the following error: Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager fromhttp://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager. However when I go to the link to grab it, it isn't active. Can you help?

I appreciate your reply Neelam. The Adobe CC launcher always show the 'limited Access' prompt at the bottom.  I am not sure about what the limited functions are. I can use the programs but It is unclear of what needs to be fixed.

My laptop is full up and hard to even delete files.  How much space do I need to create to install the adobe InDesign set up file and run it

When I change the location in the preferences it says 'Cannot install to root path' I do not have space on the C drive and I have a new D drive that I want to add all applications to and this is not working any help?

Hi, i made a similar post like this yesterday but the problem i have still persists. Adobe animate 2019 is still not opening on windows 10. I downgraded to windows 10 earlier today and when i tried to open it it did the same thing it did on windows 11. Is there a fix to this?

Hi everyone, I bought CS6 on disk in 2012. I have changed computer a number of times and now it won't activate because I did not get chance to deactivate it on previous hard drives which died. I don't need the latest software, CS6 works great for me. How do I get Adobe to acknowledge that their system should allow for my circumstances and let me in? I have it installed on my laptop and I want it on my desktop, which is 2 computers.Thanks Justin

Hours of virtual assistant chat later including screen share, no positive results. I'm told that Photoshop CC 2018 can not be restored on my Power Mac and need a system upgrade - not possible on my computer. However, the 7 day trial offered was for Photoshop CC 2018. I chose it to meet a deadline and it functioned perfectly. So, if offered for 7 days, why can't I continue with it with already my fully paid Plotography Plan. Again, if not available, why give it to me for 7 days?

I am trying to install Creative Cloud on a Macbook Air 2015 running Monterey. I keep getting Error 22 "Installation on case sensitive volumes is not supported". But my disk on my computer is not case sensitive. How do I get Adobe to realize this? I know I've seen other folks have had to reformat their drives in order to install it but it would MUCH rather not do that. Especially since my SSD is currently not case sensitive. Please help y'all!

Hello everyone,I use Windows 11 for a couple of months now but I have an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud.When I launch it,it remains stuck and I have a blue error message saying it's taking longer than usual. It advises to restart the computer and relaunch the app (but the same happens if I do). I have uninstalled the app through adobe's uninstaller, dowload a new copy, restart and install again, I have the same problem. My drivers are up to date... Anyone to help me, please ? I need Adobe's apps for my work and I can't have them updated because of this issue 😞

Hi, can anybody please tell me if I can still install and use Lightroom 3 as I have noticed that I can buy a copy on ebay.  According to the internet Adobe still supports it but it was a post from 2017.  Thank you!

I am having the same error 205 error message but only in Photoshop. The rest of my Adobe Suite works just fine. It is not a conectiviety issue is if is only one program and not the entire Adobe Suite.

I have the creative cloud photography plan.  I was notified of an update for the Photoshop part.  I attempted to update it and Photoshop disappeared from my computer.  Light room and Bridge remained.  I attempted to uninstall Photoshop and then reinstall it, I was shunted to a sign up for a trial of Photoshop page, which I did because I need to maintain my work flow.  What I really want is a "repaired"  Creative Cloud Photography plan.  I don't want to be billed for an incomplete one and then for a separate Photoshop.  I spent HOURS trying to resolve this and can't reach anyone at Adobe by email or by chat.  I would greatly appreciate some help, THANKYOU

I am trying to download the Lightroom trial. I currently run Windows 7 64bit. It won't allow me to download and I get an error saying I don't have the right requirements (Windows 10). I don't want Windows 10 and will not buy it just for this one program. Is there another way I can use Lightroom with Windows 7? I am willing to pay monthly for Lightroom but will not buy Windows 10. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

The Lightroom license I have that is listed within my Adobe account has been revoked as I found when i tried to change laptop. The on-line subscription product is of no interest as I go travelling for many weeks at a time photographing African wildlife. How can I recover the product please?
