macOS Monterey 12.1 How do i fix the host file and finish removing adobe, please help.

When I try to login to CC on my laptop computer it tries to log me in using a different email. Oddly enough, the email it is trying to use is my email with "+old+ inserted before the "@". When I login on my desktop it works fine. When I login on Safari or Chrome on my laptop it works fine. Logging into CC it does not allow me to sign out. It will let me quit the application but when I start it again it has the same incorrect email. It keeps saying that it is sending me a verification email. Of course I am not getting it as it is not a valid email. I have tried contacting Adobe and have not had any luck. I have updated my OS and should be on the current CC as well. Anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this?

Hello - I'm new to this forum, so please forgive me if my question is somehow out of line.  I need to update Adobe Photoshop CS5.  Purchased it for company use in 2011 (purchased in DVD format).  I recently installed it on a new computer (iMac running El Capitain 10.11.1).  I downloaded Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 update for Adobe Photoshop CS5, but when I run it, I get error "update is not applicable."  Can't contact customer support - seems the forums are my only hope.   Thanks.

I hope there's someone who can help me. I'm trying to install Adobe CC 2025 but I'm hitting a snag. I had no problems doing this in the past but now I can't. When I load Adobe Installer I get this:What I've done so far:checked the hosts fileturned off anti-virus and firewall for both Avast and WindowsAm I missing something? This is the first time I came across this problem.Please help.Craig

I am being unable to recover/reset password because you keep sending delayed emails with code to be verified. By the time I receive the email, code is already expired. After couple tries, then you block account for repeated attempts.  You guys need to resolve this ASAP.Request support! PS.: It's not a problem in my email, as I've done multiple tests and emails are received instantaneously from different other companies.

I have enough space in my computer I didn't have no problem downloading photoshop. For some reason when I try to download illustrator or Indesing I keep getting a pop up saying "Illustrator is not yet available for your device". I could really use a help or advice. I really need those programs in my laptop

I removed the firewalls and cleaned the memory and still shows only  1%. my computer meet the requirements to download the program. 

I want to cancel my annual plan and do not want to use adobe premiere pro. My laptop is not suitable for this program.Unfortunately, I cannot change the plan in my account.What should I do??

HelloI mistakenly followed someone's advice to clear up my Photoshop scratch disk and accidentally uninstalled my Creative Cloud. However, I have tried everything to reinstall Creative Cloud and keep getting the error 702.Before you ask, yes I have tried the terminal code sudo chmod 1777 /tmp/ but all I get is "No such file or directory." I tried restarting my MacBook, downloading Cloud Cleaner, and using first aid on my disk utility. I have contacted both Adobe and Apple support teams and nothing is working. Please help me if you can, Thank you!

This feels a bit of a crazy post to write as I have just bought an M3 Ultra Mac Studio, I went to install adobe creative cloud and apps and it is saying that I am not on the latest OS and as a result can't install the apps.  Is this an issue with the Mac? I find it hard to believe as it is literally just out of the box.  Or is it an issue with Adobe?  And if so, WTF am I not able to install these apps?  This is why I bought the machine to have the latest and most powerful machine with the latest apps.  Any help would be great as I am stuck at the moment. 

Norton AntiVir found a pissible trojaner "SNH-gen(Trj)" in the installation (fresh and new install) of PP 2025 and Media Encoder 2025 in the russian language data:Path: "Application/Premiere Pro 2025/Premiere Pro 2025.app/Contents/Dictionaries/ru_RU/ame.app.ru_RU.dat".The same in the Media Coder 2025 folder. 

I am in the USA with ENglish selected as my first language and I have a Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHz . Is there a reason I cannot access the regular Adobe Illustrator? Beta is very limited and preventing me from completing my school assignments. My laptop also meets the requirement of having 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor. 

Hello, I'm trying to activate an old CS6 product code on the website but it's saying the format of the code is invalid.  Is there any way to get it to accept it, or is CS6 simply abandonware at this point? Thank you.

Is it required by CreativeCloud however? If I currently have no CC apps installed, do I really need Adobe Application Manager in my utilities folder? Would it not just get reinstalled the next time I to a trial version or get a CC subscription and install Adobe applications.

Hello, both the update function (no matter which adobe program) and the full version download no longer work.I have changed the download location in the adobe cloud applicationto make sure that the destination folder is not corrupt. Didn't help either.Thanks for any Ideas

Can you help me i have more 3 months on my license and I can't download any apps on my pc idk why it happens.

The IssueAs a Windows 7 User with the cut off of continued support, I've had to use older versions of Adobe Products to continue use of my subscription like many other Windows 7 users. However, if you have an accidental update creative cloud or unknown software glitch, you can end up with the error "Unable to Reach Adobe Server" which loops infinitely no matter how many times you try to retry the connection. Even after uninstalling and trying to reinstall, the exe install files couldn't connect to the server in order to properly install. This almost made me cancel my subscription and was extremely frusterating and resulting in hours long searches through the forums to find some clarity on the issue. my 2024 version of photoshop on creative cloud is not getting uninstalled cant see it on cretaive cloud but can see it in my control panel can someone help uninstalling it 

Hey all,I just upgraded my Mac OS to Sequoia 15.3.2 and after doing this launched Creative Cloud and saw that I needed to update my Adobe Programs, which I did. My question is, after going into my Applications folder I see that I have older versions (2021) of Illustrator (25.4.8) , InDesign (16.4.3), and Photoshop (22.5.9). I would think I should get rid of these, as I now have 2025 versions of them in my Applications folder. What should I do?

I had both CS6 and CC installed for quite a while on my PC but today for some reason the license for my CS6 programs disappeared. When I launch any of them I get a prompt that asks either to buy a license key or to start a 30 day trial. It happened on it's own since it worked the day before and nobody had access to the computer inbetween when I turned off the pc after work yesterday and today when I tried launching InDesign.

I'm trying to make as much disk space as I can through add or remove programs from the system settings  but I'm unable to unstall Adobe Photoshop 2022 (23.0.2.101) which is taking up 3.7 GB. Whenever I try to uninstall it says "Specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over." I've already tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean it all up but that program is still there & I'm unable to uninstall it. I'd really appreciate some help. Many thanks!
