Hi,tomorrow i have a very important exam and i need Photoshop but I can't install it, the error that happen is that when it tries to install the remove tools there is a bug and the page refresh. When that happen the app is uninstalled.can someone help me Please.sorry for my english but is not my first language

I've been on support hold (call-in) for 33 minutes.  Is there an online way to deactivate creative cloud licenses?

Hi, I'm trying to install Adobe Design Standard CS5. I'm using the downloader and serial from my account Product page. I know that CS5 will slowly phase out but I belive I should still be able to install the package? Am I missing something?  

I am on the creative cloud app and I'm trying to open premiere pro app. I have clicked install, and watched it install. It is now in the installed apps section, however there is no button for opening the app. It simply says 'up to date' and further to the right there are the three vertical dots. If I click on the dots my only given options for premiere pro are 'view tutorials' or 'uninstall', there is no option for actually opening the app. Please help!

I lost my password for the Creative Cloud Installer.And this program ask me to log in for updating something. I have a iMac with Sonoma 14.6.1 and uses only Photoshop Elements.

I am so aggravated.   I spend all day, 12-14 hours a day, sometimes 7 days per week, working on my computer.   It seems that about daily, a Creative Cloud update - that I have not asked for  - runs in the background randomly.  It brings my PC to a screeching halt for about three minutes.   I can no longer continue work, until the Creative Cloud pop-up arrives and tells me that the update that I have not asked for or chosen to run has cocmpleted.  Then, everything is back to normal.  It is a routine nuissance interruption that is unacceptable.   If this must happen, why can't it happen during the middle of the night when my PC may be on, but while I am not working?   Why can't I schedule these nuissance updates to run at times of my own choosing?  Why can't I be prompted first with a message like, "Hello, we would like to completely prevent you from getting any work done for about three minutes, is now a good tim

I'm an art student in university right now. In 2019, I signed up for the Creative Cloud through my university email. Last week I got a new laptop (Macbook Pro) and since then when I get on the Creative Cloud it says "access ended" under every app like Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc. I've contacted 3 different university IT services and they keep sending me in circles with no help. I also don't have the option to change the email my account is registered with, one IT person said that might help, but I can't even do that. I have important projects in my cloud for school and work that I now have no access to and no one seems to know how to give me access back, even though I'm paying for it. Please help. Please.

when i click on the file to download the creative cloud installer nothing happens

Hello,I have bought Photoshop Elements from a trustworthy webshop. I got a serial number with 24 digits. But when I try to enter Elements or my online environment here on Abobe.com, I'm asked for a 6 digit redeem code. Where do I get that? I hope someone can help me. high regards Helma

I'd like to know if there is a program or a feature within any adobe program that allows me to load the raw video file(s) from as SD card of my gopro and select which pieces I want to keep as individual files, marking in/out/ and naming. And then once I'm done marking the good sections it will export those parts to my harddrive as individual files for later editing.Kind of like Photo Mechanic or Lightroom import but for large video files from which I only want to pull select parts without filling my harddrive up with huge videos with only 10-20% good footage in each. !

When reinstalling and trying to activate the program, I end up getting a screen "browser not supported". I use CS3 products, and Sierra is the latest that they work in, I woul need to get LR 6 to work again in this old but reliable workhorse. Any hope?

My Photoshop Elements 13 did not transfer over to new computer.  Old computer is not available anymore.  How can I reload my version without a CD drive?  Can someone from Adobe assist?

When trying to install Adobe Lightroom 6 on my new computer, with Windows 10, I am getting the following message. "Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before installing this product.  Please close other installers."  I do not have anything else running.  I have shut down my system and upon starting up again, immediately try the install.  I get the same message.  Any suggestions?

I used to have an account of Adobe Creative Cloud from using email of my university. And the Adobe Creative Cloud that I got are given by my university, which I think it's customized. And I have installed Photoshop 2020 with it. Now I have graduated from my university and my email of university got disabled now. So I want to uninstall my Adobe Creative Cloud out of my computer, but it said I need to uninstall all of my other Adobe apps first. So I tried to uninstall my Photoshop 2020, but it always sended me to login page of Adobe Creative Cloud without letting me forcibly uninstall it without logging in. I tried both the normal uninstall window, and the old Control Panel uninstall window, but it still sended me to the Adobe Creative Cloud login window. My old university account can't be used anymore, and my personal account doesn't have subscription to Adobe, and when I tried to login into CC with my personal account, it gave me a result "Personal Accounts are not supported. Trying to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud or any of the other applications relying on it requires an account. Without an account, the uninstall can't proceed. The solution to this, mentioned in many places, including here (discussion), is to install another Adobe tool, which has several issues:Who wants to install one more piece of software from an editor who is that bad at uninstalling things?Anything that installs on windows should provide a way to be uninstalled cleanly, without any extra installation. Failing to do so is a clear violation of Microsoft's Desktop App Certification.This specifc piece of software is detected as a virus by anti-virus software:Working around anti-virus is (purposefully) extremly difficult for anyone who is not an advanced user. As a result, it looks like it's actually impossible for a non-advanced user to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud, but I would love to be proved wrong.

Hello,I already had a license that I have been using. This week I purchased 2 new licenses for other sites/teams, and now my access has disappeared and it appears as though we only have access via the 2 new licenses and not the original? How do I get assistance with this please?

Hello!...The German Telephone support could not help me and told me to post my issue here. I am German and frequently travelling with my Computer to Spain. This year I am here for +60 days.All of a sudden my CS6 does not work. Yes, I know it is an old version... but I was working with it for the last 9 years. No issues ever. I have been to Spain about four weeks ago - for then already 30 days. Suddendly I had this massage comming up:I could not work with Indesign anymore.Then I went to Germany, deinstallend Indesign etc. - took the license out of the creative cloud. Then installed Indesign newly, added the licenses - and could work without any issues... I did not have this issue during the last nine years... even when I was travelling. But I did never travel more than 30 days... Now I am back to Spain. I opened Indesign - and the whole trouble occored again.So it seems I am not able to use Indesign in Spain - though I have got a valid license.What can I do? Thank yo

Just bought a new laptop Samsung Book4 Edge and that has a Snapdragon X Elite processor. However it seems that the Adobe InDesign is not working (till now) with this X Elite processor.Who has an Idea / Help ?How can I still intall InDesign ??
