I am trying to re-install my copy of PS CS3 and I know the the activation servers are down so I read the discussions and found the answer below:   "CS3 and Acrobat 8 activation server is retired see reply #1 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2372929 -you MUST use the special serial number AND the special installer you download, not your originals -above includes a link to get the special version AND links to help with activation problems -more information on activation problems with the new version https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2385900   Is this the correct answer? The links are dead.

Olá! Baixei o arquivo Creative_Cloud_Installer mas ao executar não consegui dar continuidade e nada acontece. Além disso, nos demais programas aparece uma mensagem de "incompatibilidade". Tentei contatoc om o suporte, mas mesmo sendo dentro do horário de atendimento no meu país, não obtive retorno de um atendente. Alguém conseguiria me ajudar?

Hi, I bought a new subscription to Adobe on a new Adobe account. I downloaded the desktop and the apps but every time I'm trying to open one of the apps I get the error code 12013. I already did every step of the problem solution guide but nothing worked.. When I look in my Adobe account I also see that there are no devices connected. Can anyone please help? I can't contact the Adobe live chat, only the virtual assistent who sends me to the guide.. 

Hi, I need to cancel Acrobat Pro. I just wanted to trial it, but am now locked into an annual plan! When I try and cancel, it tells me I will be charged an 88 pounds cancellation fee. I feel tricked :(((  How can I get out this plan, please. I already have Adobe Export and that it enough for me.

Hello.  I bought an app called Gradient XTerminator for my astrophotograhy photos.  I had to reset my pc because it was not working properly.  I lost most of my apps in the process.  I managed to reinstall photoshop but I noticed Gradient XTermiator was not there anymore.  Is there any way I can recover it?  Many thanks.  Michael.

Last year I got roped into a full year or else I pay for it anyway. Waited for the year to end and bam these crooks renew without my permission. Now when I try to cancel they want $270 or something for cancelling when I never agreed to renew. I'm filing a class action on this company. Hold time on thier phone line is like an hour if you can even get thier number. This is not how you do business Adobe. You will speak to me. Olá, comprei um produto on line há 3 horas, fui bem atendido por chat humano, superacessível, paguei por pix. Ainda não recebi o produto no e-mail, conforme orientado no chat. Além disso, a Adobe não reconhece minha conta e não identifica o pedido. Também não consigo mais ctato pela Adobe, chat robô, msgs repetitivas, sigo no anonimato. É assim mesmo? Pegadinha? i just bought subscription and downloaded creative cloud and illustrator, but there was an error that they can't check my payment. there was link to articles i checked my time settings, deleted certificates but after that i can't open neither creative cloud nor illustrator

This is not useful to someone who does not have a current subscription. I have the same issue and the thing keeps barring me from talking with support unless I have a CC subscription, when my issue is with CS5, a product that still does everything I need, I bought, I own, and would simply like to use.   [Mod: Branched from an existing old thread]  

 I purchased the program disc for Photoshop Elements 10 years ago.  It has been activated and registered to me and I have never had an issue up until now.  When I went to open the program I received an error message saying I needed to deactivate the program from my other devices to resolve the problem because I am only allowed 2.   I never had that happen before so I checked my old laptop and deactivated it and deleted the program.  I'm still getting the same message and it will not allow me to use my Photoshop.  I have been using it on my current laptop for years without issue until now.  I tried reaching out to Adobe and could only open a chat line with them.  They no longer offer support for PS Elements 10.  I tried explaining I do not need support for the program, just need them to allow me to activate it since it is not allowing me to use it for some reason.  All I am getting is a sales pitch for a subscription for a newer pro

Please Adobe what this means? I have purchased CS6 Master Collection for a lot of money many years ago.  I still want to use it, do not want to move to the cloud apps. Will You return me the money in case of app is disabled?  What should I do for apps not disable, so I will be using them in future?   [Profanity removed by moderator]

Does installing creative cloud, desktop, etc. delete my already installed adobe apps? i have adobe media encoder and after effects ver. 23, and 2021 cphotoshop. i feel that creative cloud has way to many apps downloaded on mac so can i unstall it but keep my other apps? 

Hi, I've tried the ProDesign site but it just loops me back to Adobe.  I'm trying to find a download for CC 2019 Premiere Pro. My computer crashed recently and needed to be reset, so I'm trying to reinstall.  I have an iMac 2017 (upgrading soon, but have a job to finish in the meantime).  Many thanks for any suggestions!

Due to existing workflows, it is essential for me to be able to run Adobe CC in a windows environment. I have the latest MacBook Pro. Tried Parallel Desktops with Windows 11, but Photoshop reports an error, Illustrator and InDesign don't even come up on my list of Apps that can be installed. Does anyone know of  a solution?

Adobe is asking me to sign in so I can open Adobe Illustrator. Once I sign in and hit continue to open the app it again asks me to sign in. I can not open the app. Please help!

I lost the hard drive Captivate was on and now need to reinstall it on the new hard drive. Is there a place where I can find step by step what to do? 

I did this on my Macbook Pro (running at Sonoma 14.5) but continually hit error code 1 or at times error code 25! help please!!! Everytime I try and call Adobe they hang up on me or if I try online to connect to someone it shows this...
