I work for a company and we cannot figure out who the admin is. When I go to PLANS, there are no notes under our enterprise plan. There is also no phone number to call for assistance. If I can get at least an email address of who the admin is, that should help tremendousley. We have projects that need to be edited, and the plan ends today.

Why are the CC apps in all with the same icon and starting name. This is at best confusing. Plesase fix this.  

For years our organization has had named user licenses for Creative Cloud apps for students and employees if the departments paid for yearly subscriptions. I created app packages via the Adobe Admin console and deployed from SCCM. We recently started to offer to our employees Named User Licenses for Acrobat Pro only, say a department only needs Acrobat Pro and none of the other apps. My question is, if a user only paid for a yearly subscription to Acrobat Pro do I use the CC admin console to create an Acrobat Pro package and deploy as I normally do or is there another download link that I use to acquire Acrobat Pro Named User License software? Our users do not have the ability to install software on their company computers. I am aware of the unified installer from here- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/desktop/get-started/access-the-app/install-acrobat-enterprise.html

Is it possible to recover all Lightroom cloud files and presets from a business account that was recently deleted? I previously worked at an ad agency and had a large number of assets and personal work photos stored under a business account linked to my company email. Last Friday the company removed that email, and my Adobe account was converted into a personal account with no files. I contacted the account administrator, who informed me that recovery is not possible because the email was deactivated from their Adobe system. I urgently need assistance — specifically, I must recover the color presets and gallery files associated with the business account. Is there any way to restore these files or whether the account can be reactivated (even temporarily) to enable a migration/export?

Please allow IT administrators to prevent creative cloud app users from being able to install freeware (currently, users without admin rights can install Adobe Express Photos, Bridge, and UXP developer tools). I do NOT want to block user access to the self-service Apps pane, just their ability to install apps outside of managed control. Some suggestions on how to achieve:- Allow/disallow freeware global toggle- User group-based enabling- Available with All Apps Licensing- Individual requests on freeware apps

I purchased 01 year creative cloude subscrption on account <email removed-kglad> and in last four months after purchased subscriptions i hardly able to used creative cloude 04 to 05 days only because of accounts shows you have no subscription, my admin not pick up phone and in last week my admin pickup phone and now i used last 4 days with pop-up showing you have 05 days to account expire day by day expiring date come close. where to i contact and how i know may account validity. beacuse in default plan/account details shows you have no any plan or subscription.

Hi...I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro licensed. I got issue during convert from PDF to Excel. Why after conversion, the columns and figures in Excel misalign or merge across a single column?

We are in product design team and have created 'projects' on creative cloud for our aic. files. Our product designer accesses these files to update dielines and our graphic designer accesses them to add/refine the artwork or print layers. Other team members open the files from time to time to export assets as SVGs. Why does Creative Cloud not notify you when a file is already OPEN or IN USE by another user? Can I change a setting so it is not possible to open a file if another team member already has this aic. file open?
