Hello Adobe Team,When I tried using the new Generate Upscale option, I received an error message. I still have plenty of AI credits left, so I don’t think that’s the issue. It might be something on Adobe’s side or possibly something with my Laptop.Does anyone know how to fix this issue?Thank you!

Hello Adobe Community, We are facing a very serious issue with Adobe that has left our company unable to use any of the Creative Cloud applications we rely on. I want to share this here both for visibility and to ask if other customers have experienced the same. In August 2025, Adobe offered us a discounted renewal for Creative Cloud Pro Team (2 seats).We accepted the offer through the Adobe Portal, where it still shows as Approved with a “Due Now” amount.Later, Adobe told us that to apply the discounted offer they needed to cancel our existing subscription first. They asked us to confirm this by email, which we did.Adobe then cancelled our old subscription but did not activate the new discounted plan.As a result, all of our apps stopped working, and our team has been unable to do its work since then.  We have now spoken with more than 10 Adobe support agents via chat and Microsoft Teams. Hello,In the Admin Console, the ‘Storage’ section shows that my account is supposedly using 20 GB. However, I cannot understand where this amount comes from. I would like to convert my Adobe ID to an Enterprise ID. According to Adobe's YouTube channel I should do the following:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLhlzUl-HyEUnfortunately I do not have 'Settings -> Identity' in my account. I can confirm that I have NOT selected my personal profile at logon. I've already asked the Help Assistant for assistance and he told me that I am using an Adobe Teams ID and that it's not possible to do that.Why ist not not possible and how can I create an Enterprise ID instead?I would be very happy about help.

I am struggling with one machine that cannot log in to acrobat, the moment i click on sign in it just signs out even on the internet when i try to log in gives me an error that the website cannot be reached but i do have internet connection, please assist

I have a small creative company and we currently have 'Adobe for Teams' license. I want to increase the number of users to 20 as well as the number of creatives and content that is generated which may mean I will need more credits across the entire CC suite and mainly use Express and Firefly for campaigns. What is the best Enterprise License that can work for me and at what cost? I would also like to know about deployment and any help I can get in onboarding my team.  (Vasielos Dandelis)

Hallo,  anscheinend ist der Link defekt und führt bei mir am Computer zu einer Webseite mit dem Fehler 404: Die Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden und wenn ich den Link auf meinem iPhone mit dem Safari Browser aufrufe wird eine nicht startbare PDF-Datei heruntergeladen. Hi Jeffrey, Need to understand if Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) is applicable to payments made to Adobe for purchasing their softwares. If not, you would have a TDS Data Sheet for the current financial year from the IT Department, specifying the same. We will have to submit that to our auditors.

As a senior project manager with the Coca-Cola Global Headquaters in Atlanta, I've been extremely disappointed with Workfront. It is extremely "clunky", lacks the ability for customization and is NOT user friendly. We wrongly assumed that this Adobe product would be as good as all of the others and it is not. We have benn using Workfront for 2 years and it has not gotten any better. It would serve Adobe's brand to either make major improvements or just get rid of it. I'm a creative team lead with an enterprise subscription, but one of my team members is the library owner/admin. Although our settings show that I'm allowed to write to/modify our shared libraries, I remain unable to do so. I should add that our newest team member is also able to add and modify resources, but I am not.  (Jonathan Joyce)

Hello, some of the users in our company are suddenly unable to access the firefly homepage, despite having more than enough generative credits. There is a red banner at the top of the page stating:"You do not have access to Firefly. Request access from your IT administration."I have attached a screenshot of the firefly page and the users account showing the credits. Our admin had no idea how to fix this, what can we tell him to point him in the right direction?

Has there been any update to this error? I have experienced this in a Corp environment where we dont want users being admins of their work device. I've tried numerous "fixes" (e.g. cleaning tool, re-installing, deleting files, rebooting etc) however Im back a square one with the Error code 191 when CC attempts to update.

Our SSO certificate between Azure and Adobe will expire soon. I have created a new Certificate in Azure and am trying to upload the pem file in our IDP settings in Adobe manager. What are the values I should enter on the "Create certificate signing request" for an Azure generated certificate? The help steps in Azure and in Adobe help don't seem to be updated/detailed enough for  the current systems.
