I work for a state education organization on a grant funded project on the far west side of the state. The project is migrating back to the state department of education offices on the far eastern side of the state. This is a major project. I orginally held a project based adobe account but the office assistance for my organization was tasked with opening an organizational Adobe account for all employees (me included). In April I woke up to find my project account closed and had to go through a major headache with Adobe support to get access back to my individual project account and have those files moved to my new organization account. This was a problem from the get go, because the project was moving back to the state and the Project account needed to re-assignable to the new department of education administrator. State agency now has their own Adobe account and I need ADOBE to migrate these cloud files to the new State Department of Education account from my regional educational org

Since upgrading to Business, we are not able to share all the Creative Cloud Documents (especialliy Lightroom files) via Creative Cloud (folders and images) which are currently linked to one mail address. I would like for all colleagues to have the same access and rights to the Lightroom Files, so for us all to be equal collaborators with full access. So that means i want to share my storage with the other members of my team. how does that work?

I ran into a brick wall with the chat bot, so I'm coming here for some assistance. A couple of years ago, my company decided to pay for a subscription to XD for one of our vendor's staff members. I added our company card to her personal account and we were billed appropriately for the initial purchase and one renewal. In November of 2023, this user stopped working for us and her company added her account to their enterprise Adobe plan. I logged into her account and confirmed that my billing info wasn't present and her account was tied to their enterprise account. Currently the account has no plan and no billing info associated with it. However, I received a charge on my company card for another year of XD. I confirmed with the vendor that they definitely don't have my card on file and they didn't receive an invoice on that date. I need to find out why/where my card is still tied to an XD plan and cancel the plan/remove my card. Help?!  

It was found recently that some freelancers had been using their personal accounts on work PCs as well as bringing in their personal laptops. They were told to stop using the accounts at work but also told that their PCs needed to be formatted.  Is this correct? Wouldn't it suffice to simply logout of their personal accounts while at work?There are a bunch of people formatting their PCs as I type this...

I've been trying to get Adobe Ilustrate and Adobe Cloud on my Windows Laptop and when I try and open the installers, but none of them actually open, they just slighly load but never open. I've tried almost everything I can find but it hasn't yet worked.

No matter if it's a photo or a video once i select it it never loads the image. I have projects to uplaod and it's been days that this issue is still ongoing. would it be that there's no more space? where would this show up? thank you!!

Sitll no word on, when adobe plans to fix their issue in the admin console about claimed domains, if we have a claimed domain we cannot create an adobe ID for that user,  which is beyond frustrating to say the least as we have users that have off network machine that cannot use federated id's.  they are just not taking this issue seriously, it beyond infuriating by adobe to have done this change. no ETA no nothing.  

Hello all, Could you please advise on how to change the Adobe Account name (not the public name, not the screen name)? I'm an Administrator of an Adobe Target user group and there are a couple of accounts that do not have any names attched to them - so they're being displayed as "null" when updating activities in Target. The fields are not editable when trying to update through https://account.adobe.com/profile or through https://account.adobe.com/profile?editAccountName.Thank you!

When trying to install Adobe after effects on my new macbook pro, I am getting the following message. "Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before installing this product.  Please close other installers."  I do not have anything else running.  I have shut down my system and upon starting up again, immediately try the install.  I get the same message.  Any suggestions?

Hello, I have no option to cancel my subscription or manage my plan (the button is missing). The billing options are also not available to me; there isn't even a window for that. I logged in with my private email account and all those options were available, so this isn't a browser issue. How do I cancel my subscription? 

We have an AUSST- server which downloads the fresh and incremental updates for certain Adobe products.This works.We have a client with Adobe's RUM and at 2 locations the client-config file created with AUSST.The only thing i get from RUM is Returncode 2 when i run it as: RemoteUpdateManager.exe in an elevated CMD. It should then update all products.When i specific ask to update Illustartor (>RemoteUpdateManager --productVersions=ILST -(-action=install))It also only wants to update Acrobat but exits also with code 2. How to solve this?! Really tired of having to deal with customer service that knows nothing about this product.  They also like to just put people on mute and not respond.  I have been sitting here for 15 minutes with no response, no warning theyre going afk.  i will be looking for another editing software going forward.  foreign call centers are a for way to lose customers.

Has anyone else had problems renewing their business Adobe Licenses?  It all started on 7/22/2024 and it has yet to be renewed even though we paid.  Now we're getting pop-up windows stating we have 5 days to renew or all access will be cancelled. I've called my rep Neha Vij 5 times and it always goes to voice mail.  Left multiple messages.  Finally I got an email back from Neha and he says 'Kindly allow me sometime to check and get back to you.'  Now my staff is worried our access will be shut off.I can't have this!Help!  

Hello, I have an account that contains two profiles:A "personal profile", which contains the creative cloud plan.A professional profile (with the name of my company), which contains the Adobe Acrobat pro plan.When I want to use a tool, I have to log out, and choose the right profile when I log back in.How can I group my two plans into a single profile?In the Admin Console menu, I cannot assign the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan to an email address (which is common to both profiles). Thank you.

On some windows machines we are seeing: RemoteUpdateManager version is : 2.4.0.2Starting the RemoteUpdateManager...**************************************************No new updates are available for Acrobat/Reader**************************************************RemoteUpdateManager exiting with Return Code (2)non-zero return code and it exits with a non-zero result code for any operation.  I have not been able to locate any log files either.  Where would it be?  It's not in C:\Windows\TEMP as indicated by the docs.

Adobe Premiere Pro - werden Addons zur Auswahl angeboten, die dann mit dem Paket bereitgestellt und verteilt werden.  Bei der Aktualisierung entgeht uns leider die Information, ob sich die Anzahl der verfügbaren Addons geändert hat. Im Updateprozess ist die Auswahl von (neuen) Addons nicht vorgesehen. Was wondering if Adobe had any plans to allow Major version updates to take place via RUM?   Example:  Photoshop v2023 being updated to Photoshop 2024 via RUM.   As of now, it takes a fresh install of new and an uninstall of old annually.  This would be very helpful

I'm the IT management guy from a large company, and we are using adobe ID to manage the license of PS and Adobe product, using user's company email address. The problem is that I have assigned the product to user, but no following management is available. For example, is the user leaving the company, is he move to another position and no longer need to use adobe product? One possible way is to check every account's last log time, if one account hasn't logged in for like one month, we are reasonable to believe that this guy does not use Adobe product any longer. Do you have this interface or function to check such result? We only need to check specific set of users that is managed by me.

Can we get a "last logged on" report in the user export? I want to manage our license assignments, and right now everybody that asks for an Adobe licenses gets one. I want to remove inactive users to control license allocation. I could not find a report. According to Adobe Support, they cannot track login activity because we use named user licenses. They did suggest that I could export the Content Logs, that's better than nothing but a last activity would make much more sense.
