Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

How do I delete profiles on iPad?I can do it on the PC version, but not iPad?How come this isn’t a feature? I’m legitimately asking and hoping for an answer. If anyone on the team is reading this, can you explain why this is not a feature that has been implemented on the iPad version? It already exists on PC after all. (Not talking about Classic either.) 

this probably sounds a silly question but I was reading someone saying that cloud photos are only stored in that one place so if something was to ever go wrong with lightroom or the cloud those photos will not be able to be accessed again!? does this mean just as in when logged onto your lightroom or do they mean one these are exported in their own right onto hard drives/folders on the computer/phones those photos would no longer be able to be opened either?! with professional photos should they never be created in cc photos as they are basically copies even once in galleries/hard drives/folders etc

Lightroom Opens normally, but when I click to edit a photo, it goes blank and comes back not functioning and without all of the options showing. For example, I try to crop a photo and it does not crop, nor does it show the editing features. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program and I have the same problem

Hello, Please can someone help me to reproduce the sliding navigation bar from the Thomas template in Portfolio, as can be seen in the example from Sever Acar https://portfolio.adobe.com/examples/ On the landing page the menu/navigation bar is on the footer of the page, but when the arrow is clicked the navigation bar moves to the header of the page and the background image is replaced with a gallery. I can't find the option to replicate this. I am using the Thomas template. Many thanksT  

I have a Snapdragon X Elite laptop (the lenovo yoga slim 7x) and when I do AI Denoise, it uses the CPU. It has a decent GPU, and quite a powerful NPU, and as far as I know AI Denoise should not use the CPU. Past taking a while, it makes my computer run really loud and get really hot. Please make a fix!CPU utilization when I am doing AI Denoise vs right after

I’ve written myself an app to generate Alt-text for my images, working against local files. I’d rather store that alt-text back into the lightroom ecosystem though, so that it is persisted just as if I entered it manually into the metadata in Lr. Is there a way to accomplish this through an API or local file editing? Note that I don’t use Lightroom Classic, I tend to move between many machines and so all of my content is stored in the cloud (and cached locally, but that’s only a small subset of images).Thanks! (and if it’s relevant, I’m a professional dev as my day job, so it doesn’t have to be an *easy* solution, just possible)

Windows on ARM Topaz Gigapixel takes 20mins+ to get to nearly complete and then progress bar just stops moving. it’s been 24 hours now, i think it’s not working!! but when  i try and cancel it warns me i burned a credit just trying this

MacBook Pro M2 pro,Macos Tahoe 26.3Lightroom Desktop 9.1 Every week or two I will find my MacBook Pro M2 drive has suddenly completely filled because the lrcc_console.log file will grow to 90 - 100GB. I have to find the log file and delete it and then my laptop will run good for a while. This started happening in late December, I have had to delete the log file 4 times now.Below I have pasted a portion of the log. I'm desperate, Lightroom (normal, not Classic) keeps crashing in my macbook air (macOS Tahoe) with the message:   "Lightroom ran into a problem with your local catalog and must either quit or restart."   I've tried deleting the Lightroom Library.lrlibrary file as some forums suggested, unistalled and reinstalled, installed an older version, and still the same error.   Any help would be mostly welcome   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules. Hi, since a few days/weeks I have an issue with Lightroom Mobile. I've edited photo on laptop, then went to Lightroom Mobile, copied edit settings and pasted to another photo and it failed during updating AI masks. Previously it worked perfectly and I do not know what's the problem. I tried to uninstall the app, restart my phone but it didn't help. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?

I recently changed my plan to Adobe Standard, instead of the AI-bloated Premium version. I’ve always been able to use the Remove tool on LR Mobile (iOS), but now it’s completely paywalled and I can’t access it. On the help page, it says “By default, the Generative AI toggle is enabled. Turn it off before using Detect objects.” I can’t find any more details on any help/pricing/plans page.Is there a way to use JUST non-AI retouching, which should be accessible with my $60/month plan? I just want to do basic clone stamping, not generative AI anything. I’ve tried logging in/out, restarting, redownloading, but it just shows me the “pay more” splash screen each time.

I paid my account on the 1st of April 2026 and it is not working, it says “Your subscription ended today” , I tried logging out and back in but its not working.

No matter what I want to do in Lightroom, as soon as I click on something, I get a “No response” message for two minutes while the program freezes. When it seems to start working again, the same thing happens—it freezes at the first click. This happens at every move, no matter if just trying to open a menu or trying to use color grading etc. I would like to use it, after all, I pay for it, but no way currently. My Hardware is from 2026 with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and Intel Processor, so that should not be the problem (and LR Classic, Photoshop and all others working perfectly fine). Thank you very much.

I remember there was a feature in Lightroom iPad app and Web to pick the best X% photos of an album. However, I cannot see this feature now. May I know if this feature is gone? Or there is a new alternatives?

Not particularly Lightroom related but there didn't seem to be a better place for it and I guess you guys will be more familiar with what's usual and what's not. I've used Lightroom on and off for years but all I have in my cloud storage at the minute is 36 raw files of around 35mb each from a 5Dmk4.  I calculate this is about 1.2gb of data but my account is showing that I've used 4.2gb.  I have nothing in deleted (I've permanently cleared everything), nothing waiting to sync or with sync errors, nothing in other folders I've forgotten about - just those 36 images.  I had 10gb+ a couple of weeks ago but I've downloaded and backed up all of those images, they're gone from the cloud, and all I have is the new images from the last couple of weeks. How am I using so much storage?
