Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi there, I don't know if I am asking an idiotic question or not, but I have 1 Tb of cloud space in my subscription but I couldn't uploaded all my last upload photo session as it said my laptop didn't have enough available memory for them despite being no where near my cloud limit. Do I always need enough available storage space in my laptop despite having a cloud?  All the people that I know use the lightroom classic version and not ye cloud.

When I loaded up Lightroom Cloud today, I noticed that it completely wiped all my edits from a photo I was working on yesterday. Not sure how to fix it but because I spent over an hour on this photo I am pretty upset...

I have a problem with AI subject and object detection masking which has suddenly stopped working in Lightroom cloud and Lightroom classic.  The sky detection tool still works fine, as does the distraction removal tool, but that is it.  All the AI masking tools work fine in Lightroom web and on Lightroom mobile, but not on the cloud or desktop versions.  I have a new Microlaptop which is up to date; I have uninstalled and re-installed lightroom and cleared the cache, but nothing seems to make any difference.  It suddenly stopped working around the beginning of the month (possibly the time of the latest update?)My laptop is a Microsoft surface Pro Studio 2  which has worked a treat with this software up until now.  Can anyone help me at all?

Can I access my photos from OneDrive to edit in Lr app?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. It's happened on the latest version of Lightroom 9.2.0 for the iPad IOS 17.3.1 & wasn't happening before i installed the update, but equally I've only just started taking photos in raw where the file sizes are much larger, but still I don't think this should cause the problem. if I import say 50 photos from a memory card & start editing them, I'll be ok for maybe half of them, & then it reaches a point where a photo is not editable. The cloud icon is blue rather than the green & this doesn't change even if I leave it for a few minutes. If I turn the iPad off & on, that does seem to clear it for a little while until I can't edit again & half to reboot  - it's not just on photos I haven't edited yet, it will stay blue on a picture I edited minutes earlier.  I have plenty of space on my iPad & also in the Lightroom cloud thank you for any assistance

On macOS, when I try to launch Lightroom after the update I get: “Adobe Lightroom.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. (see attached)   I've tried uninstalling and removing Lightroom preferences, then reinstalling, but get the same result. I submitted an Adobe LogCollector Tool file, so hopefully that helps.    I attempted to report it via Creative Cloud support, but the chat ended before I could reach an agent. Not a big deal for me since I mainly use Lightroom Classic, but posting here for awareness in case others run into the same issue.    

When working with version 8.4, I'll be instructed that further AI seetings need to be "updated" and to select the yellow update "AI Edit Status" button to properly render recent edits. When I click on the yellow button,  a blue "update" button then appears, selecting that button nothing ever happens, it doesn't work. 

I have several years worth of photos in LrC that are not in the cloud. I want to set up one folder to sync images from LrC so that I have them available in cloud for regular LR. That works. But when I sync, LrC is also trying to download ALL my photos in the cloud, 15k of them. I've gone through every collection in LrC and triple checked that sync is turned off. There is only one folder set to sync. And yet, LrC continues to download all my photos, and I cannot figure out how to get it to stop. Any ideas?

I have two very specific quesitons on using Lr and PS to process 32-bit images. 1. As I understood it, when I move three bracketed images to PS to do a 32-bit HDR merge, when I save an ?HDR merged photo,, PS is suppoosec to retiurn thart final image to Lr where it originated. In my case, I keep having to save it as a TIFF file on ny desktop and then drag that back into Lr. What am I missing?2. I mostly want to return the fikle to Lr for storage, but if I happen to make further changes to the photo,. is LR resetting the image in 16-bit or keeping it as a 32-bit? Thank you for any hlep.

Ive seen people post about LR having other internal errors, but I am not finding one with my error message so I am posting it here and asking for some help! Lightroom failed to initialize due to an internal errorlogin server error 'nil: Unable to create directory. You don't have permission to save the file "user" in the folder "Lightroom Library.Irlibrary" Above is the error message I get EVERY time I try and open LR. Lightroom is a new program we are about to use but I can not even get the program to open. I have never used the program before so there shouldnt be a catalog. After selecting ok on the error message, LR just force closes. Even after uninstalling and then installing it again, I get the exact same error message and force quit. Are there any solutions to this? I am on a 2019 Macbook running MacOS Ventura 13.2. Its a company laptop and its managed but all Mac users have admin rights. Not sure if that helps or not. Thanks in advace!

Não faz sentido algum esse bug, pois eu tenho praticamente 1.5TB de SSD livre para comportar o download, e 1TB de HD vazio também, e o programa simplesmente não quer dar prosseguimento ao meu download, já desinstalei e reinstalei ele umas 3 vezes e simplesmente não funciona, e eu não estou afim de ter que entrar no Lightroom Web e ter que clicar em todas as mais de 1000 fotos que tenho 1 por 1 para realizar o download, por favor consertem este programa!

Bonjour J'ai un soucis avec LR Classic sur mon Iphone 15 pro.En voyage je prends des photos avec l'appareil photo de l'appli LR.Remarque : le changement d'objectif est moins fluide qu'avec l'appareil de l'iphone mais je fais avec car les images sont réglées par défaut au format que je souhaite (3X2) et pas avec celui d'Apple et géolocalisées ce qui est parfait, mais ...j'ai eu un bug par moment ou a chaque changement d'objectif l'image devient folle alternant tres rapidemment les formats, les alignements horizontal/vertical ou je ne sais quoi. Difficile d'expliquer et encore plus de montrer.Le pire c'est que c'est aléatoire, par moment tout va bien, à d'autres pour une raison que j'ignore c'est permament et je suis obligé de sortir de la fonction appareil photo pour y revenir.Merci pour votre aide

How do I get my watermark on exported photos after editing in Lightroom Mobile? I can't find it anywhere and it should be a basic feature of the app that I pay $9.99 a month for.

According to everything I've read, I should change the interface by following the Adobe Lightroom > Preferences > Interface and finding a dropdown menu that allows me to toggle the color scheme for the UI. But it is nowhere to be seen, and I've tried searching the support forums for help, to no avail. Can anyone tell me what's going on?  I'm on a MacOS Sequoia 15.5.

LR version: V10.4.4 on androidOS: Android 15 on Samsung z fold 5Steps: Edit any photo. Filter by edited status. The recently edited photo does not appear instantly.  Expected result:Hi,I do understand edits need to be uploaded and takes time. In some tests, I waited until it's all uploaded, and made sure there isn't loading/upload animation icon. Then applied the filter. The last few edited photos still didn't appear in the filtered list.After waiting for a minute or less, they did appear when filter is applied again.Some might say I can just wait for a minute. But who can guarantee that a minute is enough?If I have a total of 100 photos, and edited some 50 photos (but don't remember the number), how would I ensure the filtered list would show all the edits I have made? Seeing thr last edited photo is the way? Well, I am not sure if I am missing some earlier photos.Eventually, why don't you use local photo status when this filter is applied? Hi, I'm new to Lightroom (i'm using the new LR, not LR classic). Earlier today i had the information overlays with camera information showing when browsing photos. But now it's gone somehow and I can't figure out how to get the info overlay to appear again. I can see the info overlay in the iOS iphone and iPad app but not in the Desktop or Web version.  Please help. The below picture shows the info overlay info that i'm missing.

Please can someone tell me how to turn off the help pop ups in Lightroom. They are incredibly obtrusive and get in the way all the time. I know they are supposed to gradually show less over time but after 12 months of using Lightroom for 2-3 hours per day they are still showing. I don't need or want them. Please tell me there is a simple off button somewhere.

After the latest update 8.4 when uploading more than 1 photo to the album the app will display the preview before adding but only one photo is actually sent to the album. If you try to send the second photo again but manually the app will block saying that it has already being added. Restarting the macbook or the app wont solve the problem. Hello all,   I have lost a fairly important amount of pictures on my lightroom app (iOs) since I used lightroom cc online (being  away I had to consult it from another computer).   Has this already happened to any of you and is there a way to fix it ? At least 10 000 pictures disappeared and I'm nicely freaking out.   Thanks in advance for your help Aurelie

The border customisation that appear once you select watermark is no longer selectable with this rev 10.4.3. However the worse part is even if you deselect watermark and share or save to device the photo, it adds in the border from the previous setting ie width and color..If you now select photos from the grid to share the old settings made before this revision appears. See two attached screenshots.
