Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hey guys, I'm trying to export a lot of my previously edited videos (who are saved in the cloud) with a simple change in the presets. A lot of times it just doesn't work. I couldn't find a pattern, it seems to be random. Note: when I import a new video, edit it and then export it everything works fine. It only happens with a previously edited video.

I have hit an issue when trying to add new photos to Lightroom: The error message displayed in the attached screen shot appears. I have not changed my process of adding photos, this has only just started happening. I will also add a screen shot of my System Info. A few details: - I am working on Windows with a Ryzen 7 4800H CPU and Nvidia GTX 1660 graphics card- I have tried adding photos from an external SSD, local hard drive and direct from the camera SD card (all of which don't work)- I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Lightroom- I have tried using a different card reader- I have checked that all permissions are enabled on folders- It will import some random photos, but when I delete them and try again, it will import other random ones but will not the same ones. I hope this can be resolved soon as it is negatively affecting my work flow and I may be forced to move to another editor to meet deadlines, which would be a shame as I enjoy using Lighroom. &nb

I wanted to start editing from my android tablet when I'm on the go and away from my PC. But I noticed one key feature missing from Lighroom Mobile is the ability to make virtual copies. PLEASE add this feature, its indispensible for many of us.

I switched from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom (on my Windows desktop) last year, but I still edit all of my files locally on my PC with no issues.  Since the most recent update (7.3), as I am going through my photos and flagging them, I will get the following message on a few random pictures:"File is not editableLightroom cannot save edits to "filename.jpg" because it is read only.  Please change the permissions and try again or import files to the cloud."All of the files in the folder have the same permissions, none are set to read-only, and it does let me edit - it is more of an inconvenience of having to click ok on the box as I am going through the pictures.

Hello, I am running into problems with my AI de-noise taking a extremely long time (>699 minutes). This is stumping me because it was previously working only taking about 20 minutes to denoise 60 photos but I changed drivers by updating and suddently its taking forever. Recently i've been having so many issues with lightroom, its driving me MAD!I use a Macbook pro version 15.5, lightroom version 8.3.1. Overlay isnt showing up in masking and keeps asking for me to update the mask every slight adjustment, AI remover isnt working properly and keeps deleting selected areas, croping lags and then freezes the whole thing, it no longer will export any video edits to my MacBook only into the cloud and that is taking DAAAYS!, exporting pictures is taking 5 attempts & error messages popping up all over the place. All my setting on lightroom, mac & creative cloud are all the same, i've tried reinstalling version 2 of lightroom and that did nothing. This all happened just before the update and thought the update would make it stop and it didnt.i've also had adobe overtake my laptop to try and fix the issues but nothing worked and then they disconnected me from the chat with no explanatin as what happening or even a "sorry we dont know whats goin

Buenas, vengo aca a probar suerte si puedo recibir ayuda ya que ni el servicio al cliente ni nada me esta ayudando, mi cuenta de Lightroom fue desactivada sin previo aviso o motivo alguno, trato de iniciar sesion y me dice que mi cuenta fue desactivada por infraccion a las normas de condicion de uso, cosa que no encuentro sentido ya que mi cuenta la tengo solo yo, no la comparto con nadie, tengo los pagos al dia etc, y el contenido que edito es en base a fotografia virtual o irl, ya llame a microsoft store ya que la aplicacion y la compra fue mediante microsoft store, pero la cuenta de adobe como tal usa gmail, no me dan solucion alguna y necesito la aplicacion, cualquier ayuda es aceptada gracias.

Good day,Lens Blur is now bugged for me, on all photos where is enabled the blur moved few inches right or top from subject. Disable and enable again does not help. Yesterday everything works fine. Had someone this problem aswell? Thank you.Using latest version of MacOS and Lightroom.

Hello,  whenever i try opening up lightroom, i get this message. any help would be appreciated 

バグ①　ローカルに保存でずっとダウンロードが終わらないバグが起きてます。症状詳細: 　androidスマホ、androidタブレット、PC（windows）で使用しててPCは問題ないです。 あとスマホでも同期中の写真一覧を見れるようにしてほしいです。 上記の問題でどの画像が問題で起きてるのか突き止めれるからです。  バク②　PC側は同期が終わってるのにSP側で開くと同期されているのに毎回表示される症状詳細:　「この写真には、編集する前に動悸する必要があります。」と表示されます。 バグ③　Content Credentialsを選ぶと書き出せない症状詳細:　SNSなど承認済みでも選ぶと書き出せなくなりました。 共通項目:Lrをアップデートしたタイミングでなっているのでその際どこかの項目が修正ミスされているのではと想定されます。 ご確認のほど何卒よろしくお願いします🙇

I am having a similar issue to several other Mac users with the Lightroom CC application. In addition to photos not syning and showing errors/corruptions on files that I have checked via other applications to not being corrupted, it slows down my entire mac and has even broken Finder access to the external harddrive i use for backup. (I have checked that the drive is not corrupt) I have also checked the web version and yes, the web version does sync. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made sure that the app, creative clous, and my mac are all up to date.

8.2 allows 0RAW from R6mkII to be denoised.8.3.1 says unsupported filetype.Downgrade of app was requird to resolve. Windows 11 desktop app.

Problem nach einer Neuinstallation von Lightroom für Android Die Synchronisation funktioniert auf meinem Pixel 7pro Handy nicht. Es wird nur die letzte bearbeitete Version geladen. Die Iterationen werden zwar zeitlich und namentlich angezeigt, jedoch nicht geladen. Stattdessen wird immer nur das Original Bild angezeigt. Am iPad und im Internet Browser funktioniert es. 

After using lightroom for a while (meaning not right after program startup), the 'fit' feature starts misaligning the picture. Expected behavior: pressing 'fit' aligns the photo to the available canvas, with small white borders Experienced behavior: pressing 'fit' misaligns the photo to extend the border of the canvas. Attachment shows misaligned photo after pressing 'fit'. Restarting lightroom temporarily returns the expected behavior to the 'fit' feature. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes in lightroom before the misalignment happens again.

I have been searching everywhere and can't figure this out. I am using ver 4.4 on my desktop and when I go to place a Brush, Linear Gradient or Radial Gradient mask they do not show nor can I go back and select the "selector dot" (not the correct verbage I am sure). I have tried hitting the "o" key..nothing. I am sure it is some kind of setting issue because when I go into the very same image with my Ipad and can see the highlighted area as well as the "selector dot". I would have thought it was a toggle or a check box, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Adobe,You only give a seven day trial - which is not enough to go through each of your products.    Secondly, this being my first experience ever with Lightroom (today and yesterday), I'm supposed to be giving you $80/month for this? Maybe let me test for 30 days........ So I can make sure you aren't going to screw up my operations and cost me. Thanks  

Recently, during using Mobile LR (on Android phone - Samsung Z FoId) I can not use the Brush in masking.  It cause the app stopped/halted/closed. Please advise the solution. Thanks

 Hola. Desde hace 6 meses la app de Lightroom no me deja publicar mis fotos en la comunidad, mencionando que la imagen no contiene metados originales. Las fotos que tomé desde mi celular sí me deja pero las que tomé en mi cámara no. Es una Nikon D5100. Cuando paso las fotos a la computadora me aparece toda la información (fecha, hora, nombre de la cámara, ISO, apertura, velocidad, formato de la foto, e.t.c). Adjunto la imágen más reciente que tomé y no me dejó publicarla.  En cualquier caso que el problema sea o no directamente con la aplicación y sea mi cámara aún así agradecería mucho la ayuda ya que soy nueva en todo esto. ¡Gracias!
