Photoshop

Mam problem z narzędziem usuwania. Gdy wybieram je, pojawia się błąd "Nie można użyć tej funkcji ponieważ nie powiodło się zainicjowanie jej"Ponowne uruchomienie nie pomaga. Tak samo reinstalacja, aktualizacja, pobranie poprzedniej wersji, wyczyszczenie preferencji także nie pomaga.Próbowałem na najnowszej wersji Photoshop 26.0 i 25.9.1System operacyjny Win11Proszę o pomoc.

Hey, everyone; please let me know if you already have this issue. It seems like the application frame "isn't working." I can't turn it off. Does someone know how to fix it? 

Is generative fill available in photoshop 7 version? or do i need to update the version?if update is required , could you please tell me what's the latest version of photoshop and how to update photoshop 7 to latest version?Thankyou in advance.

Photoshop CS5 (latest update) will not allow me to select a layer mask. For example, I have a pixel bearing layer with a layer mask and want to use refine mask. I click on the mask and nothing happens. The layer (not the mask) remains active. Blue is the color that shows a layer is active on my computer, and after I have clicked unsuccessfully on the layer mask the blue color changes to grey. When I attempt to choose any layer now, instead of blue I get grey. I have reset Photoshop preferences which did not solve the problem, so I even uninstalled Photoshop, reinstalled and updated it, and still have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

After recently updating photoshop, I now have these blue boxes appear around anything I hover over. I can temporarily disable them with cmd+H but if I transform a layer it reappears. I would like to fully disbale this feature I dont want the blue boxes.

Hi:I have updated to the newer PS from CS6, which I long had. So there is a lot new here now. One issue I can't seem to resolve is that when I open a photo it opens in a big PS palette that blocks out the rest of my desktop. I don't want this big opaque palette. Before I lost CS 6 (because I had to update OS) my photos just opened by themselves on the desktop and very unobtrusive tool bars sat on the top and right side perimeters of the desktop when PS was open. No palette. Now I got this big honking palette in the way. Also, another big issue is that when I close out of a photo the palette stays on the screen and I have to get out of that. If not it's in the way of everything and I have to slide it aside to find the next photo to open and work on. It adds A LOT of work. It should disappear when I close out the photo I've been working on -- altho I don't want it in the first place. I can't even close it with keyboard shortcuts (like command+w). I have to go up to red dot and hit that.

Hi all! I've been using "genertive fill" quite a bit. My client sends me images that are either too small or the wrong orienation for social media images. I've found the ai generative fill to be invaluable. However, the command I use most is just "continue background" or "continue background no text." The reason I add, "No text" is that more often than not, ai adds weird text that doesn't really spell anything (not that that matters... I don't wany ANY text added). What command can I use that will let it know I don't want text... just the background of the image to be continued? Just adding "no text" doesn't seem to work. I also have removed or hidden text layers, in case it was picking up on those. To no avail. I'm attaching an example. I selected (what is now) the dark blue area at the bottom and just typed in "continue background." And this is what I got.Any suggestions? Thanks so much. 

At first Photoshop took away my tool bar. I went to Window to restore the tool bar at it's default state. Once the basic tool bar was restored, it took away my project names. I switch between multiple photoshop files and boards to create work for high profile clients. This is affecting my ability to produce work quickly which is a need for the company I work for.  Since the new update, photoshop has shut down on me when I am doing much more basic tasks than I have previously. It has shown the rulers on other screens that does not have the photoshop app running when I switch displays. The chrome page being layered on top of photoshop as I type this message has made all disapper except the rulers and my artboard. There is also no way to close or minimize, those have disappeared and I am not in full screen mode. I have had to quit and restart photoshop several times due to tools acting buggy as well since the update. Bonjour. Avec Photoshop version 26.5 ( mais c'était la même chose avec les versions d'avant ) quand je fusionne les calques visibles la densité et les couleurs de ma photo sont modifiées, d'ailleurs l'histogramme est modifié. Quelqu'un a une solution à ce problème ?

HelloI have a friend who owns a pub. They have this image of the outside of the pub and would like it in a hand drawn/illustrative version which can be used as part of a logo. I have tried multiple ai tools but I cant get anything to generate what I need.  It always seems to generate random looking buildings rather than using this as a reference!  Could anyone point me in the right direction please?  Thank you!

Good afternoon!After installing Adobe Photoshop, the CC2020 encountered such a problem: when using the Lasso tool, the Hand tool does not work, that is, it is not possible to move the image, as it usually happens when you press the Space key. Photoshop CC2019 remained installed on the computer - in it this function still works correctly. I already tried to delete the entire contents of the C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020 folder, as well as completely reinstall Photoshop CC 2020 of the latest version. But the result remains the same.I did not find a solution to this problem in similar cases, because I work under Windows, I don’t have Safari and Siri, I don’t have a Wacom tablet (I don’t have any tablet at all, just a laptop and that’s all), and the most trivial thing is that this problem is missing in Photoshop CC2019 or 2018 running right there.

I'm trying to script a deep etching script for photoshop. I've already got an action for it but I use it on many pictures at once and it's starting to affect my hands as an RSI.I've coded in an ability to select using the object selection tool and it works really well but when I run doAction("Cut", "My Actions");It runs doAction first and then runs the selection even though the selection is first in execution order. The action is dependent on the selection. Why is this happening?

HiPlease look at the workflow and notice that after crop I have the image dimention I need or like, I am making this a simple 1:1 crop for demonstration. As a photographer and re sizing or editing we cannot have on "Delete pixels"  that is forbidden!I have taken my image duplicate to protect I have cropped 1:1 reducing all sizeds of the imageI applied a stroke 40px I have gone to increase the canvas size only to create a border As you can see Photoshop can no longer produce edits, this edit has populated the blank border at canvas resize and that is not what I created when I cropped the image. Your latest update is flawed with errors around the canvas resize. I provide images of step by step and included the history panel for evidence of simple task no longer available. 

I have this bug that drives me insane and maybe someone can help me. Whenever I want to simply draw a line with the object tool, an arrow is created instead. I already clicked everywhere throught the parameters but could not find a solution. Help ist very much appreciated! 

Hi, I'm working on the latest Photoshop 2025 version on Mac Studio 2025 (M4 Chip) and everytime my computer goes to sleep, the panels move to the side of the screen. I work on two monitors and keep all the panels on my secondary screen. I've tried resetting workspace, locking panels, everything and it still moves to the side of the screen.  Can anyone help? 

I am considering of buying a M2 Mac mini base model which is 8GB/256GB for photo editing and lot of sources say that it won't be good enough. I do not edit large files for now and even if I had it's very rare. I'm currently using a Windows Pc and it's getting slow when I started to using that. I just want to edit photos and that's the main reason, and I usually don't work with large files. What should I do?

Photoshop version 26.6.1  Lightroom Classic version 14.3 on an iMac 15.4.1 with lots of system resources (system should not be the issue)This has been an ongoing issue for the last few updates. When I am finished in photoshop and go to save back to Lightroom Classic or just save to harddrive I get the message that the file exceeds the tiff allowance of 4 gig?. The latest files in question are 1.49, 1.69 and 2.64 gig files, so they are well under the 4 gig allowance. They should save as tiffs shouldn't they? 

Buenos días, tengo problemas al arrancar Photoshop . El programa empieza arrancando bien, pero luego al iniciarlo o bien se queda colgado, o bien abre y luego no deja cargar otra foto . No se si es que no lee los archivos dng. Les adjunto capturas de pantalla , de los fallos. He probado a desinstalar e instalar de nuevo, pero los fallos continúan. Tengo que preparar unas fotos para una exposición y tengo que mandar al laboratorio las fotos, con lo que voy muy muy justa de tiempo. Muchas gracias. 

Help, à chaque nouvelle mise à jour, mon pinceau de l'outils "amélioration des cheveux" malgré que la dureté soit à 0, est dure dans le détourage et c'est une catastrophe dans le résultat. Je suis photographe canin et pour avoir un détourage correct du chien c'est impossible... C'est la deuxième fois que cela m'arrive, un agent technique a du intervenir à distance et travailler dans les préférences des pinceaux... mais je n'ai jamais eu le resultat d'avant où mes détourages étaient impeccables ... Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider? J'avais pensé installer une ancienne version mais visiblement on ne sait plus... Je travaille sur pc Lenovo Legion AMD Ryzen 7 + NVDIA 4070

Hi, I have an iPF 8400. I have the image size set to 18x24 and the paper size to 30"x30" yet it still comes out 1/4" too short. I don't know much about printing and would love any help available for this issue. Thank you in advance!

I have opened this red SVG border from lightburn (PS rasterized it) and would like to turn it into a black line image. You can barely see it in the screenshot and the line has a notch on the bottom.Thanks for any help.PS 2020
