Photoshop

So I'm trying to get ScriptListner to output the commands my action makes so I can automate a workflow. I've downloads the ScriptListener.8li file from:https://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/win/13.x/Win_Scripting_Plug-In.zipI've followed the instructions given here to install the 64bit version into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 2022This dosen't work.There are no log files on the desktop after restarting photoshop and creating an action. I've tried running an existing action.Nothing.I've tried putting the plug-in in the plug-ins folder ( C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 2022\Plug-ins)Nothing.I've tried putting it in a sub folder called Automate (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 2022\Plug-ins) because I read it might need to go there.Nothing. I'm guessing I need a diferent version of the plug-in, is one available and where do I find it. Thanks in advance for your help.Steve I'm 

Hi everyone 🙂 We are writting a script on ExtendToolKit for Photoshop and we need your help ! Context : We have a e-commerce website and we are changing our format of our product images.Currently, it is all in square and we are changing it in rectangle. Our problem is that all our images have been crop manually for years (15y). So we can't just crop them in right and left side because for some of them it will cut the product and we can't just add blank on the top and the bottom because some product will be far to small. What we are planning to do : We are writing a script to check in two areas if there are colored pixels. For that, we defined an area, copied it in a new layer and we would like to check the histogram of these layer to see if there are colored pixel. We make a loop. If not for both areas, we crop the img, if there are, we just close the doc and we will do another script later.Our problem : We have issues to access to the propriety "h

Hi guys,lately I've been trying to use the spot healing brush tool but I can't cause in the option bar I can't find "sample: All layers" but when I selected the healing brush tool I see everything. if anyone can tell how to get everything on the option bar when working with the spot healing brush tool I'd appreciate it. Everytime I close photoshop., I lose all my brushes, patterns, workspace, presets, preferences. I have backed up all these things manually, they are all in the appropirate preset folders... everytime photoshop gets closed, my PC resets etc upon opening photoshop it scrambles the workspace and all the brushes, patterns, presets, preferences etc are gone and I have to reload them and re-organized them. I am using photoshop 2025 V 26.4what the heck is going on?! How do I stop this? It's Infuriating! I don't want to spend all the time to reorganize my workspace and import patterns, brushes etc in photoshop every single time I fire it up...I'm assuming I am just missing a step or something silly, but I've had just about enough of this, and nowhere is a solution to be found, be it through adobe help, forums etc.Someone please help!

Hi fellows! I am trying to import a new worspace in photoshop and the way is teached is to go to USERS/USERNAME/LIBRARY/PREFERENCES/ADOBE PHOTOSHOP[VERSION]/SETTINGS/WORSPACES, and then copy the file in there.  As I cant find at all, it doesnt exist this folder in the Photoshop 21, I would like how I can add/import a workspace. Can someone help me please?   Thanks a lot

Hi everyone,I learned from one of our contributors here  in the forum (cyberwasp ) over the weekend that the Refine Edge/Mask function is in fact still available for use in Photoshop CC2015.5.1. As the information is embedded deep inside a long pre-existing thread, I thought it would be useful to repost the information here. This appears to be a somewhat undocumented feature now and I don't know what tweaks Adobe have made-if any, but it does work and may possibly help people who are experiencing severe disruption to their workflow. A small caveat, there was a Photoshop update posted at the weekend and I tried the following after installing the update and so don't know for sure if it came with the update or not.  To use Refine Edge all you need to do is have a selection. To use Refine Mask you need a layer with a layer mask-it will not work if there is no mask or if the image not the mask is selected. Hi!I have been using the warp tool for a long time to create our mockups. I know its limitations, and I spend a lot of time working around them to make the best possible warp.Some time ago, I investigated if it was possible to use a deformation from a 3D software to PS, but I couldn't find the way. Recently, I discovered this image with a complex warping. Is it done by hand? Or did they use some automation to create it?Cheers,

How do you get rid of the upgrade notice when opening Photoshop?

First of all, for Adobe Forums site producer/devs: when typing my question in this textbox, the text is white. At first I thought it wasn’t accepting keyboard input at all, until I selected it. Since I can’t see what I’m writing, I had to draft this in a separate note and paste.Then I discovered that pressing "Post", rather than actually posting my pasted question, took me to a new page that looks exactly like the last "Start a discussion" page, only with a fully-functioning text box with all the bells and whistles.This was a wild ride. I have screenshots. Using Firefox Nightly, MacOS Mojave.—The real question: I use Photoshop on my work computer: Mac laptop with external monitor. The laptop screen is shut most of the time. When I wake the Mac from sleep or switch from large monitor to laptop (for meetings) and back again, my Photoshop workspace rearranges itself.I’ve created a custom workspace that fits my monitor, but I have to go into the menu and reset it every time, multiple times

If I had already opened and psd file on my photoshop, I can´t access my Cloud Files to open another psd on my cloud, I just can open psd files saved on my pc, this just keep happening! I can solve by restoring my settings but, after sometime, this bug comeback and I have to be always restoring and putting my presets... 

PS 26.4.0 When I try to open an Illustrator file containg multiple artboards, with each artboard containing high resolution placed/linked images, Photoshop comes to an almost complete standstill, tabbing between the fields (width, height etc) takes minutes for each tab. I do not recall this ever being a problem on previous PS versions. 

Bonjour,j'utilise l'application Photoshop sur iPad Pro. Lorsque j'utilise l'outil pinceau avec mon stylet, je vois le tracé du stylet selement lorsque la pointe quitte l'écran. Je ne vois pas ce que je dessine en temps réel. Je ne rencontre pas ce problème avec le lasso Photoshop, ni avec l'outil crayon dans Illustrator.Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce probleme ?bien cordialement.

Hi, When i try to transform my selection, using the slim pen 2 i am unable to actually rotate, resize or move the selection using my Slim Pen 2 stylus on the Microsoft Surface Pro 11. It seems to just move the camera view of the canvas, as if im holding down space. Does anyone know how i can fix this? Thanks

Hi, is it possible to have your guides only show up in specific groups? Basically the idea is to mimic how you can have your guides correspond to specific layer groups in Illustrator. I have all these groups that use different guides and I think it would be amazing to be able to just show the group and have the correct guides show up instead of moving them when I need to use the new group.

I'm new to the iPad app. I'm using it for drawing. Is there a way to have the photo I'm working from, off the working area. If I move it off the area it disappears. Underneath.

I am scanning Historic Photographs and they needed to be grouped together. During scanning I have saved them in Multi page Tiff files as well as a separate Tiff Zipped Folder. The zipped folder I can not open on Photoshop at all and when I open the multi page Tiff I am only able to see the first page. Is there a way to see/ edit each file within the multi-page file folder within Photoshop. My end goal is to have a saved edited Multi-page TIFF as well as a separate converted single PDF within which all of the images are viewable by scrolling.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!Jordan
