Photoshop

i, trying to log in on my accounts, on my desktop on photoshop our light room, and the windowm that pops up with mail and passwords dosent come up, so i cant log in to use the apps, its a pain on the chill right now ! already try to restar pc, unistall all apps, delete files on app data, and the problem still mantain, cant open my apps =S

I can no longer move the marquee selection with the mouse, only with the keyboard. The marquee now defaults to the old shift add selection which is driving me crazy. Is there any way around this?

Hi,  I used to apply image effects on samrt objects on Photoshop which I found very useful, I used to edit and disable the effect anytime if the layer is samrt object, on the last upadte the contorller is disappeared, this is very disappoiting and Im now in a middle of a project and need to edit some previus work. Please see attached images for more info.  Thank you! 

I am attempting to add the file name to a specified area of multiple images. I am using actions and am able to get it to setup the text box exactly where I want, but I cannot figure out how to have an action reference the filename to the text box it places.  Is there a way to do this?

Hi, Thanks to all who took part in the previous 'Hippity Hop' challenge, and in particular to @jane-e for stepping in at very short notice and setting an excellent challenge image.   This week, we are off to the North Coast of Scotland looking out from John O'Groats harbour,  toward Pentland Firth and the island of Stroma. The weather is not as nice as in Jane's last challenge, but it was a summer's day! I downloaded Photoshop Beta but do not see the new Remove Tool in the Tools Panel, and it's not there in the list of tools when I edit the Tools panel tools. 

I had a problem with the Save for Web feature being disabled and just wanted to share the solution that I found. First, to describe the problem: Save for Web was grayed out and nothing I tried could get it back. It wasn't a problem with the image color mode, bit depth or anything like that. Rebooting my Windows 7 PC did not help. Deleting my preferences did not help. Ultimately, what I had to do was uninstall/reinstall Photoshop CC. Now, it's working fine again.David Salahi

Hi, I just wanted to ask if in the generate fill (AI), despite the part you select does AI detect the full photo?  Like for an example, if I take a photo of a backyard and in the yard there's a dog and even if only select part of the grass, can it detect that there's a dog in the photo?  Not sure if I'm explaining well. Thanks

I tried to create a family scene in the Kitchen but always the hands are worse. There is obviously a wrong algorythm. More or less five fingers or no fingers. It is horrible no solution at all. is there any help?

I want to make some of my photos look like watercolour images.  I am following a (very good) tutorial, but when I use the Dry Brush and Cutout filters, the image becomes very contrasty and parts of it go totally black which doesn't look great and doesn't look like a watercolour either (haven't tried other filters so not sure if the same thing will happen). I've clipped a part of the image to illustrate.

I have a current Creative Cloud subscription and have not been able to update Photoshop (desktop) past v24.4.0.I've tried signing out and back in and various other solutions I have seen on this forum but nothing works...it still does not show as an available update.I have Photoshop (Beta) installed and that will update...it is currently up to v25.2I am looking forward to solving this issue asapAttached are:system info from within Help> System Infoscreenshot of CC app update panel 

PS locks up when clicking on Adobe Camera Raw (Photoshop v. 26.3.0)I am using work computer Lenovo Think Pad w. NVIDIA Quadro T2000 Max-Q graphics care and using Windows 11 Pro x64 v23H2. Any ideas why?

Every file I open up in Photoshop looks like a weird collage intil I resize it or zoom in and out.  Wondering if this is a bug or some setting I need to switch on or off?  Thanks in advance!

Hope this is the right place to post this, apologies if its not. This is my first time posting to the forum. I am seeing some discrepancies when bringing raw images into Photoshop and then exporting. I am shooting in raw format, then importing into camera raw in Photoshop. I make my necessary edits, etc. then when bringing into Photoshop, I remove any dust or scratches that are on the photo itself. When attempting to select and automatic fill, I am noticing that it is filling with the incorrect color, and the selection appears pixelated. Furthermore, when exporting as a JPEG, the image is drastically different than what I see in Photoshop itself. I have tried exporting in different qualities, as JPEG, as PNG, etc. not quite sure what is causing this. I have the correct lens profile selected in camera raw as well.

I have a picture of a person in the car. I want to simulate his head hitting the steering well. His head and body will move but the legs and probably the hands will not move. I am a real novice. I went through a lot of YT videos but I have a hard time materialize the project. Greetings, I have a simple request. Does anyone have an answer or can advise on viewing Photoshop processed jpegs on today's TVs? I have a number of such files that my LG OLED television (circa 2017) refuses to make viewable. It doesn't matter if they are low-res, high-res, 300kb, 10 MB in size, or 150 MB. The name I tag the images with doesn't seem to make any difference either (as in naming them with special characters, numbers...). There is some strange thing that's happening, because images processed in the same or similar manners are there, while others only show a broken, slashed-through icon. No difference I can tell! It was recommended by an Adobe agent that I try saving the pictures at 200 dpi rather than the usual 350 that most have been shot at. All photos can be viewed if I don't process them in Pshop. I've come across some information explaining there are disconnects with certain devices reading Pshop processed files, but I hope to fix this. Can anyone help? Have you

After too many problems with Windows machines over the years, I am considering buying a MacBook laptop. I'm a keen amateur photographer who uses Photoshop and Lightroom Classic to edit my photos for personal use.
