Photoshop

I'm trying to use some of my files I created on Photo Shop as illustrations from my ipad. I don't see how to move files to other apps like Pages. I thought about first saving them to my SanDisk flash drive but the SanDisk app only seems to link with my photo library and nothing else. The Pages app had a link to icloud but I do not know how to link the icloud to Photo Shop or vice versa. I would appreciate anyone who can share how

I've been using photoshop for a good while now, and for some reason I went on my pc to see that creative cloud no longer functions and I had an error that pops up every time I launch creative cloud or photoshop. I tried fixing this through multiple methods;1. reinstalling the visual c++ redistributals2. reinstalling creative cloud and photoshop3. windows update nothing seems to work anymore, photoshop doesn't even let me make a new document and I can't save my progress. Photoshop is really important to me as I need it for University work. If anyone knows how I can fix this, it would be very much appreciated Thank you 

Mac Sequoia 15.0.1Photoshop 2025My startup hard drive started acting up because it was almost full, so added an additional drive and started to use that as the startup. The OS was kind of wonky so I cleaned off the original startup and started using that again.In the process of fixing the original start up drive I had to erase it and had to reinstall my apps.I decided to load my Adobe apps on to a different internal drive. The only app I’m having an issue with is Photoshop. It crashes when I tried to launch it. I uninstalled it once and installed it again, but it had the same issue.I uninstalled it again and loaded it onto the startup drive. It crashed on startup again.I uninstalled it, deleted all the old preference files, rebooted the computer and reinstalled it. It still crashed immediately after the opening window appears.I then tried to clear the preferences when Photoshop opens but that didn’t help either.I really need help; I’m out of business until I get this fixed.Thanks,

I am using Adobe CC, and have a query about the Pantone licensing. If i have alot of files created using Pantone Colours prior to the licence change (in illustrator CS6) , am i ok to still use those with out the licence?  Also i imagine if i were to amend these files or create new ones, using CC, then a licence would be required?  

What is going on, Adobe? I paste an image onto another image and cannot just simply select and delete part of the pasted image because it's a "smart object." When did this start? This behavior is new to me. Can I turn it off?

Hi, I'm using Photoshop 26.1.0 on my laptop and I'm having a problem using it. When I check the "use graphics processor" box in the performance options, the lines drawn on the canvas are laggy and rough, it's like my lines are slow and not smooth. I have a laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce 4080 laptop, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX. The reference of my laptop is "MSI Vector 16 HX A14VHG-400FR". Can anyone help me?

I have a few external Thumb drives, USB-2 drives, and an SDXC thing in the machine, but Photoshop doesn't recognize them. How can I fix that?

My laptop repeatedly crashes when using Photoshop. It's an Asus Zenbook Pro with a 12th gen Intel i7 and Arc A370M Graphics.I'm up to date on both drivers and photoshop version, and have done a clean install of each AND a full reinstall of Windows just to be sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I love using my wacom to provide more accurate editing; I love I can pess the tabble button and the pen and change size and hardness of brush - move left of right and it inceases and deceases. Opaciy I need to use the computer keyboard to type in numbers.  Ideally I'd love to be albe to control that from the tablet.  I understand pen sensitivety can do it sort off, but I often use 100% having to press harder than my hand wants. Is their a key stroke I can use with the pen to specify opacity, or the ring?  If so what is the keystroke please? Thank you.  I'd love not to need my keyboard 

Files from PS 25.12 connected to a substance material, change in color when for example changing the pattern amount. Due to the new settings (25.12 'lighting' with 4 options) and 26.1 'render' with much more options, the lighting can not be restored to its previous settings. This way a lot of my files are useless in the new photoshop version.  

I use an external Synology NAS set of hard disks and see beachballs on my Mac (Sequoia 15.1.1) whenever  retrieving and saving Ps files from/to my NAS. The troubles started somewhere this summer so could be linked to the Ps 26.1.0 upgrade. I installed a new SSD 1TB + extra 32GB of memory (totals 64GB) on my Mac. This reduced the lagging time but the beachballs are still there.

My collegue and I recently updated Photoshop to 26.1.0. We both are having the same problem.When we import .Mov files, these are not showing up (= are transparant) in our documents. Is there a setting we need to change or plugin to install to fix this problem?We both are Desktop publishers, so we have (almost) no experience with Premiere or After Effects. We know that Photoshop is not the right tool, but it works for us. It doesn't make sense for us to change to a different Adobe programme.

Hello,Adobe apps (premiere, AE, ...) do not want to use any files in my External Drive (MyBookDuo) .It says that rights are not opened or Drive unaccessible, despite I have opened all rights (Write/read) and Drive is completly accessible.My computer is an IMAC retina 27, connection from my imac to the external hard drive is Thunderbolt 2 to USBC. The ext drive is "My Book Duo 8G".Adobe appspropose me to work on the local drive only (which is not big enough)Any solutions please?Thank you

Pretty sure the blue bar notifcations that try to populate before and after saving slow down everything. InDesign especially too. I'm on a beefy gaming pc and it still can't not crash PS when those popup in the background, like everytime I return to my main PS home folder after saving, there they are, waiting. I don't need ads within the program I already have a mxed out student account. Turning off tips yea that works, but turning off this?! impossible but it is interrupting a process overall 

Hey everyone,   I'm a long-time Adobe user and I've been thinking:  Why is there still no quick AI-based photo editing tool similar to FaceApp in PhotoShop? FaceApp has been a game-changer for quick, user-friendly aging, de-aging, digital makeup, etc. It's been around for over 6 years, setting new standards. So, I'm curious – why hasn't Adobe introduced something similar or better?    I expect Adobe to be at the forefront of AI advances but it looks like they are falling behind. The Neural filters are rather disappointing and useless in comparison to the ease of use and consistency of FaceApp. Why not build on the GAN-based technology that allows FaceApp to do quick and seamless AI editing and improve it by offering automated batch-editing, improved side-angles, higher resolution, and add filters for editing more than just the face?    This is crucial for me (and I guess many others) to decide if we should stick with Adobe. I am trying to create a file that our team can use to create slideshows for social media. I would use artboards but the content can't easily overlap that way so it's not often fit for purpose without complex workarounds. I have a file that is all formatted with slices so it can be easily exported into multiple images by anyone on the team, but with the file size limit of the legacy Save for Web the exported images are too small.Does anyone have a script that simply does what Save for Web does but without the file size limit? So it saves each slice as a full-sized image, ideally asking where to save them.

Cannot open PSB file on Windows with Photoshop 26.1.0. I tried using both Bridge and Explorer, but neither worked, whether using drag and drop or the Open command. Below is a video; I also attempted moving the PSB file to another location without any success, though that is not shown in the video. Update: it appears this file is corrupted; another PSB file opens without issue. Below is a clue: I was too quick to assume there was a problem with PSB files.

Does anyone know how to remove the godawful 'AI' features from Photoshop? Come to think of it, removing the 'features' from Indesign and Illustrator would be nice.  AI with Adobe is like someone has given the pet Labrador a new squeaky toy, and it won't desist. Please, someone, stop it . . .
