Bonjour,Depuis deux ans j'utilise sans problèmes PSE 2022 avec mes fichiers RAW issus d'un APN Sony.Depuis peu, à l'ouverture de nouveaux fichiers RAW j'ai un message d'erreur "vérifiez que vous avez installé la dernière mise à jour de camera raw via le menu aide/mise à jour"Or ce menu est toujours grisé donc inaccessible.Merci par avance pour votre aide car désormais mon produit est inutilisable.

I have a Photoshop Elements 11 program that I want to install on my new computer which does not have a disk drive. How do I do this please?

I keep going into organizer and editing my preferences but they ultimately revert back to default. I wound up just deleting everything in my catalog because media analysis wouldn't stay turned off. Now apparently it just keeps automatically adding things back to my catalog. I turn off the auto sync and uncheck the boxes to automatically save photos, videos, etc. I choose ok, close the organizer and relaunch and all of those settings are checked back. Now my catalog has everything I worked on in editor back in there. I purchased a new laptop that's supposed to be here tomorrow and I believe PSE is going to run better on it so maybe this organizer situation won't matter but I'm still curious if it's an error on my part or just another glitch in the program? I had to roll back my version after the ipp error with the April update so maybe it has something to do with that? It's a head scratcher because I have tried everything short of uninstalling it and nothing makes my changes stick. I re

Currently, when I click on Video editor, I can only "Try Premier elements for free." I would love to be able to click on this option and bring up premier elements 2023.

I bought a secondhand copy (CD) of Photoshop Elements 14 on eBay. When I run the installer first of all it says I must restart my computer because of pending updates. I did that the first time, then I ignore it because it comes up every time. Later it give a mesage saying the web browser needs updating. I've tried with Firefox and Edge (both the very latest versions), and even tried Internet Explorer. I never get past this screen - it hangs here and I have to kill the process. Reading other posts in this forum, it seems the Adobe Application Manager on the CD is out of date. I would have to download and install the latest version, create an account and sign in, and even then it may not install as the licence may have pre-expired. Have I been sold a pup?

The above window opens whenever I try to run photo editor from:Nothing is responsive.  If I close the window using x, the subsequent confirmation window is also unresponsive and impossible to close without windows taskmanager.I am running windows 10 and have tried disabling antivirus security stuff.Any suggestions please?

Hi, I have a Photoshop Elements Editor license that has been working fine for the past 4 years, but now every time I try and open the app, I get the "Sign In Required" popup. I follow the steps to login by providing my email and password, but Photoshop Elements Editor never opens. It keeps popping up the Sign In Required dialog.  I know my product license is registered and active, and I also know my email/password are correct because it's what I've always used and what I also use to login to the Adobe.com website. Why can't I use the product? How do I get past the Sign In Required dialog box? 

Hi!Im trying to find my licens key to my  PS Elements 21 but I dont know where it to be found. I also dont have any info which account i used to buy it via. non of th eones I remember dont have any order history. Tia

Camera Raw  not found after updating Mac OS to Sonoma.  Have reinstalled Camera Raw 16 multiple times after closing PSE Organizer and Editor.  Each time when I try to edit a raw file I am asked to download and install.  I am in a non productive loop.

Hi, I have Elements 2024 on my MAC. Yesterday it was fine but today I get a Organizer Error, ICA Operation failed when I try to save my changes on a photo. Thank you for any help!

I am running Windows 11 with PSE 2024.  Elements freezes for extened periods and may or may not recover.  Looking at the "System Information" with in Elements 2024, it indicates that the machine has Windows 10 on it.    Any ideas?

Hello, I would like to create my own personal styles in photoshop.In few words something like this:  (I want to create the patterns myself to use with brushes and painting with my custom patterns/styles to make backgrounds or use them with brush .There's a tutorial easy to do so?Thanks a lot in advance!   

I have had Adobe Photoshop Elements for many years, 40 or more.  I remember downloading a memory stick full of photos and transferring them into my Photoshop in a minute.  Today I download one photo from my camera and it takes minutes to transfer it to Photoshop.  Why?  What can I do to improve it?Thank you.

I am unable to open Raw photos from a new Nikon Z8 (latest version software as at May 2024) despite having uploaded Camera Raw 16.3.1.    Is Adobe Elements 2020 unable to support Camera Raw 16.3.1?

Die gesamte Art und Weise wie der Organizer, Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements das Datum behandeln, ist ein einziges Chaos. Übrigens ähnlich in den meisten Bild- und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen.Eigentlich ist es ganz einfach: Das Datum ist das Foto/Video Erstellungsdatum, also der Zeitpunkt, wo es entstanden ist (1). Keine Operation (Copy, Move, Rename, Edit) dürfte dieses Datum jemals ändern, und es sollte dasjenige sein, welches der Organizer bei Sortierung nach Neueste oder Älteste verwendet. Editiert man ein Bild/Video so stark, dass das ursprüngliche Datum keinen Sinn mehr macht, müsste es Operationen wie "Speichern unter...", bzw. "Kopie speichern" geben.  -------------------(Photoshop Elements 2023, Windows 11, Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 4).(1) Dieses Datum steht direkt im der .jpg, .png, .mp4, ... File (Metadaten, EXIF-Daten) und muss von dort genommen werden. Falls es nicht verfügbar ist, sollte man das File-Creation-Date nehmen. Niemals aber ein Modification- o

Full bakcup of my  catalog with 12,000+ photos takes about 20+ minutes.  I thought I would try an incremental backup to save a little time and to keep my catalog up to date..  When prompted I selected drive 😧 , Incremental Backup.  The next screen prompted for Backup Path and under that Previous Backup File.  I presumed 'Backup Path' was the folder into which the incremental photos would be placed and the Previous Backup FIle was the path to the folder where my last full backup was located.  Silly me...I think.  When I entered these loctions PSE came up with a screen showing a file suffixed with -.TLY and that's it!  the folder associated with the Backup Path had nothing in it!  I called support twice but both techs seem to not understand or could not explain how to perform an incremental backup.  So any help or a link on how to do this would be appreciated.  Guess I will always do a full backup if I cannot

Hi, my iphone 15 images import no problem but after editing and save on IMAC into Elements I have to retain the image on the DESKTOP forever or they go missing. Of course one image no big deal but if I imort after holiday there will be mmasses of them. Is there a way round this pleaseI've tried changing format to Jpg on iphone but same resultCheersRoger UK

Does Elements 24 support Canon CR3 RAW files

I am taking a course on Photoshop Elements 2018 but it is totally different to the 2024 version where can i download the old version with simply instructions
