Photoshop Elements

Several of my fonts are not showing on PSE 2023. I have tried all the suggestions I can find and nothing is working. I have PSE 7 and they all show there. Can anyone help?

I suspect this is probably an error on my part but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong so I am hoping someone here can help me. My layer thumbnails keep disappearing. It doesn't seem to be tied to any particular action. Sometimes they poof after I have added layer masks, sometimes it is after I have made a selection and other times they poof after I add another layer.I'm attaching some screenshots - the thumbnails images are visible and then they just disappear.  The only thing I did was click on the layer that I copied, as soon as I did that, poof! So I didn't actually use any tools. If I close the program and reopen it, the thumbnail images will show up again. Sometimes they will remain and other times they will disappear again. It doesn't happen all the time so I have no clue what is causing it.I assumed it was happening because my previous laptop barely met the system requirements and the program just didn't run great on it. I downloade the premiere elements 2024.  I installed it by clicking the download button from my account on adobe.  After the install when I click "Photo Editor" button, it asks if I want to download the trial version.  Now where does it ask for the serial number durring the install or after I open the app on my computer. How do I get the paid version installed and working?

I've downloaded Photoshop Elements from my product section and extracted the files. When I try to install it on my new computer, it tells me to update the browser.  Both Edge and Chrome are completely updated.  How can I get it to run?

My Photoshop Elements 2021 Freezes when launched. I get the following error message: Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 Editor Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware. Check the manufacturer’s website for the latest software. Graphics hardware enhancements can be enabled in the performance panel of preferences. What can I do now? 

Every image I open in Elements 2023 is significantly desaturated compared to the same file in other paint programs. The image on the left is the washed out version Elements displays, and the one on the right is how it should look. How do I fix this? Every picture is like this, and it's seriously aggravating!  

Hello, I have a question about how to associate a specific function to the pen while I use photoshop elements?For example when I click the button on the pen, I wish I can regolate the size of the brush so that I can quickly switch from a size to another....At the moment, when I click the button on the pen, Photoshop open the panel ' brushes', not the size of brushes ...thank you for the help! 

I installed (a fresh download) of Photoshop Elements 2024 on a new computer. After restoring the catalog, I did a reconnect prior to backup. Organizer shows 24 theme files (themeXX.theme) that are not connected. I have searched the program folders and found folders labelled theme1, theme2, etc. but they all show empty. I have done backups without worrying about it, but I was interested if there was a way to get these files reconnected so that the Reconnection tool would be more useful (I wouldn't have to scan through all the theme files to make sure there wasn't anything else disconnected). Thanks

I just bought PSE2024 and did a Bulk Import of my whole Photos file, which also had many subfolders, into the Organizer.Then, b/c it's been years since I last used PSE (had PSE13), I decided I should clean up my Photos file, but did it on my external hard drive, NOT through the Catelog in PSE2024. Opps!How do I get the my Catelog Folder Tree to match/look like my actual external hard drive files tree?Do I delete the folders from inside the Catelog (tried that and it won't let me)?Do I make a New Catelog with a new name and do another Bulk import to this new catelog, then delete the original/old catelog?Need help and rest assured, I've learned my lesson about messing with my files on my hard drive and will only mess with them THROUGH the Catelog from now on.Thanks!

Same thing in Photoshop Elements 2024, can't save Presets, always reset and removes the [Unnamed] preset when choosing others.

I have had earlier versions of Elements but have never had this issue. I don't store my photos on Photoshop Elements but when I open any photos that are stored on my computer, It opens up Photoshop Elements and displays the picture there. I want to be able to just open a picture to view and not have it come up in my editing program. Is there something somewhere that I can disable or change the setting on? Thx

I have purchased a new copy of PE 2024 from Micro Center. I have an older computer with a Core i-5 3330 processor. PE 2024 editor will not open. Micro Center would not refund me but just said that it was a hardware issue & that I had to eat the $100.00. When click to open editor, I get an error message that says "ippiPyramidGetSize_L: The specified procedure cannot be found" What can be done to fix this?

I am currently trying to figure out which product might do what I need done, if any.  I have a picture that was taken on an iPhone 2nd gen SE.  The focus was on an object about arms length from the camera.  I am trying to figure out where the photo was taken and need to enhance the background to see if it somewhere familiar. I do not have experience with Adobe photo products and really don't want to purchase something that will be useless.  I am not clear on 2 things- 1 can this be done in Elements? 2 If I have no experience, will I be able to do it? I successfully updated PSE 2024 and now have lost 70,000+ of organized and dated photos in the library!!!is there anyway to get this back??Windows 11 

I saw someone asking this question in 2018 but I don't think this is my fix. I'm running the Trial version of PE2024 on my mac. I created a stack of 20 photos. I can see the stack icon but I'd like to click on the icon and display the photos in the stack. I can't get it to work, is it doable?

Hello all,   I have been using Elements 8 since 2010 with Windows 7. I know both are antiques, but Elements 8 works perfect for me just fixing cosmetic issues for faces, as I am a Wedding Photographer. Yesterday I opened Elements 8 and everything worked fine until I clicked on the healing brush tool and took a sample of someones face and when I went to make the correction it did not work. Please help, is there just something I do not have clicked on at the top of the page? I tried turning off my computer and starting again from scratch, but that also did not work. I hope this is something simple, I even tried putting new batteries in my wire less key board. To summarize, it opens fine, I can control + and zoom in/out and all is fine, except this function.   Thanks, Mark        [Email removed by Moderator]

I have Elements 2021 and would like to know how to make the sample list displayed bigger.  The default likst is so small I can't begin to see it.  See Below for what I'm taking about.  Its been a while but I know my last version I could make the list  bigger.

Hi there.A couple of days a go, Elements 13 was working just fine. Then I had a Windows update , and now it's all [cursing removed]. I can open the program no problem, but am unable to do anything. When I first tried I got the following message  ...'Could not export the clipboard an unexpected end-of-file was encountered'....   Now it just sits and looks at me like it's punishing me for not upgrading! I don't need an upgrade. 13 is all I need (been using it since it came out with no problems), so would love to get it working again. I can click on any of the file, edit, etc. tabs, but nothing happens. I am unable to import any pictures or start a new file.    I've done all the obvious things - rebooted, ininstalled and re-installed, and uttered a few cusses. None of the above helped. I would appreciate any and all help. Please consider I'm not a techy person, so simple lingo would also be appreciated.   Thank  you

How can i verify Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 is up to date?

Every time I try to download Elements 2024 onto my PC the download fails and I keep getting a 183 code.I am in the UK but the download installer keeps giving me North American English in the drop down list with no option for UK english.It seems to think I am not in the UK.I get a dialogue box which asks me if I want to move to the UK site despite everything I can find stating my address is in the UK. Moving to the UK site makes no difference.I have tried to download several times but to no avail.What do I do now?Many thanks in advance.EnnGee

I've learned a lot over many years from this discussion, so thanks! But an issue has eluded me. If it helps, I'm using PSE 2024 on a Windows 11 Home machine, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400, 12 GB RAM, 64 bit operating system. Earlier version of PSE were on this computer and updated, but now deleted. Lately, when I've gone to "Get Photos and Videos from Files and Folders" within PSE, it often freezes up. Sometimes if I'm trying to get more than about 800 images. Often seems to get stuck on a specific file. Eventually, everything freezes, error report to Adobe, shuts down, and the computer acts so oddlly I have to restart Windows to get things working again. This morning it got stuck on "D:/jim/PSE Test.IMG_4019_HEVC.MOV" for about an hour,. Then all the bad things mentioned above happened. Got an error message in a box: "The exception unknown softeware exception (0xe0434352) occured in the application at location 0x00007FFC37F3F39C" (yes, exactly that with repeated words). Closed tha

Can I install Elements 2024 on more than one PC? Example - Laptop & Desktop.
