I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a significant limitation I am experiencing with Adobe Acrobat on iPad, despite being an active paying subscriber. While I can freely annotate, highlight, and write comments on protected PDF files using the desktop version of Acrobat (on both Windows and macOS), the iPad version of the same application does not allow me to perform these actions — even on the exact same documents and with the same account. This discrepancy severely affects my workflow and defeats one of the main reasons I pay for a full Acrobat license: seamless, cross-platform functionality. The current situation suggests that the iPad version does not offer equivalent capabilities to the desktop version, even though they are marketed under the same subscription and price model. I kindly request that Adobe: Acknowledge this limitation and clarify whether it is a known technical restriction or a product design decision.Escalate this issue to the prod

I have no idea why I'm getting charge $40 dollars for Adobe when I cancelled a lot time ago. I checked my subscription and there not Adobe plan on my phone. I need help please

Whenever I open a document on Adobe and I want to share it by mail / whatsapp or anywhere.. the options never come. I've updated my Adobe app and the phone but that didn't help. 

Anyone having the same problem not seeing any of the suggested words and numbers used in the past? When I start typing the apple suggested words/autocorrect bar appears over the adobe suggested keywords. In order to see the adobe suggested keywords, I have to click off the box and click back onto the number or word that I've started.

Hello,   On August 8, 2025, I signed up for what was clearly labeled as a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium through the App Store. I clicked the “Free Trial” button, was directed to my Apple billing confirmation, and accepted. I was given instant access to the service.   However, the very next day (August 9), Apple attempted to charge my account $14.99 — well before the trial period should have ended on August 15. The payment failed only because I do not have an active payment method listed. I canceled the subscription on August 10, yet my account still shows access until September 8, as if I had paid for a full month.   This situation is misleading for the following reasons:   The subscription never displayed any “trial ends on…” date, which contradicts the free trial offer. I was billed immediately instead of at the end of the trial. I effectively did not receive any free trial, even though I accepted an offer that said I would.     I request t

Va a concluir mi prueba gratuíta y no quiero continuar con la suscripción ni pagar, por tanto, la tarifa marcada mensualmente. Me está costando muchísimo averiguar dónde cancelar la supuesta suscripción que empieza al finalizar la prueba gratuíta y me está suponiendo mucho estrés localizar cómo hacerlo y cómo comunicarlo para no tener problemas después.

Hello,I am using an iPad Air 2 running on iOS 15.8.3. When I updated Adobe Acrobat to the latest version (24.08.xx) the applicatin stopped processing images. I use this older iPad for PDF and ebook reading, and it worked perfectly with your software before. When uninstall / reinstall the apple store says i need iOS 16.x.x o higher to use v24.09.x, which you note fixes the image problem. So I downgrade to the last viable Acrobat verision and it defaults to 24.08.xx - which has the broken image probelms. Is there a link I can use to find a previous version for this older iPad?Thank you,//geoff

          In the latest incarnation of ADOBE Reader app for iOS, when a pdf document is viewed on a horizontal screen format, there always are thin lines along the left and right sides of the page that form a left and right vertical useless spaces. And there is no way to make them disappear. These empty spaces (columns) just remain there without any useful purpose and diminish the iPhone screen space.           Could you, please, give some advice how to get rid of them once and forever?          Many thanks.
