A few questions:Should Express automatically pull alt text from the source file, or is there a place within Express to manually add it before export? Is there a way to set reading order and assign an H1 heading directly in Express, or does that need to be done in Acrobat after export?Thanks in advance!

Hey, So I created a bunch of images in Firefly and want to be able to access them when I’m in Express. I see that I can open an individual image in Express, but I want to be able to move images to a project and then access them in Adobe Express. The problem is, when I move the items to a project folder, they are not saved as an image but as a Firefly file. Hope this helps? I feel like this is something that could be a better workflow, unless I’m missing something. Even if we could access a Firefly folder, similar to like we can with Ps files. ThanksDarren 

I was looking for a good alternative to Canva. But I need to be able to change the color of design assets or icons. For instance a black arrow to orange. Is that possible in Adobe Express? I do not appear to have any tool bar like I’ve seen in video tutorials. Thanks for any assistance!

How can I get this “quick tip” pop-up to disappear? I’ve never had this issue before. Every time I click on anything on the board, whether the edit tab is open or not, I get this alert. Is there a setting I’m missing? 

I've been trying to use Express for my company's social media/ads stuff, but I can't understand what's the main difference (and i've read the help pages) between when to use libraries and when to use brands.What's the best workflow?Months ago I had uploaded logo/colors/fonts as 'brand', and created some templates for ads. When i exported the files the logo was all pixelated and i gave up and went to another platform.Now i went back to them, uploaded new svg files in the brand, for the logos. Go back to the templates i had, and i was trying to use 'replace' to change the logo to the new files. Nothing. Every time i tried to go to my stuff, brand, and select the logo, it would not replace and instead place a new instance on the ad. Eventually i 'transformed' the brand into a library, and now it seems that i can change the logo with a new one. So what's even the point of the 'brand' section?? We are about to launch a new logo, so i want to start from scratch, but i'm n

Hi everyone,I am from Philippines and using Smart SIM mobile data. Recently Adobe Express is not loading properly on my phone and sometimes also on laptop hotspot connection. Templates keep loading forever and images do not upload correctly.Other websites are working fine, so not sure if this is network issue with Smart SIM registration/data settings or Adobe Express server problem.I already tried switching browser and restarting data connection but still same issue. Anyone else from PH facing this problem with Smart network?Thanks. 

Hallo, das Speichermanagement, Cloud, scheint sehr kompliziert und komplex zu sein.Ich habe es noch immer nicht verstanden! Wenn ich was NEUES erstelle, z.B. eine Vorlage, bekommt diese natürlich einen neuen Namen.Was mir rätzelhaft ist: Warum kann ich das ALTE, was vorher gebaut und gespeichtert wurde, nicht wieder einfach aufrufen und bearbeiten?Wenn ich das versuche, wird mir nur das “Seite(n) hinzufügen” angeboten, es wird dann, z.B. an die Vorlage - die zuletzt bearbeitet wurde, hinzu gefügt! Ich kann dann zwar das ALTE wieder löschen, aber der Name des ALTEN bleibt bzw. ist dann verloren wenn ich diesen ändere, das ALTE ist dann auch nicht mehr zu finden!Was mache ich da falsch?Vielleicht kann mir jemand eine Idee geben! I am finding it impossible to add a photo from Lightroom into the Adobe Express webpage editor. When I choose add a photo, there is no More option where I can add a photo from Lightroom. There are only the stock photos and Upload from your device. Uploaded completed .pdf form for translation - it appeared data uploaded however, once “Open” was clicked, entered data did not upload - all I got was a blank form. A similar form was uploaded prior to this one, without issue. See attached.

400 page not found error trying to use basic functionality on a fresh install clean iPad Pro. Ridiculous quality control.

When scheduling a post to a connected Facebook Page using Adobe Express Content Scheduler and pasting an article URL into the Caption field, the Preview view renders the post as a plain-text URL with no Open Graph preview card attached — no hero image, no headline, no description. This is the rendering Facebook uses for text-only posts containing URLs, not link posts. So any article scheduled this way publishes to a Facebook Page without the expected link preview card.This is the core feature every other major social scheduler provides (Sendible, Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer, Metricool) and is the default behavior when a URL is pasted directly into Facebook's native composer. Adobe Express Content Scheduler appears to be unique in not honoring this web standard.

I am attempting to set up Adobe Express for my school using the K-12 Onboarding Wizard via Google Workspace.I have successfully added and "Trusted" both Adobe Client IDs in my Google Admin Console (under API Controls > App Access Control). However, when I return to the Adobe setup page to confirm, I receive the following error message:"Failed to create Adobe admin console"I am super admin and have verified the Client IDs are correct, set them to "Trusted," and attempted to "Retry" the setup several times, but the error persists.I can’t find anyone to contact to look into this - can anyone point me in the right direction?Thanks

Hallo, gibt es bei AE sowas ähnliches wie ein “Sofort BackUp/DatenSicherung für erstellte Dateien/Dokumente/Inhalte” bevor eine Änderung im Original vorgenommen wird?Wo ist die Datei zu finden? Ich habe ein Bild ersetzen wollen, dass in einer erstellten Seite enthalten war, jetzt ist nur noch das NEUE erstellte Bild vorhanden, bzw. die FolgeSeite!In “Meine Dateien/Inhalte” ist nur noch diese falsche Datei/der falsche Inhalt/das nicht Gewollte vorhanden, das Vorherige (Original) ist weg!Was läuft da?Habe ich einen Fehler gemacht?MfG 

I noticed after the UI update (which i actually like a lot!) i can’t change the object duration less than 0.2 seconds, and it is pretty important for my edits that have to have a fast movement! So everything else is working perfectly but the duration bug is the only one that i have noticed! I use Adobe Express premium, i am using the Web Interface and on Windows. Best Regards: Mikael!

I’m unsure if this was always the case, but it seems that the “Apply to all pages” button in Brands cannot be toggled on/off when working with video templates (please see attached image). I can imagine this would be very confusing for users 🙁 (it certainly confused me!) Is there any reason why this is the case and are there any plans to change this at any stage? I’m in the middle of putting together a video tutorial for Adobe Express about how to apply Brand colours & fonts to templates, and this makes things very awkward. Many thanks.  

I am using the web version of Adobe Express on a MacBook Pro desk top and am unable to download my project as a PDF (it should be 26 pages; I’m making a book for a friend). I tried it in several browsers and cleared my cache but I get the same message every time. The message I get just says "an error has occurred while downloading your file. Please try again" I'm using MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4

I'm new to using Adobe Express and I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the size and position of an image. I've imported an image into my project, but it's too large and in the wrong position. Can anyone explain how to resize and reposition an image in Adobe Express?
