Searching on Images does not appear to be working. Even if I use keywords that I know provide results, I get a “page can not be found” error. Is anyone else experiencing this issue when using the search feature?

Hi, I am having issues with some of the team I am providing branded templates for, going off and using the bespoke brand fonts to create off brand assets themselves. Is there a way to block these bespoke fonts from being used outside of approved templates?Thanks

Hi everyone,I run social media for Mindfully, a mental health practice, and I'm trying to create a reusable branded template in Adobe Express for our Facebook posts. I want every post to consistently use our logo, brand colors, and fonts without having to manually reset everything each time.Specifically, I'd like to know:What's the best way to save a template with our logo and brand colors so I can quickly duplicate and reuse it for new posts? Is there a way to lock brand colors or fonts so they stay consistent across different templates? Any tips for organizing multiple post variations (e.g., quote posts, service announcements, testimonials) under one branded style?Any guidance or best practices from the community would be really helpful. Aku pilih file  mp4 dari galeri saya, share ke adobe dan di adobe klik import, kemudian dibilang file tidak didukung. Dan dari adobe browse ke galery ambil file mp4, juga tidak bisa. Dulu bisa dengan cara, langsung share file ke adobe dari galery. Tolong dijaga kemampuan aplikasinya, jangan berubah rubah.I select the mp4 file from my gallery, share it to adobe and in adobe click import, then say the file is not supported. And from adobe browse to galery take mp4 files, neither can. It used to be possible by directly sharing files to Adobe from the gallery.Please keep the application capability, don't change the fox. 

every time i start a new project it says im offline, but my internet is working as normal, i dont have my vpn turned on and i disabled my pugins. so im not really sure what it could be. its not just the video editor but i have to select something

I need more storage space. From what I have seen online, I should be able to access up to 1 TB of storage space as I have Premium Adobe Express (part of a business account). I don’t want to have to upgrade to a full Creative Cloud License just because I need more storage for my Adobe Express files. Please help as this is stressing me out. I need to know what options there are. My account was given to me by our company, it is not a personal account.ThanksCameron

Tried to fill in a form and found it impossible to complete.Existing text moved around and efforts to add my own parts were very limited.Could not see any help or guides.It is a very complex system which does not work for new users with limited experience at all in my view.

Further away from me I can’t understand why Adobe Express exports in the wrong order, making it so hard to go into another app on social media and rebuild what you mean it seems like such a fundamental thing that I have to wonder if those who created this even use it.

I’m having a recurring issue where brand images that I use frequently ( in this case a logo) not loading sometimes. I refresh my cache, restart my machine and try in firefox browser and it just keeps spinning. The last time this happened it lasted for over a day. I have an important event in a few days.Is there a fix for this???It’s odd also that the other two logos of my stakeholders works fine even though I use the other frequently and barely use these ones….

I am trying to import pdf files, in different sizes, lenghts, reducing them to 1 page, but i am getting an error every time. Is there a trick or way to make it work? Last week it was working fine. THe files containe vectors, and it might be the problem, but in that case, why did it work last week and I can't manage to make it work atm?

I would like to export my Adobe express project so that it can be viewed by others and not as a pdf 

The video content I designed was altered after downloading, which makes it different from my original design.

Resolved my issue and premium benefits are not showing in Adobe express premium 

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Adobe Express Premium subscription, claimed through the Airtel prepaid customer offer. I redeemed the offer on 11 May 2026 via the Airtel Thanks app, and it shows the subscription as active on Airtel's end. However, after downloading the Adobe Express app and logging in with my Adobe credentials, my account still shows as a Free member — the Premium benefits have not been applied. Could you please:1. Check on your backend whether the sync from Airtel's offer redemption has come through for my account.2. Manually trigger the sync/upgrade if it is pending.3. Hello Admins,I have watched all the videos and read all the community answers to find a solution to this issue.Have tried all methods from changing browser and clearing cache to restart ..everythingCan anyone help?Getting this error while downloading a 10sec clip…I can only download image formats.  

So according to Adobe, Express is used to create websites but the only option I've found after creating three pages is to post on social media. I have a website that is currently blank because I cannot find a way to upload the pages. I have tried the share link but I have no idea where to place the link on my site. When tring to place it where the default php link is at, the home page went blank. There is also no option to convert the pages to HTML files and when trying to convert the Express file to a pdf file to then convert to HTML, the formatting is off the charts.
