Hello everyone,I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this situation on Adobe Stock Contributor.I recently updated my W-8BEN tax information, and the form status now shows as “Validated” until December 31, 2029. However, shortly after updating it, my downloads and earnings suddenly dropped to zero.My account otherwise seems normal: Portfolio is publicly visible Files are searchable No warning or suspension emails No account restriction messages I’m trying to understand whether this is just a temporary sales fluctuation/search ranking issue, or if tax updates can sometimes trigger temporary review or delayed reporting.Has anyone experienced something similar after updating tax information? If so, how long did it take for downloads to return to normal?Thank you.
I wanted to update and edit the keywords on many photo I have. However you guys make us edit or add one buy one on the edit keyword window instead of letting us enter or paste a large amount of of keywords at once. This makes the job very long and difficult.

There are many videos of the Rialto Bridge in Venice online, yet my video files keep getting rejected as intellectual property refusal. There used to be a list id which "Landmarks" are accepatable or not . I cannot find this anymore ????

I’m seeing that many creators’ accounts are being blocked due to “suspicious activity.” Isn’t this an issue on Adobe’s side? Creators simply upload their work and hope for more sales.I have over 10,000 files, and once, when one person downloaded many of my videos, my account was blocked. I appealed, and they restored it. Now, I’ve sold four videos worth over $100, and after 10 days, I still haven’t been paid. I’m worried they might use the same excuse again to block my account.If Adobe continues with this policy for contributors, they will lose more and more creators. There are many other platforms where we can sell our work, so they may end up losing more money than us we can simply move elsewhere.Adobe management really needs to change this policy of immediately blocking creator accounts whenever something unusual happens. However, I still have not received any response.It has been a very long time without any update regarding my appeal.Could a moderator or Adobe staff please advise me on how to proceed or help escalate my case?I also had a remaining balance in my contributor account and would appreciate clarification on whether it is eligible for payout.Thank you.

Hello, I found out that my account was blocked this morning. However, I have no idea why it was blocked. All of my prepared content has separate working files. I can share these with you. Also, I requested a payment on April 23rd. This payment had been pending until yesterday. Could this be related to the blocking of my account? I would appreciate it if you could provide some information. Note: Since I cannot log into my account, I wasn't able to send my ID, unfortunately.
First time asking for feedback. I have read the suggested posts regarding common “Quality Issues.” I reduced the size of the photo to 75% to make it fit the upload limit, but original was 5184x3456 (14.8MB). I realize I should have cropped out the leaning sign post on the left. Any other feedback on why it got rejected for Quality Issues? Thanks much.

This is the first picture I ever submitted to Adobe Stock and it got rejected due to “Quality Issues”. Can someone help me figure out what exactly is wrong with it? I made sure not to have too much noise in it (it isn’t even low light), not to go too crazy with the color sliders, etc. I made very slight adjustments to it in Lightroom. Still, it got rejected. I have recently downloaded several files that claim to be vector and either aren’t, or are clearly generated with image trace, which makes them unusable to me. I am also unable to tell the poor quality of the vector art from the image preview. How do I report these? I found one answer toReport in Stock Community Forum: Post the file numbers in the Adobe Stock Community forum, where staff and volunteers review complaints.This does not seem like a helpful idea or place for solutions to happen.

Dachte kann man ja mal machen, vllt. bekommt man dann ja weitere.Die Aufgabe hieß wie folgt:“Use AI tools to generate an image of a scene, then remove one object using AI editing tools. Both images in the pair are AI-generated - no real photos. When flipping between the two images, the only visible difference should be the removed object. Everything else - lighting, colors, background, all other objects - must remain the same.Assets for this Mission do not require releases, metadata or post-processing.Volume: Upload 10 to 10 assets per submission. Up to 1 submissions | Used: 1” Jetzt habe ich ja 5 Szenen a 2 Bilder hochgeladen (siehe Beispiel) und als ich heute reinschaute steht dort “Abgelehnt” aufgrund “Technischer Qualität”. Ich weiß nicht was ich hätte anders machen sollen… Danke im Vorraus!
