Salve, qualcuno mi può gentilmente indicare le caratteristiche tecniche che devono avere le foto per essere accettate? risoluzione? dimensioni? solo colore o anche BN? Grazie
I downloaded the vector version of image #1961622616 - Isometric Military Base Illustration with Vehicles and Training Grounds. The AI file just contains a low res jpg. Any chance of a credit, plus probably worth deleting the file from Adobe Stock. Also worth using Adobe AI to detect this kind of thing - this isn’t the first time I’ve come across this problem. I’m sure it shouldn’t be that difficult! Thanks rog
Hello Adobe Community,I am reaching out to seek guidance or a status update regarding my contributor account, which has been under investigation for "Suspicious Activity" for approximately 85 days now.Account Overview: Portfolio Size: 3,000+ assets Account Age: 2+ years (Established account) Current Status: Under Review / Appeal Submitted I fully respect Adobe’s commitment to platform security and have already submitted my appeal providing all the necessary details. I understand that manual audits take time, but the review has now exceeded 12 weeks. I have attempted to follow up via email but haven't received a final decision yet.Could a Community Manager please help me understand if this timeline is normal or if there is any further information required from my side to resolve this? I am eager to resume contributing to the platform.Thank you for your time
Hello, there. I have made several PSDs to be used as PSD logo mockups, but when I went to upload them, I couldn't find a template option: while I can see that some PSD templates are already being sold on the market. Any idea on how can I upload my PSDs to Adobe Stock?
Hello! I joined Adobe Stock a month ago, but I’m facing a 75% rejection rate for my 3D automobile renders due to 'Quality Issue.'My question is: what can I do about this? My images are exported from 3D software at a high quality of 4K-8K, using 100 samples and a denoiser. They are in PNG format, properly cropped, with adequate titles and keywords. Despite all this, most of them are being rejected. I would like to know what I can do to increase my success rate. Recently, I even tried using an AI upscaler and an online AI artifacts denoiser, but the problem seems to remain the same.I will attach a link to an image in its original format. Thanks!
I recently submitted three very similar photos for review. I understand the “similar content” rejection, but what confuses me is that all three were rejected. Why weren’t two rejected and one accepted as the best shot? Also, do you usually try resubmitting just one of them after a few days? Thanks in advance for your advice!
It’s really kinda dishearting when you create photo, edit one by one carefully and got them all rejected massively….I edited photos on Photoshop, made multiple revisions and confirmed there are no crushed blacks or blown-out highlights. I also double-checked the colors and curves, and everything seems fine. What other factors could be causing it to fall short of the quality standards?I upload one of the examples, of course all other 99% photos are rejected…Would appreciate if anyone can give me specific advise. Is it base on the reviewer and not any technical point of view ? (for example tone curve, color grading etc )
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account [email removed by moderator] has been suspended. I have a Case ID: ADB-45003940-H9L8.Recently, I noticed an unusual spike in downloads. I assumed they were genuine bulk sales and I requested a payout. Shortly after, my account was deactivated for suspicious activity. I want to clarify that I am a genuine contributor and I have no idea how those unusual downloads happened. All my work is 100% original.I am unable to use the official contact form as it shows an error, and support emails are bouncing back. I am ready to provide original RAW files and my identity documents for verification. Please escalate my case to the Compliance Team for a manual review.Thank you.
Hi, i would like to work for the Adobe Stock Review team, the photography is my passion and i would like to know more about
Hi , my attached picture was rejected . I tried lot of editing to it however it got rejected . Can someone pls suggest what i need to do to have this approved . any help will be appreciated .
Hi Had a video rejection on intellectual property. The video had a close up of a pair of cheap sneakers that have no logo or trademark. When I queried it the Adobe response was: They look like Converse sneakers. They are not Converse sneakers though, I’m very confused that things are getting rejected because they could be be a well known brand. Other videos with the same sneakers accepted. Any suggestions? Many thanksAngela
When I create content, I always try my best to ensure it does not resemble any other existing content. Still, when Adobe Stock’s system detects it as “similar content,” it truly feels disappointing and disheartening for me. I always follow Adobe Stock’s guidelines and will continue to do so in the future. If it had been clearly mentioned why my content specifically fell under the category of “similar content,” it would have been much more helpful for me to improve going forward. I admit that making mistakes is natural. However, I want to learn from this mistake and continue moving forward with greater responsibility. Thank you.
I upload the model release correctly, with all the names, signatures, photos, etc., but Adobe keeps rejecting it. What's happening?
Good morning everyone: Adobe recently rejected my photos. I've checked and rechecked the files, focus, artifacts, etc., and found no errors (they depict wisteria plants). Now, how can I fix this? I attach a file here so I can better understand. Thanks in advance.
Of the seven images taken with the same camera, four were approved, but the attached three were rejected, so could you tell me why? I need your help to improve my skills a little bit
Many of my recent uploads have been rejected. I re-read some of the rules and I can accept some of the issues, but if we're talking about quality issues…I shoot photos and videos with a drone, a Mavic 2 zoom, and I know it's not the best option for quality, but we can say that the quality is acceptable. If we're talking about editing issues, overexposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, etc.… Well, then it can also be up to the person approving and their subjective opinion. They can reject any photo because they personally don't like how it was processed. Let's be clear, I'm not some kind of professional (I believe most people aren't) who can't stand criticism, I just want to point out that each of us has our own perspective on what looks good to them.I don't use AI, but maybe there should be some AI tool that would process everyone's photos, videos, and other works so that we could have one universal standard for everyone.I'm curious what was considered a quality problem here if
Can someone please explain how these images falls under Intellectual Property refusal?Similar images were accepted before, but today it was rejected due to intellectual property. Can an account be banned due to Intellectual Property refusal?
I've been trying to send my model a release request using Adobe Sign but the form gets pre-filled with my nick name and not my legal first name. How do I amend this? My name is correct in my Adobe contributor account and the adobe.com account. Is there anywhere else I should look?
hi, adobe recently rejected my photos. How can I fix this and why?
Hey everyone,I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly for my programmatic motion graphics.I use Remotion to render videos procedurally from React code. The catch is: I use an AI (like ChatGPT/Claude) to write 100% of the code for me based on my prompts.Even though the AI writes the entire script, the actual video rendering and pixel generation are still done purely by the Remotion engine. I am not using any generative video models (like Sora, Runway, or Firefly). The AI only outputs text/code, and Remotion turns that code into a video. In this specific case, where the underlying code is fully AI-generated but the visual render is procedural, do I need to check the "Created using generative AI tools" box?Appreciate any insights!
It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up.
I need a model release to upload some photos, but can’t find them anywhere. Can someone help me, please?
