Hi, I am a contributor and would like to know if I can submit a photo of an urban center (for commercial use) that shows an ancient artistic balustrade where to highlight it better I have eliminated a building (houses) that is in the back. Generally, I'd like to know if changes to the actual image by removing windows, balconies, buildings, etc. are not permitted for photos of streets, squares, buildings, or cityscapes in general. Hi everyone, I’d like to ask the community for advice about my situation. My account was blocked due to AI issues back in May. I contacted support right away and received a case number (00385379), but I haven’t had any reply since then. It’s already been 3 months with complete silence. Has anyone here experienced something similar? Do cases like this usually get resolved, or should I not expect any reaction at all? Or does support simply not care about their contributors? I’ve been contributing and uploading files to the stock for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve faced such a problem. Hello everyone,Recently I came across some discussions where people were saying that contributors should consider deleting already approved files if they are too similar to each other. The reason given was that Adobe might be actively checking for very similar content, and in some cases, contributor accounts could be at risk if many duplicates are found.I’m not sure how accurate this information is, but it made me curious. Does Adobe officially recommend removing similar content ourselves, or is it safe to keep them once they are approved?I’d love to hear what other contributors think and if there’s any official guidance on this.

However, I have not received any email or notification explaining the reason for this action. I really don't know what could be the reason for this issue, and I always try to follow Adobe's guidelines and policies. The image below shows a comparison between assets that were rejected due to similar content and those that were accepted. These were all reviewed within the last couple of months, and after the similar content rejection became an ongoing issue. I believe it is apparent in these examples that the reasoning behind the rejected assets vs. the accepted ones is seemingly quite random. I have also stated for some time that titles and keywords may have some bearing on whether assets are accepted or rejected due to similar content. However, in these cases, I made a concerted effort to choose unique titles and keyword and to place the keywords in an order such that the more generic ones appear last in the list. This may or may not have less bearing on whether assets are accepted or rejected that I originally felt. Or perhaps something has changed, since a couple of these images were resubmitted with changes and variations to titles and keywords and were still rejected a second time for sim

Im trying to get into video and are curently produceing MP4 files. My issue is when I do a search for videos simlair to mine the first page are all MOV files. Does this mean MOV files sell better than MP4 files or am I reading to much into it?     [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, can anyone help please?  i had my account deactivated in january after submitting around 5 years worth of work, solely dedicated for stock, i may have breached the guidelines for spamming (images nearly the same as each other but are different)  which i understand now, but have messaged in numerous times, via the adobe online support, and emails, to get my library back online, originally i was told to be patient and wait, i waited and waited (about 4-5 months) and still nothing, i chatted with a agent recently who told me to fill the online form again regarding my problem, same as the others... i have recieved file complaint / case numbers , but that's as far as it's got... i am nearly 10 months in and my account still deactivated, with 5 years worth of work, just sitting there. please please please can someone from adobe help? kind regards Scott 

My sister and I both have Adobe Contributor accounts, but we only have one PC at home. Can we use two accounts on the same computer? I work with AI images, while my sister works with vector files and AI videos.

Now I have a question " If we both work as Adobe Stock contributors with the same Wi-Fi network, is there any problem, though she has her own laptop?"

Hi there!I'm a newbie and I have only 105 images in my portfolio at the moment, all generated by AI. Recently I noticed that images that have been in moderation for more than two months are simply rejected with a “quality problem.” I'm a little confused as to why those images that passed moderation are no better (and sometimes even worse, honestly) than those that were rejected. When looking for inspiration, I even find quality problems or problem fingers in bestsellers, and it comes to mind that the requirements for images have increased over the past two months. Dear and experienced users, please tell me what is the quality problem in these images that were rejected. I doubt that I will correct these images, wait more than two months again, and upset myself with the result. Hello,I am a new contributor who just started on Adobe Stock.I submitted a Christmas illustration set, but it was rejected for Intellectual Property (IP) infringement.All of these illustrations were completely drawn by myself, and they were accepted on other stock platforms without issues.I have a few questions:1) When I search for "Christmas set" on Adobe Stock, I see many similar illustrations with Santa, reindeer, and snowmen. Why would my content be considered an IP violation while those are accepted?2) Could the issue be related to my title or keywords rather than the artwork itself? Hi, guys I am seening-Similar content in our collectionon almost every image(PNGs) these images do AI created but I have work on them with clean-ups and fixes  i have attached a screenshot and all of them has same issue,  I have had good acceptance ratio compared to rejection but from last few months  i am seening this error alot and my rejects are increasing and since that I have not submited anything yet, I am afraid my rejects will grow more. I have  seen so many new contrinutors submiting these types of content and they are on top salers I am a contributor for 2 years  I dont know I am doing something wrong or  what is the issue. my sales are all time lowest since I am not submitting due to thiswhat should I do.
