Hello everyone, I am new to Adobe Stock. For my first ever design, I created the attached design, but it got rejected, and I don't know the exact reason for the rejection. I still encounter deviations in my work for the stock. I know they are not perfect, and I am not a professional, I am not particularly striving for anything, but still, I became interested in what key technical errors there are here.
I recently uploaded a series of vector illustrations, but the files were rejected with the reason “Similar content in our collection.” I checked Adobe Stock and other platforms to see if there was any similar content, but I couldn’t find anything that closely matches my work.Could anyone please explain why this might have happened?
I am a new contributor and need some help regarding issues with the images. I attached two images with this post, both of them are flat designs containing icons representing workflow on bright background, the issue is that after upscaling strange type of structure or structures appears around the icons now what is this? Actually one image from them is uploaded on adobe and passed moderation and also got one sale ( the image containing the search icon and shield icon ). Is this ethical to sell such type of images, I have lot of others images like that but the same issue with all.

I need advice regarding the Adobe Creative Cloud Bonus Code Program.In April 2025, I received my 2024 bonus code. My subscription was still active until Feb 2026, and Adobe Contributor Support told me not to redeem the code yet and to wait until my subscription ended.However, when I tried to redeem it in Feb 2026, Adobe told me the code had already expired in Jan 2026. Because I followed their instruction, my bonus code was wasted.Now I am stuck with a subscription decision. Paying monthly is much more expensive, but if I subscribe annually, I worry that a new 2025 bonus code may be released later and I will face the same issue again. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to escalate this properly or request a replacement or extension?
I wanted to upload illustrative editorials today, but the selection box is grayed out. There is no indication of limits or anything similar; I just can't select the option. I could submit normal creative photos. What could be the reason for this?
I wrote a long message, explaining the issue in detail with a image that was removed in Audit, for infringment. It isn’t and there’s no infringment. But when I try to write Support of contact I get“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.” OK here’s my question, in the forum. How do I contact support?
Rejected for Quality Issues (Created with Imagine 4 Ultra) – Need Detailed FeedbackHello everyone,I recently submitted an image that was created using Imagine 4 Ultra, and it was rejected for “Quality Issues.” I carefully reviewed the file at 100% zoom before uploading, and I’m trying to understand what specific technical issue may have caused the rejection.At normal view, the image looks properly exposed and clean. However, since it was AI-generated, I’m wondering if the rejection might be due to: Subtle AI artifacts (especially on faces, hands, or edges) Slight softness or lack of critical sharpness Over-smoothed skin or unnatural textures Compression artifacts Background noise or banding I would really appreciate it if experienced contributors could review it and point out the exact technical issue (sharpness, artifacts, lighting, etc.). I want to improve my future AI submissions and better meet Adobe Stock’s quality standards.Thank you very much for your help.

Since using alot of stock images myself for years, about 10-20 per week, I decided I give it a try myself, regarding that I’ve been successfully experimenting with AI over the last months. Worth a shot.So over the weekend I generated 400 images and refined about 140 and uploaded them. Today I’ve seen that about 90% of them got rejected because of the infamous quality issues I’ve read a lot about here.But I can’t quite figure out what the problem is with my images? Especially since I believe the quality is better than most of the ai slop I downloaded myself only to find out the’yre unusable after viewing them at 100%… I’ve double checked for artifacts and inconsitencies. Resoluion is native 4k. Is overall sharpness the problem? Or do you guys see something i’ve missed? Thank you for any kind of feedback and critique!

After uploading multiple photos with metadata already populated, I multiselect all images and update the "Recognizable people or property?" setting to "No" and Save. Most images stay red until you manually click on each one of them. THen after submission 90% of them will not be submitted and become red again with this setting not saved again. If you manually choose No and save each image chances are 50% after submission they will not be submitted and setting not saved again... THis is very annoying and I cant believe not yet fixed. Hi Adobe Staff & @MatHayward ,I am writing here to ask for help because I have received no human response from support for exactly 6 months.My Background: I have been a dedicated contributor for nearly 2 years with a portfolio of over 8,400 original assets.The Issue: Status: My contributor account was blocked on August 18, 2025. Old Ticket: #00430004 (No update/ignored for 6 months). New Ticket: #00477017 (Created today regarding unpaid earnings). Impact: Approximately $600 in unpaid earnings are currently locked in the account. I understand delays happen, but being silenced for half a year without a single update on my appeal or my hard-earned funds is extremely disheartening.Could you please help escalate this to the Contributor Relations team? Hello, Adobe Community.I can't see the account profile. I can't see all the files I uploaded, the files I'm reviewing, the files I'm repaid, etc. I modified my tax form a day before this happened, and it happened a day later.I've also tried regional changes. Also, I'm only using this account with one Google ID. I thought Adobe was reviewing my account, so I checked the progress and put in an inquiry on January 28. The results of the review of the uploaded file were received in the mail (probably my account was not suspended).Later, I asked Chat GPT and they told me not to make additional inquiries, so I'm currently waiting. But Adobe is so frustrated that he's not getting the mail. I have some questions.1. I don't have many approved images on my account, can I re-upload new images from my current account?2. Or can I contact Adobe to delete the account and re-create a new account?3. Keep waitingDoes anyone else have the same symptoms as me?
