I have a subscription license for the Substance suite, but I am unable to acivate the installed software, because the licenses are accessible on creativecloud.adobe.com, and I need to log in with substance3d.com account.I am using Linux, which is shows as a supported platform on Substance3D.com.
So I am a student at SCAD and they have a partnership with adobe to provide us students with adobe products, but I needed to buy some materials for Substance Painter and didn't have any credits to download them. I subscribed to the monthly plan in order to get the credits and the payment went through successfully with a confirmation email and everything, but the plan does not show up in my adobe account and it does not recognize that I bought a subscription when I open the Substance 3D Assets webpage. I'm thinking it's because the student account plan and the subscription are conflicting with each other? I'm not sure how to fix it, at this point I'd just like to refund the subscription but I can't contact Adobe Support because I am "not the organization administrator" on my plan (I'm assuming that SCAD is the admin). Any help would be much appreciated!
I had a subscription last year from May 2021 - Nov 2021 but had issues with my credit card so the subscription lapsed. I had not used any of my downloads for at least 4 months. I resubscribed this month and started over and I'm wondering if the downloads don't roll over from month to month? As in, if I don't use all my downloads in the same month, will I lose them? If they DO roll over, is there a way I can get the downloads from my previous subscription onto my new subscription? It's the same exact account just with a different credit card,
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had knowledge on Substance 3D assets (points). Is there an option to share assets between adobe team members. If my teammate and I are collabrating on a project and I send them a file which includes a material they dont have liscensed will the file open?
let me get this straight.... to be able to transfer my 749 points, which I have paid for through YEARS of subscription, now it turns out that I have to SUBSCRIBE AGAIN to not lose them? seriously? I am really confused, I don't want to spend 749 points that I have been saving to download things that I need, on anything as long as I don't lose them. Seriously Adobe, was this the best way to keep customers? I've been thinking for a while whether to keep using these tools or move to more user friendly ecosystems... this doesn't help. Do I really have to re-subscribe to keep those points? do I have to keep subscribing to be able to use them in the future? or by subscribing for a month, will I be able to keep the points and use them even if I don't have an active subscription?
I'm getting this error when trying to download an SBSAR from Substance3d.Was working last week and I have the correct profile selected and I get the same error in a different browser on a different machine.
Hello, I am unable to successfully link my Substance Account to my Adobe account. After logging in with my Substance account, I click 'Link your Substance account to Adobe' and it brings up a small window with a blue Login with Adobe button. After clicking this button, however, it just logs me out of the Substance account with no further way to input my Adobe credentials. Even if I follow up with a manual login into Adobe, my points and assets are not transferred. I have tried this in both Chrome and Edge. Thanks for any information.
I have been unable to successfully access the source.substance3d site that contains all of the 3d assets. Each time I try, I successfully log in and choose my profile but then I am immediately booted back to the log in page once the source site loads. I have tried this on two different computers with both safari and chrome. I have also tried it with each browsers private mode with no success of accessing the site. Any help would be great. This is an on going situation I have had for the last two weeks and needs to be resolved.

Я оплатил ежемесячную подписку, но баллы в Adobe 3D Assets не добавлены. В чем проблема?
Our team has two active and assigned Adobe Substance 3D collection subscriptions. The users with the licenses are unable to download assets from Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) as it doesn't recognize their licenses. Per the subscription they should each be able to download up to 50 assets per month. Both users report being logged into Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) page with the same email that the Substance 3D collection license is assigned to. Contacting our Adobe account rep led me to the Adobe Admin Console where he recommended submitting a support ticket. There is no option to submit a support ticket on the Adobe Admin Console and the enterprise support phone number continues to ring without being answered.. Any help to link the Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) to our active Adobe Substance 3D Collection licenses will be much appreciated!
Its been spinning like this after i enter my old account credentials. Is this normal?
I am having a slight issue not being able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download I get this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!
Hi. What is the reason for not being allowed to transfer old Substance3D account points to the Adobe account just because I didn't have a previous Indie subscription? This seems like a strange cutoff, seeing as how I've been a loyal paying customer over the years by buying and upgrading many different perpetual versions of Substance Designer and Painter as well as buying the old Substance Database. This matters to me because according to the old Substance3D website, my existing Substance3D points are going to expire in June 2022, whereas if I were to be able to transfer those points to my current active Adobe Substance 3D Texturing subscription account, those points wouldn't expire. The message shown when trying to link accounts and transfer points says, "Not Eligible". It would be greatly appreciated if the Adobe Substance devs could remove this arbitrary eligibility requirement, as I'm being unfairly punished for having spent way more money over the years than many people w
Hello, I have a little question. I just subscribe to a monthly Substance texturing plan because i noticed my substance account will shot down tomorrow. I did that to transfer my points to my adobe account. My question is : what happen to my credits if I cancel the subscribtion to substance texturing plan (and only keeping my Adobe account) ? Could i always have access to Source (like before) or my points will be frozen until I resubscribe to a Substance plan ? Or lost forever ? Can you clarify that ? Thanks for your reply, Cordially
Hello. Short version: 1. I'm on the Substance 3D Collection plan with monthly payment using the 50% off Launch offer. Is it guaranteed this price won't change for the first 12 payments?2. I currently have 1211 points, gathered throughout 3.5 years of subscription with Allegorithmic. Will these points disappear after June 2022?3. Will I lose my points if I cancel the subscription?4. Where are the exact terms of my current plan? Let me explain my doubts.(I know it's a lot, so in advance thank you for your patience) 1In the "Transition to Substance 3D Collection at 50% off" e-mail, and at the bottom of the website it leads to, it says the offer is for a year ("one-year term"). But at the bottom of the e-mail confirming my purchase, it says that Adobe has the right to change the plan's price while it's renewed for the next month. Unfortunately that e-mail is in Polish, and I can't find these terms anywhere else (hence question 4). Also, when I view my Plans on the
Why I cant´t download Substance assets form the new assets browser? I have 500 point but in the new assets browser i have 0 points !!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep, I have an Adobe account for all the apps..........
Hi, I have sofa model in 3dsmax 2020 and I am putting substance source fabric material on it. The problem is that scale it too big on the material and I would need to scale it smaller. Substance material does not have scaling parameter. Original sofa texture was hand painted texturemap so it was not tiled texture. I have no idea how to make substance material scale smaller.
I just bought a 3D Texturing monthly subscription and tried to transfer my account over, I got none of my points saved up (over 500 I believe from two years of subscription) and when I log into Substance3D they have dissapeared from there also!I was presented with a screen saying I could transfer my points later so I wasn't worried about it. However as I said they have dissapeared from my ongoing Substance3D account. 😞
Hello,I am using an asset from Adobe Substance 3D Community Assets and I would like to render a preview image just like what Adobe Substance 3D Assets displayed on the asset page. The example preview image provided by Adobe Substance 3D Assets can be accessed here1 and here2. Is there a way to do such preview rendering in any adobe software? Or is that possible to get the preview rendering options(e.g. meshes, lightings) so that I could do it by my self? Thanks in advance.-D
